Our construction company is currently building 20-25 homes and we reached out to your company for a quote. We received the quote but as we attempted to pay, we had issues with the credit card. Some of the investors were not in the area to resolve the issue. We contacted the Florence office to discuss and explained to the gentlemen that we have a lot of homes that we are building and the gentlemen basically told us that he really didnt care and didnt want our business due to it being too much trouble. If your company is that fortunate that you dont want business, you should close the office in Florence. I dont know if he was being racist towards us or just being hateful. Im pretty sure it was James Middleton. The people you hire to be the face of your company should be positive and proactive..look for ways to grow your company, not lose business. We were able to find another company to work with in the area.
