When you buy an extended warranty and have to use it to replace your equipment, the warranty becomes void at that point. You must buy another warranty for the replacement equipment. I had a Vulcan welder quit feeding wire after 11 months of a 2 year warranty. I had to pay $70 for another warranty when they replaced my welder. Also, I had to wait 2 weeks for another welder to arrive at the store for me.

They didnt have a broken spark plug removal tool but the man at the check out counter told me where i could find one.

Couldnt find any help your checkout was so unpleasant. I do get its hard to find people to work these days. But I work at a local hotel and if any of my staff didnt show some kind of smile or even a thank u come back that would not be acceptable. Very disappointed.

Hey, its a harbor freight. Wouldnt take the 20% off coupon for my item as the fine print that you cant read says not good on Bauer. Also takes forever to check out as they have to have your phone and email address. I have a few emails and a couple of phones and it always messes their system up. Takes 3 or more minutes to check out AFTER EVERYTHING IS SCANNED. I mean 3 min or more JUST TO PAY while they fumble around trying to get my info correct in the computer and no 2 people can use the same email address. Decent tools. Decent prices. HATE the experience.

So so. Not going to pay to shop at a store. Then to get the sale prices they want you to buy a membership, or pay full price. Shame shame

I enjoy shopping here but the employees could definitely provide better customer service. Some of the employees did very well however, there were a few employees that were very short spoken and slightly rude. I asked for wood glue and Instead of helping find an item an employee just looked up and pointed saying if we have glue its on isle 8.

This was my first trip to a Harbor Freight and it was very pleasant. The store was clean and orderly. Everything was priced and easy to find what I needed. The checkout person was helpful taking our coupons and making sure we to advantage of the free merchandise offer. I will certainly be a future Harbor Freight customer.

Large selection of tools. Most anything you need for home and auto dyi. While most items are inexpensive and made in China, I dont think the deals can be beat. I got 24 AA Alkaline batteries for $4.99 a box. Always free stuff with flyer and deals to check out.Staff are usually friendly and quick to help.Restrooms and store isles are kept clean and tidy.
