This was my first time, and I must say. The Auction is Ran Horribly! Your final Bid is not Final! Plus Ive been waiting on the title of a car for 3 weeks now. Plus all the cars had major issues. The Car issues are not my problem. The Problem is buying a Trash car you cant do anything with, because the Title still has not arrived.

They should be shut down, selling lemons!!To follow up on your reply my review comes a month later because the car title arrived last week 3 weeks after purchase and I find out the vehicle is salvaged, this was not mentioned during the run which it should be prior to bidding but it was not!!

Bought a Volvo XC90 as a surprise birthday gift for my mother. I drove it 10 hours up I-95 to New York, so that she could take possession of it. She has had only one minor issue, of which we quickly handled. The staff were very professional and friendly. I really appreciate their help pulling off the surprise, too. I will definitely buy again!

It was alright. I got the high bid on a vehicle, waited almost 2 hours to pay for it. Finally get to the desk and they call the guy and he wants 900 more dollars!!! In that case maybe he should have put it on a lot not in an auction.

I have not actually gone to an auction at County Auto Sales but I have purchase a few cars from them over the years for our children and myself. They have nice people who are willing to help you make a purchase and they are honest and will tell you to check out the vehicle yourself. The have good prices and affordable monthly payments that allows you to pay off your vehicle sooner. They actually care about the fit between you and purchasing their vehicle. I would buy from them again!

I purchased a vehicle from here, and a week later the transmission fluid was leaking from the bottom it wasnt leaking at the time of purchase, and the auction doesnt have the dealership disclosed everthing thats wrong with the vehicle its literally at your own risk beware.

This was the first time I attended this auction and I have to say it was the best. The fees were the lowest of any place that we attended.

Had a great experience. This is the very first vehicle auction Ive been to. It is open to the public and they do auctions every week. Very easy registration process and you can even look at the cars prior to the auction. They actually allow you to start the vehicles, you can move them forward and backwards but not allowed to test drive (due to insurance reasons) which is very understandable. Friendly and helpful staff. Definitely recommend checking them out especially if its your first time.

I SAW ON A REVIEW WHERE A WOMAN CLAIMED SHE WAS THE HIGH BID ON A VEHICLE, THEN THE OWNER DEMANDED $900 MORE. THE ONLY WAY THAT SHOULD HAPPEN IS IF THERE WAS A RESERVE ON THE VEHICLE. WHAT HAPPENED?

Dealer asked for $600 more on car knowing it needed a transmission. Rip off....wouldn’t suggest anyone go more for a car mechanic.

While I have not attended this auction, I am searching for an auction to visit. I give a negative review for this auction based on the replies submitted on behalf of this company to negative feedback. First, while somebody may not have registered with you they may have been a accompanying somebody or even be providing feedback under another name which is not their own. Maybe they had just visited outside of your auction hours. That is not a reason to attack a potential future or past customer. Based on the level of unprofessionalism of your replies to potential customers or previous customers who were obviously dissatisfied, even if they didnt provide a reason, I will not be recommending you and I will not be visiting you. Whoever is controlling your responses needs a course in customer service.

Great place to get a deal on a car. But buyer beware, they tell you might need to bring a mechanic.

2,600 on a car that I got maybe 5 minutes from the auction car overheated!!!!!!!! Terrible place to buy a car !!!!!!!
