We were there 3 days in a row trying to purchase a vehicle. The first salesman, Michael Bowling, acted like he didnt want our business. I came back on Sunday and spoke with Alex Runion who was very polite and helpful. We worked out the details and I advised him I would be back the next day to add my mother as a co-borrower and he stated that wouldnt be an issue. When we went back the next day the man in the finance department, Mark Campbell, changed the whole deal. The trade in offer was $3000 lower than what I was told the day before, he added my mothers vehicle to the deal without any paperwork showing they were going to pay her anything for it. Mark stated this was the best deal he could offer. We walked away and I received a call the next day offering $2000 more for the trade. I said no thanks and we went to another dealership and got the same year vehicle with lower miles at a better rate. Avoid this dealership at all costs. I should have learned my lesson after I had a salesman at another Kerry dealership cuss me out a few years ago.
Mike Bowling was my salesman, very professional. Nothing like any salesman I ever experienced. His goal was to LOCK me into a fantastic rate and commit to something for a good 6 to 8 years or so. I am very happy with the results.

Everything was good. But in the midst of the repair my service advisor was fired. At least thatβs what the replacement told me. It was a little weird. But the job mechanics job was done right so I canβt complain. They gave me a rental while the engine in my truck was replaced. The only thing that could have been improved upon was communication. Every Friday I would have to call and wait for a response from the service advisor. Only twice was I called in the entire 6 weeks my truck was in the shop and they never knew what was going on with it. They would have to call the foreman and get an update so it was always a 2-3 hour process to see how the repair was progressing. Like I said Iβm happy with the repair but the office needs to get it together. They always seemed lost and they never answered the phone. They let it go to voicemail and every time I went in there there was always a guy and a girl at the desk. So with the lack of vehicles in the lot you would think the service department could act a little more professional.
Our salesman was Stacy, he was an absolute joy to work with. Very understanding of our particular needs, professional in every way. Took great care in finding us our dream vehicle!

Not happy with Nissan anymore. I loved my car but it has 86k miles and now its junk because it needs a new transmission that costs more than what the car is worth. The car looks great and has been well taken care of. Such a waiste and very disappointed with this situation. I will never get another Nissan in my life. Its very sad because I loved Nissan up to this point

Was told when I bought my car that I would get a rental for all service done, today I came in to be told they do not do this for oil changes no longerβ¦the whole reason I prepaid for the oil changes so I didnβt have to wait for an oil change. At this point, I wished I didnβt pay for prepaid because I can do oil changes at my house and not have to wait in a waiting room. Biggest annoyance here is I have a 9am meeting which I might be taking from here..without my laptop or any files I need.
This place is very clean,and great Customer Service.I have to say its a toss up with Toyota as far as Customer Service and cleanliness.

Amazing experience! Stacey Walton in sales was so great to work with. I went out with a specific car in mind to purchase, and unfortunately it had sold over the weekend. Stacey did a phenomenal job walking me through options, not only at the original brand dealership I was thinking, but also through the other Kerry dealerships as well. I went in on 8May21 looking to test drive a Nissan Rogue. I was surprised the salesman (Stacey) didnt need to drive with me. I liked the was the Rogue handled. I came back and Stacey was very patient and kind to walk me though the process of the application. Great dealership at Kerry NISSAN, we did look at Kerry Hyundai as well as Kerry Toyota but choose Kerry Nissan due to the wonderful care and knowledge of Greg & Ronnie.I do wished the vehicle would have gone through the service department to verify the fluid levels and tires pressure, coolant was low and all 4 tires were over inflated. This had nothing to do with Greg or Ronnie though.
Service advisor tried to tell me a recall that they did for 590,000 vehicles in the US, didnt exist so they wouldnt do the legally required recall service on my broken down Nissan. Gave up there, transferred to parts and was immediately put on hold and then hung up on 15 minutes later without even getting to talk to them. Showed up in person and ended up having to buy the part and install it myself. They didnt have it in stock or even in their system. Parts department only found it because I had the part number from another stealership. Charged me twice as much, for a part I was supposed to get for free and installed to begin with.I hope they are better at selling cars than they are servicing existing Nissan owners
I have always wanted a Jeep Wrangler and I found the perfect one for me at Kerry Nissan in Florence. I purchased a used Subaru Forester for my son in early February 2021. Stacey Walton was my salesperson and did a great job. At the end of April my son noticed a vibration in the car. I took it to my mechanic and he found that the tires, that were practically new, were not balanced and had slightly different size tires on the front and back.I took it back to Kerry Nissan, I was skeptical that they would do anything about it, but they said yes they made a mistake when they put the new tires on the car after being traded in. They took responsibility and put 4 new tires, that were the correct size, on the car and balanced and aligned them. The car now drives like a champ.It was nice to see someone take responsibility for their actions.One very satisfied customer!!!

I would like to share about my recent experience at Kerry Nissan in Florence, KY. I was in need of a replacement car after an accident. I was contacted by Kevin Lowe, one of the salesmen from the dealership. Kevin got some information from me over the phone, sent me the link to fill out the needed forms and within a couple of hours (or less) got me approved for a car. He sent pictures of the car and expressed how much he thought I would like it. The next day when I got to the dealership and saw the car in person, it was even nicer than the pictures! Kevin and Mitch had done all the work before I even got there and all I had to do was sign a few forms. I have purchased several cars over the years, but Kevin Lowe by far provided the easiest and least stressful experience of all. In my opinion, he went above and beyond what I expect from a good salesperson. I will definitely return to Kerry Nissan and will ask for Kevin Lowe when I get there!

Had a good experience purchasing my 2003 Chevrolet Trailblazer from Kerry Nissan. Called ahead and scheduled an appointment to look at the car and test drive it. When I called, I talked to Stacey Walton who set me up with a test drive with the vehicle. When I arrived, I went into the dealership where Stacey led me to the vehicle and I decided to test drive it. The test drive went good and I liked the vehicle, although it did have a few minor issues I noticed. I mentioned these issues to Stacey and told him I was interested in the vehicle if they could lower the price a bit. The vehicle was originally priced at $4,995 but they went down to $3,500 after some brief negotiation. We went in to sign the paperwork and the finance guy gave us the final sale price of $4,100. I was a bit disturbed at this because I intended for them to sell me the car all in at $3,500. After some discussion, we decided not to purchase the vehicle and do a little more shopping to see if we could find one that was a little better. The finance guy told us that if we change our mind and they dont sell it that we could come back and purchase it for $4,000 all in. We left and checked out another one in Indianapolis that was similarly priced and found it was a lot rougher than the one at Kerry Nissan. After that disappointment we decided to call Stacey at Kerry back and told him I would buy it at $4,000 all in. When we came back we went through the whole deal and for the most part everything went smoothly. Overall, my experience at Kerry was good. They could improve on a few things (such as communication, as the finance guy hadnt communicated the $4,000 price to them before he left for the day which led the other salespeople to contact him to verify that price after I returned), but overall the experience was fair and I would recommend checking them out if youre looking for a good used vehicle.
I had extensive work done, time was okay, it was expensive, could only use a small coupon for the bill. I do have a great deal of points I can use next time. The car seems to run much better.
Top of line! We was talking to dealerships within our area and most were beating around the bush and dishonest. We contacted Brent and he was upfront from the beginning. We drove an hour and was not disappointed when we got there! Very hospitable and made you feel like family. I feel like we bought our 2021 Rogue and werenβt sold. Highly recommended!!

I had to pay twice for an issue that could have been resolved the first time. I needed a whole new transmission which I told them multiple times. I knew it was the transmission Iβm not a mechanic yet I knew what it was yet someone who gets paid to be one couldnβt figure it out until I brought it up there for a second time and paid again. Also this is the worst customer service and management I have ever had to deal with.
Was in for a recall and the process was very easy. The service department was was very friendly and informative! Katie and the team got me in quickly and provided a ride back to work. Have been in several times for service and have always had a positive experience!

Was told it would only take an hour for the devices to be completed. It took 2 hours, I never received a call that my vehicle was done and the service advisors were still scrambling with the paperwork when I got there. I was told air was added to my tires. After driving home, I checked the psi and it was at 45 for the front 2 tires and 38 for the back 2. Seemed a bit high considering the recommendation is 33. I feel as though Iβve had better service when I had a Honda then having this expensive Nissan. Iβm not sure if it has anything to do with the dealership being in Kentucky and me being a person of color but I donβt feel like a valued customer and only felt like one when I first purchased it.
I dont trust the inspection that they claim to do based on the fact that they told me my engine air filter was in the yellow and had dirt on it, but I LITERALLY replaced it yesterday . Then when I confronted the service rep about it she gave an answer that mad NO SENSE. Then to top it off when the shuttle service was supposed to pick me up from work which typically they call when the driver arrives. So after 30 minutes I text the rep who gave me the BS answer on the engine air filter to ask if the driver has my phone number to which she doesnt reply. I then get a call 20 minutes later saying the driver was waiting for me and I say how would I know that I work inside a factory and typically they call when they arrive. Then this person proceeds to tell me that I need to be waiting outside when he arrives. I dont know what would these people live in where they dont have phones and where they think someone is going to be waiting outside of their job.

Would give zero starts if I could. Terrible dealership, First their preinsoection for used vehicles is not good at all. Just bought a Chevy traverse from them and less than 30 days of having the vehicle ( I work from home so dont drive much either) my power steering pump went out. I have to get all work completed on the vehicle there or it voids their power train waranty. So I took it in and have been without a vehicle while they give me the run around. Talked to Amanda on Thursday was told my car had been fixed but was still making a sound so they would need to keep it tell Friday to see why. Absolutely no more communication after that. Went in there today Saturday was told they are waiting on a part that they forgot and wont be ready until maybe Tuesday. If you can I would avoid buying a car from Kerry Nissan of Florence also in my financing they offered me a terrible APR thank God I know a thing or two about auto contracts and was able to save my self over 7% complete crooks.
This was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Stacey, our salesman was everything you want in a salesman, attentive, courteous and very helpful. It was a great atmosphere with absolutely no pressure. Stacie is the man. I hope he will still be there when I get a new truck. This is my 5th vehicle from Kerry and because of the way I was treated I WILL get number 6 from Kerry.
I originally took my auto in to check the brakes. Found out I dont drive enough. While there decided to just have vehicle serviced got oil change, tire rotation, etc. I even got to see Amanda who sold me my car.

Buyer beware! If you plan on trading in your vehicle be sure to be there in person when they inspect and test drive your vehicle. I was planning to purchase a new 2022 Pathfinder and while I was test driving that vehicle, I handed my keys to the salesman for his used car manager to inspect and test drive to provide a value for my trade. Well, he broke the side panel on my driver seat and tried telling me it was broken before prior to them test driving it. The panel now has a hole where it broke off from the frame and is now hanging off the seat. My husband and I would have noticed damage like that prior to taking the vehicle in to get it appraised. When questioned about it, both the salesman and used car manager stated it was damaged upon arrival which is not accurate. Kerry Nissan not only lost out on this sale but they lost out on all future sales because I will be taking my business to a competitor after this situation.

If you like honesty and transparency, donβt even consider Kerry Nissan of Florence. Last Wednesday I was helping my sister buy a new car. I negotiated a deal with an internet salesman named Brent via email on a new Altima on which we both agreed. I was told of no conditions or contingencies on this deal but upon arrival was told my sister had to buy GAP insurance and a 150K mile warranty to get financing. Of course I knew this wasnβt true so I told them she has her own financing. Brent said then they wonβt sell at the agreed upon price. I informed him we agreed via email on the price without any contingencies. His boss came over and said he just canβt make the deal work financially then. I asked to see how they were βlosing moneyβ on this deal they already agreed on and they refused to show me. I felt this whole experience was very unethical and dishonest and wasted my time. I drove to Colerain and bought the same car from Aaron Muth of Jeff Wyler Colerain for $700 cheaper than the deal Kerry Nissan and I had worked out that they didnβt honor. Iβll never buy a car from Kerry ever and will be sure all my friends, family, clients, acquaintances read the email thread of this whole negotiation that they refused to honor without buying GAP and an extended warranty that we never even discussed when agreeing on a price.

I was concerned of an odor of gas but found it to be residuals from other cars on the roads. Kerry Nissan checked over the car to see if any codes came up to identify a potential threat to the car. None were found and they continued on with an oil change and tire rotation.

Just left this place after they were to fix my headlights along with a check engine light that they said was some sort of sensor. Totaling just over $900. While driving home realized that neither of the headlights were working. This is very dangerous and illegal. Tried calling with no answer. Guess we will see in the morning what they say. I am literally in tears right now. I work hard for my little bit of money. I an the only person working right now, supporting my family. I took my car to the dealership for the repairs because I wanted it done right and now I feel like I got screwed over. I just dont know what to say π Will update after talking to someone.

The young lady who waited on me was very kind however it would have been more informative if a mechanic would have explained what went wrong & how he corrected it. Instead there were questions that I had that went unanswered bc the young lady appeared to be in a hurry. I was too, going to inquire about additional service to my car but didnβt want to disturb the young lady anymore. I love my Nissan however would like to be treated with more dignity & respect & not feel like Iβm annoying someone with a question. Thank you for this opportunity.
