Very sad, there was a girl saing she was the manager all the times, she was so rude sice a meet her and ask her for help,i ask her to be nice since i was just making a question, she said she was not able to help me! then she turn a little nicer but still never found my information on the computer or she didn want to so i walked awaywednesday 18 2021the cashier which was a man so friendly told meso sorry for the treatment and to wait on the real manager to speak about tha lady👎

They always have great stock and the customer service is awesome there. Everyone is so helpful and friendly....they just need more people to apply for jobs there.

I bought 4 Golden Comet Chicks in March, and the salesperson picked the chicks where it said pullets. They were really big and fluffy. As they were growing, I was kind of doubtful whether they would be hens or roosters. I was hoping at least two of them will be hens!!! But to my great disappointment, all four of them are Roosters :( :(

They have a lot of stock, but man its hard getting help finding a sling blade (some call it a Kaiser blade) or a bush axe handle...They might just have been super busy, but when after I was told (not shown) where something should be and I came back to tell them I didnt see it... I sort of got an eh... response. Ladies with chickens and bird stuff was helpful though. I bought a new blade, that was actually $30 in a $17 box of tools though.. so I got that going for me.

Employees not familiar with store policies. I called to see if a return could be made under out situation, I was told yes. Drove ALL the way to the store only to have them tell me the return could not be made.

Sad to say that they have replaced all the workers with new employees and I can PROMISE you I will never shop here ever again! Bunny referred to my TWO year old as an animal for trying to climb on the feed bags. I will make sure to reach out to Corporate about this and talk to their district manager Jason and Donnie the store manager.

Tractor Supply Co is my favorite go- to store for dog food and tools, and unique, farm related items. Even tho Im a city guy, their niche selection of gear, tools, tractor related items, gardening, plumbing, welding, fencing, hardware and rough house clothing, shoes, boots, belts, and equestrian items are a great place for a do it yourself to stock up on all sorts of materials. I dont enjoy shopping, generally. BUT, at TSC, Im in heaven and my dogs make me take them every few weeks for food treats and grooming items

Quit going because they were constantly out of critical feed for quail and pheasant. Once again they were out, have to feed my baby quail and pheasant chick starter until I can get to my feed store that always has what I need

Bought a landscape rake a few months ago was using it for the 5th time and it broke in two. Has a sticker on it say satisfaction guaranteed means nothing. Took it back cashier said she cant do anything and when I walked away I could hear her talking about me to the next customers in line like Im stupid and cant hear?
