I purchased my king size bedroom set from here and Nathan literally went above and beyond on finding the complete set for me and Dave was also amazing! The best customer service and I absolutely appreciate their kindness! The staff was friendly and helpful! My nightstand was damaged and I asked if I could exchange it for another and they said I could. I definitely will return to this store in the future and I highly recommend!

My mother recently purchased a new home and we were able to furnish her entire new home at one location (furniture and appliances). Tommy The Nice Guy was very knowledgeable about all of the appliances and even helped us organize our thoughts and come up with solutions to order from other AF stores to complete our order.The furniture was delivered fast, and was very easy to install on my own. Got alot if gr8 deals on scratch n dent appliances. They offer 30 day warranty plus the option to buy extended one. The selection is almost endless!

They have good appliances, but I bought a stove from them about three months ago and it cost me more than I thought it would. It came with a family of mice in it I had to exterminate my car and my house this place needs to clean their business up with rodents. Killed two mice in my car and nine mice in my house. I am now mice free

Went in for a mini fridge and a microwave. The man who helped me was polite, which is the reason for two stars instead of one. The mini fridge didnt have a price tag so the guy said he would have to find out. As far as the microwave, he said they just brought some in on the truck (I could see them stacked on the pallet inside the store). He asked how soon do I need it? I told him I have nothing in my kitchen, Im remodeling and I need it now. He said well we should have everything priced by 5:00 if you want to come back. He was clearly not eager to help me. He didnt offer to get the price of the fridge either. I just had to come back at a more convenient time for him I suppose. I dont live near this store so coming back at 5:00 was just not an option. Im not giving them my money if they arent willing to help me with such a simple request. Headed across the street to find a microwave & fridge somewhere else that can help me right now.

I bought a washer that is fantastic. I used the lease to own option. I wish they had told me about the early buy out option up front, because Id expressed Id buy it outright from the start. It ended up costing more than planned because I didnt know all of the financing programs details. Knowing that there is early buyout would make a seamless purchase next go around. Id definitely buy appliances from here again. The service team is great with fielding questions, and Ive never had to have a repair. Good quality products.

Didnt buy anything while I was in the store and the staff was amazing and the music selection that was playing was awesome and different. Usually walk into a place to buy something or shop and its classic elevator music but was very surprised to hear some flash back songs from my childhood. This store really knows how to make customers happy and stay in the store in shop with the music for sure loved the 80s rock wish more stores were like that 5 plus stars

My last stop was Sears Outlet. Not only did they have a wide range of selection, I was asked if I needed any help. I did and the 2 salesmen that helped me were extremely knowledgeable. I left with a dryer that they happily loaded I my truck for me! Great experience!

Sears Outlet is our favorite place to buy appliances and more for any of our rental properties and even for our own home. Ritchie is the new and improved store manager and Nate was our salesman this time. Ritchie always clears up any problems we are having. Nate is very knowledgeable and doesnt push us to buy more expensive appliances. We generally spend around $1000 each time and still always save half or more over retail.

Customer Service With An Extra Mile. After waking up to the death of a major kitchen appliance we headed 80 miles north to Columbus (we live below Chillocothe). The Sears Outlet Store in Columbus did not have a replacement and when I asked if he could check the other stores in Ohio - long story short he refused. I found and called this Cincinnati store. Eryn answered my call and volunteered to send me a picture if I had a cell phone. I gave her my number and had 3 pics in minutes. She even called me back to assure that I received them and to see if I had any further questions. She also offered to put a hold sign on the appliance if I decided to buy. We then left Columbus and headed to Florence, Kentucky (Cincinnati). Upon arrival Erin had left for the day, but was true to her word and our appliance had a hold tag with our name on it! I requested that she be given the commission if given to sale staff and was assure she would! (Again - Great Customer Service!). Erin was a credit to this store and I applaud management for her hire & their excellent customer-service training given to both staff members.

The employees were helpful to a certain extent, sears is getting smaller and smaller and almost out of business I think, This SEARS is small but they have a lot of cheap named brand items, if your looking for Dewalt Tools then this is your place, very cheap. I got a $120 Dewalt 20v for $80 bucks, you can’t beat that.I’ll definitely be coming back soon to purchase more merchandise.

I walked in to pick up a dishwasher for a friend. Went to the counter and there was a slender girl just off to the side texting on her phone. After about 30 seconds or so she stopped what she was doing to greet me. I explained what I was doing and after a few seconds of pause (which was odd) she directed me to the loading dock outside. The tall fella was polite but very unsure of what I was looking for. After retelling the info again, he understood and helped me load up my truck and I was off.

I stopped by to buy a water filter for my refrigerator. The 2 gentlemen working were friendly and quick to find my replacement filter. It was the nicest stop on my list of errands for the day! Ill be back next time I need another filter or more.

Very cost effective place to buy large appliances, friendly staff and will do everything they can to take care of you. I was able to buy a refrigerator there less than anywhere else. And it was exactly as advertised online. The Outlet on Coleraine near Northgate is awesome as well.

Wow now this place really knows customer service! Had an absolutely amazing customer service and sales experience tonight. Super responsive and easy to work with they went above and beyond! I purchased a Samsung Dryer and our sales associate was super friendly and knowledgeable. When we got it home one of the screws was striped. I called the store and they closed in 10 minutes. Not only did they stay open till they got there they had a brand new dryer at the back with the power cord attached and ready to go for us to quickly swap out. Both the sales associate and the person who loads appliances stayed late and helped us until we got what we needed. You really dont find customer service at this level anymore it was absolutely refreshing! I will make any major appliance or furniture purchase here going forward thank you so much!!!!

Best place to get scratch and dent specials. You would not believe the deals you can get just because a dent is in a location on an appliance when its in your home no one will see. Do you really think, people come to your house, and inspect every aspect of your home, and lets say there is a scratch or dent on an appliance. Are you less worthy than someone else? Thank you to those that do think this way, I can purchase and have in my home the very same item as you just for less. We get the last laugh.

We recently purchased a Samsung Flex Duo Stove, in addition to a 3-year extended warranty, from the Florence Sears Outlet store. Our experience was exceptional, given that we found a stove that we liked with no observable damage to the front or top of the range at a fair price. The customer service representatives were friendly and helpful, especially Charles. He took the time to understand our concerns, addressed all of our questions and made purchasing a breeze. Upon inspection of the stove at our residence, we identified damage to the left front of the stove that wasnt originally present. We immediately notified Brandon (Assistant Sales Manager) of said damage. He promptly and without hesitation rectified the situation. Within 2 days, we had a replacement stove sitting in our living room, awaiting installation. As a result of this experience, the Sears Outlet will be the first place we look when in need of a new appliance. Thanks again, Brandon and team.

My experience was outstanding. I have made several purchases recently. A nice chair and treadmill were gifts to myself. Then my old dryer kicked the bucket so I went back to see what they had. I ended up getting a higher end Maytag set that were scratch and dent but run like a charm. I the course of these purchases 2 salesman and the store manager helped me considerably with choosing the right machines for me. Tina, the young attractive professional minded manager spent a great deal of time with me to get the financing done and to explain the protection plan I would want on the machines I bought. I found her to be passionate about her job and watched her invest herself in the stores presentation and function. I purchased $1800 washer/dryer set for $1400 that I honestly never thought I could get. They will be my first stop when shopping do to my experiences there.

They sell junk. I bought a washer. It doesnt work. They slowly sent three repairmen at different times within my 30 day warranty. They are trying to get out of giving my money back by dragging this out and by saying they have only a three day warranty.

Let me start by saying we are a family of 10 with 6 kids 3 of them special needs. It was supposed to be delivered on Wednesday morning but we had a family emergency so we had to push it back to the afternoon which they said was fine. They called and I didn’t hear it so I called them back as soon as I got it but they didn’t answer and I couldn’t leave a message because their voicemail was not set up. So I texted them at 1:30 and told them I was there to go ahead and come. They didn’t answer me until 5 o’clock and said they had to reschedule for the next day. Ok that’s fine it was my fault it got moved. I asked what time and their response was “sometime before 5. I’ll call u in the morning.” Well I never heard from them so I texted him again and they never responded. So we called the store. They didn’t have anyone to deliver it. Well we had already removed our fridge so we had nothing. So we went and picked it up. Now it’s a 33 cf refrigerator so it’s huge which is why we paid them to deliver it. We had to remove our special needs children from the house because they were freaking out. We tore our entry way wall up getting it in. We hooked it up. We waited until Sunday because they said it could take a while for it to get cold. Still not cold. We called the service department and were told it would have to wait 17 DAYS for a technician to come fix a 4 day old fridge. I can’t wait that long so I called the store. They said we would have to wait until Wednesday (3 more days) for them to get me a new one. I said I can’t wait that long to which he replied that the next day for delivery was Wednesday. Well I said this is your mess and u need to fix it. He said when my store manager gets here I will talk to him about it but he doesn’t come in until at least 1pm. This is the worst service I’ve ever seen anywhere!!!!!I’ll let you know if it was resolved to our satisfaction.**** Edit ****As soon as the manager found out about it he made it right by bringing us a refrigerator the same day. It was a little smaller but he offered to deliver one that is the same size and in Pristine condition as soon as he gets one in. I we very dissatisfied but they worked hard to make it better.

Bought a dishwasher new. Had it delivered, installer hooked it up, unit DOA. We take it back and that was the last of that unit. We upgrade to a certified refurbished different model. Delivered, installed, DOA. Take it back. That was the last of that one in store. We had the option of driving up to an Ohio location and bringing it back ourselves because the delivery/install company cant cross the river. Got our money back and went to Lowes. Havent regretted the decision once.

It is well worth visiting the outlet store! Some overstock and with some of the appliances maybe a small dent that cansave you $$. Well worth the trip to see what they have before making a large purchase! Friendly staff to help you.

I wish I could give this place a NEGATIVE amount of stars! Around this time last year my room mates and I went here to check out the prices for a washer and dryer.. They made it look like they had great deals.. The lady at the front desk asked if I wanted to FINANCE the washer and I said yes Im trying to build my credit, so I got approved for a LG washer for $600-$800. I paid on it for a few months and almost had it paid off. I called to see how much more I owed on the washer. I had extra money and I had planned on just paying it off.They told me Ive been leasing it... The person said if I want to own it I have to pay them another 1,000. ( this was about 6 months after having the washer) I had NO idea what the woman was talking about. I was NEVER told this! Or I would have left. Why would anyone want to lease something pay $600-800 dollars and give it back??!?!? I talked to the manager of the company so many times and he was supposed to be looking into it and I told him it needs to get fixed. That I was lied too. I NEVER heard anything and I figured it was taken care of since the payments stopped coming out of my account. & So now a year later they are asking me for $1,150 dollars to pay it off. My credit score dropped 21 points and I was just told it will keep dropping if I dont pay that balance. So after already paying $800 they expect me to pay another $1000??!?! Who in their right mind would get an item from here knowing this is what would happen to them. As I currently have an anxiety attack at work from hearing all this Im EXTREMELY upset and this needs to be fixed.
