I bought a Honda Civic last May. It was a local trade in and had a passenger door issue. They would not take less than full asking price. I was told by the sales person and manager that they would take care of the issue with my door. I had to stay on them about getting my car looked at by the maintenance dept. They finally took it in and didn’t do anything to my car. They had my car for several days. The issue was going to cost them more than expected. I called many times with no return phone calls. The manager was supposed to call me back when they got the parts and then agreed to fix it. This happened in July or August of last year. I still have not heard back from him. I called and called with no answer or return call. If they want return business, then they should do what they say they are going to do.

I have a bumper to bumper warranty for my 2018 Chrysler 300. Recently, some issues have occurred that are under warranty, however, the tech at Dodge has to diagnose the issue before it can be fixed. I have visited the location, with my warranty contract, and was told they would call me back with an appointment for a diagnostic check. 3 weeks later and I’m still waiting a call. I’ve visited the location & I’ve left numerous voicemails. This location is extremely unprofessional in my opinion, and it seems they do not have the desire to work on vehicles. They just want to sell you a new one.
My husband and I traded in a vehicle for a Jeep back at the end of June. We were told that everything on the vehicle worked great for an older vehicle. 2 months later the transmission has went out, and once I called I was told I’ll see what I can do, and I’ll call you back on Monday. Today is Thursday and the sales manager said at first that he sent up a ticket to the service department. They never called me, and once I called them the receptionist told me that the person over service stated they will not even touch a vehicle this old(so how did you know it was in good condition when you sold it?) was given the run around all day, and when I called in at a time I thought they would be less busy a representative pretty much told me it’s my problem. Terrible customer service. Don’t spend your hard earned money here.
I was on vacation in the Florence/Muscle Shoals area when I realized I had an issue with my car. I had a 1200 mile ahead of me, and was panicking until I called Greenway! They got me in the same day I called and were prompt and courteous. While I was waiting I was approached by at least four workers seeing if I was okay or needed any help. All in all a 5 star rating hands down! Thank you Greenway
Do not purchase a vehicle or use their service department!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!I couldnt be more frustrated with this company. My Dodge Journey was having AC problems last summer, when I took it to the service department they fixed it. Less than six months later it is broke again but they claim its a different issues. Now I need 2 different parts fixed. They first gave me a total of $1400 to fix it. After many conversations, they dropped the cost to $709. I was told if I only fixed one part it would be $200-300. So I decided to fix both parts. To my delight, when one part was fixed the other fixed itself but the crazy thing is my bill was still over $700 and one part didnt even need to be fixed. My husband tried talking to them to help us understand and he NEVER could get a straight answer.Stay away from this company!!!

Terrible experience with the service department. My vehicle was kept there for close to 6 weeks for a routine warranty repair. I was not even offered a loaner vehicle during this time. This vehicle is my daily driver. Communication was slim to none. When I called to check on my vehicle, i was placed on hold hold 10 minutes each time, only to be asked each time why the vehicle was there. I was told multiple times that the part would be there in a couple of days only to find out that they part had not even been ordered after the vehicle was there for 3 weeks. After the vehicle was picked after being supposedly repaired, the issue persists and Greenway would not schedule me to recheck the issue that they didnt fix to begin with. I was told to go to another Jeep dealership. They do not stand behind their work. Before posting this I tried to contact the GM, Shawn Cox. He did not even attempt to resolve the issue. Please avoid this place at all costs. Their work quality is not there. Communication is not there. Integrity is not there.
Great experience with this location. They don’t make you feel uncomfortable or push you around. Very professional and the best at letting you choose the car that’s right for you. You’re treated with great respect. Perfect place to shop for a new vehicle!

Got a 2021 Durango and sales people were great however I have problems at 2300 miles. I scheduled an appointment for diagnostic to be performed at 11 am and the service writer informed me it would be a few days before they would even look at my car. No rental can be given until a diagnosis was found. When I ask what my appointment was for, he had no answer. Needless to say I got Jones motors in Savannah on the job. 30 minutes and on the road. Greenway really needs to invest in some professional employees. The ones they have a a waste of time.
Just putting this out there go see Jesse he will take great care of all your needs. He is one of the most honest stand up guys I know and will do whatever it takes to see that you are well taken care of.

My purchase experience at Greenway CDJR was what’s it’s supposed to be like when you make such a large investment....an experience that is full of excitement and happiness, not a stressful or challenging situation. My primary salesperson David Mayfield showed me the vehicle I was interested in for a few minutes, then stepped back inside the building and let me sort it all out until I was ready to make a decision to purchase or not. I actually did not buy that day, and they were so cool with that, but came back a couple of weeks later to look again, David was off that day, but his co-worker Ted treated me the same way as David did my prior visit, and this time I purchased the vehicle. Long story short.....no pressure sales, simple numbers on paper making your deal easy to understand so you can truly enjoy the buying experience! Isn’t that what it’s all about!
Thank goodness for the 3 day return policy.We came here intending to purchase a truck capable of pulling a load of 8,000lbs minimum. We said this as soon as we met with the salesman. We expressed this specific weight several times, but when it came down to it, we were simply lied to about the capabilities of the truck we bought.We said specifically: the truck has to be able to pull 8,000lbs. A V8 is preferable, but a V6 would be okay if the axel ratio was right. When we asked for that information we were lied to. The manager offered to show us the numbers in black and white, but when he brought the paper out, he didnt actually let us look at it. He just continued to assure us that everything checked out.We bought the truck based on the information we were given by the manager, but it didnt sit right with us. We ended up taking the truck to the Lazy Days RV the next day to see through their system if it would pull the camper we intended to buy. Their system said it could only pull 4,900lbs, and they could not sell us the camper we planned to buy. I ended up calling a dodge dealership to check the VIN for us, too, and they confirmed that the truck could pull 4,900lbs max & that the motor info/axel ratio we were given wasnt correct.We took the truck back the very next day using the 3 day return policy.Our salesman wasnt bad. He was friendly and personable. He was, also, fairly new, so we dealt with the manager, Kevin, more on the details of the truck itself than the salesman. He claimed it was simply a mistake of him looking at the 2021 version of the truck rather than the 2017 we had looked at. With the numerous times we asked him to confirm the information, I dont believe it was a mistake, but thats simply my perception of the situation.
My wife and I spent an afternoon just browsing around town to see what was available for our future needs in a vehicle. Of all the places we stopped this dealership was by far the most welcoming. We were greeted by a pleasant knowledgeable young lady, Shauna May, who didn’t pressure us or try to hurry us once we stated we were just looking. She was very patient in answering our questions and we felt respected and valued. We will definitely be coming here when we are ready to purchase our next vehicle. Shauna was great!
When I am ready to purchase a car, I will definitely be using this place. I was here a couple of weeks ago and I was checking out a few of their RAMs for my husband. Being inexperienced with trucks, I had a lot of questions, but I didnt want to go inside the showroom and be pressured to buy. I dont plan on buying until May of next year, so I am strictly window shopping at this point. After I was there a few minutes, I saw a salesman approaching me and I almost wanted to run away ( you know how those car salesmen can be!) However, I decided to stay where I was and just make it clear that I wasnt in the market yet. The salesman introduced himself as Adam (cant remember his last name unfortunately but he had black hair) and, long story short, he will be who I will use when I buy my husband a truck! He answered all of my questions, offered to get me price break downs on a few of the RAMS I liked (which I declined for right now), and even offered to get the keys for me to drive one. He was very knowledgeable about the trucks, the rebates, the prices, everything! I told him how I was just shopping at this point and he actually respected that and didnt pressure me! I was shocked! If he isnt there anymore when Im ready to buy, I dont know if I will want to use anyone else.

Poor after sale service...My family bought this truck from Greenway on March 7 which in its self was a poor experience. The sale took all day, the truck wasnt ready even after the delay and so we waited until after close for a wash and gas... And they left soap on it which etched the clear coat.Then we contacted them 5 days later with a vibrating front end. I have a voicemail where they said they would take care of it, but I told the sales man that we were not comfortable with the covid-19 issue and wanted to give it a week or so... So we went into the stay-home state lockdown and now I contacted them since the stay-home order is lifted and we are back to traveling and they refuse to cover the repair even though we had contacted them and the truck only has 1000 miles on it. I would not send anyone to this dealer ... Ever...

Scheduled a service appointment for my Jeep and when I went to drop it off I was told that it may be done in 3 or 4 days or maybe not until a week later. After calling and being told to drop it off and it would be done the next morning. Service staff were not friendly and certainly not helpful.

This is without a doubt the worst experience that I have had with a dealerships service department. This is going to be a long review, because I want to make sure that I capture all of what was wrong with this experience.THE PROBLEM:My 2017 Ram 3500 Tradesman (Cab and Chassis), failed a DOT inspection due to the emergency brake being inoperable. The brakes were also squealing, so I asked them to check and if they needed to be replaced to go ahead and replace them. This was on a Tuesday morning (25 May 2021), I was told there was only one vehicle ahead of me, and I explained the urgency of needing the vehicle back as soon as possible. I was informed that they understood my situation and would do everything they could to accommodate.THE GREENWAY EXPERIENCE:Later that day I was told that the most likely problem was the emergency brake cables (this was a guess, based on information that I gave them from the DOT inspector), 3 of which needed to be replaced. Also, my truck needed a serpentine belt, oil change, rotors, and brake pads. All of the parts would be in by Thursday (27 May 2021) except the emergency brake cables, which would be a week. Since I was not doing anything, but waiting for my truck to be done, I offered to search for the cables. I asked for the list of part numbers needed and they “obliged”. I was handed the list of parts, which was almost immediately taken from me by the mechanic and handed to their parts department. That was the last I saw of that list. So, I went to AutoZone, told them the make and model of the truck and the requested parts, had them the next day, dropped them off at the dealership and continued to wait.While I waited I noticed a 2021 Dodge Tradesman on the lot talked to a salesman, got approved, and told them when my truck in their service department was complete we could make a deal on the 2021 Tradesman. For the record I had no negative experience with the sales team. I checked on my truck one more time before leaving for the day, and noticed absolutely no work being performed. So, I left, disappointed, but still slightly hopeful that it would all come together. I called Thursday morning (27 May 2021), and was told they would have my vehicle ready that afternoon. I show up around 2 PM, and notice there has been very little progress. I ask what is going on and was informed that the ONE truck mechanic they have is on other projects, (keep in mind the only reason I settled on Greenway is because I was told there was only one vehicle ahead of me).Thursday ends up being a bust, vehicle was not completed, but I was given Friday morning as the new completion date. So, Friday 28 May 2021), I get a call at 9 AM telling me that the cables I dropped off are the wrong parts. Almost a whole 48 hours after dropping them off, they finally put eyes on them to discover they are wrong. So now I’m pretty angry, I asked why they didn’t discover this issue 2 days ago, and was informed on their view of the order a truck goes back together, and how it was my fault for getting the wrong parts. I can accept my share of the blame however, I did ask for a list with part numbers which was given to me and quickly taken away. I then requested to have my vehicle put back together so I can go to a shop in Haleyville, who were confident that they could resolve the parking brake issue quickly. This is at 10 AM, so there was plenty of time for me to get to Haleyville and MAYBE have my truck operational the same day.
I was nervous about purchasing a new car, as previous dealers only worry about their sale or getting a car off of the lot. However, the folks at Greenway are absolutely wonderful! Titus Burbank was the bright young man that assisted me in making this purchase. He had the southern hospitality that most dealerships snub their nose at. He helped me through the process with ease and was even able to stay late to accommodate my work schedule. Thank you Titus and Greenway for my wonderful new ride!
I am currently in need of a car for my daughter, so I stopped by Cdjr Florence. When I got there I was immediately greeted by Ted one of their salespeople. Ted was able to help me way out my options and helped me showed the safest cars that would be best fit for her. He has helped me ensure that when I come back to Florence in the next couple of weeks with my daughter that I will most definitely be taken care of and buy the right car for her thats safe.
We had an excellent experience with salesman Titus Burbank. He was very professional and knowledgeable. We did not feel pressured into making a purchase we were not completely comfortable with. When we told him what price point we were interested in he did not try to persuade us to go outside of our budget. When we do decide to make a move on a vehicle we will returning to the dealership and requesting Titus as our salesman.

We were out of town when the check engine light came on. Their diagnostics were backed up 2 weeks. But Alec read the codes so we could confirm how serious the problem was. He explained all 3 codes and assured us we could get it fixed when we are back in FL

This place is a joke. I found a car online and scheduled an appointment to purchase it. They called me before I left and said during servicing they encountered a problem with the motor and decided the car was unsellable. I got back on their website and found a second vehicle. They told me this one was still available and the sales rep told me that her managersaid for me to go ahead and come on down, they would have it ready for me when I got the. I took off work 2 hoursnearly and drove an hour an 20 minutes one way, just to get down there and be told that the vehicle was sold. I told them in the beginning that I was travelling a long distance. They attempted to show me several other vehicles which were nothing I wanted. I left empty handed.. I would not recommend this place.

I have always wanted a Jeep Wrangler, and found one on their website. Jordan Burbank helped from the start and made the buying process a breeze. Which was actually pretty hard to do with the lack of availability on my part. She was very helpful and patient. She answered all questions I had and helped when I had a small issue come up! On Saturday 02/20/2021 I had an oil change done. I bought 4 syncretic oil changes in advance and this was the 4th one. I always had excellent service and was very satisfied with the personnel and their service. Unfortunate the previous supervisor and service personnel were replaced. I reminded the service supervisor he must use syncretic oil. After completion I ask the Mechanic if he used syncretic oil and he told me NO the service clerk did not write it on the ticket. I went to the supervisor and told him again that I paid for syncretic oil. He got very upset with me and rude, yelled very loud at me for walking in the shop and talking to his mechanic. He was very rude. I am the customer and dont appreciated his attitude. Lucky I found out that the incorrect oil was used and paid $100.00 extra for this service. However the mechanic did change the oil to syncretic. I am with this dealership for 13 years and dont deserve this kind of treatment. This experience was very embarrassing and uncomfortable for me. .

This is genuinley a great place to buy a vehicle, I walked in knowing the specific USED Jeep I wanted to look at and Mary Page did not push me to look at anything I wasnt interested in, she was courteous and answered all of my questions.
