I’ve been using the Kerry Toyota Service Center in Florence for 4 years now and I am very pleased with their customer service. The staff, notably Ben and Chris, clearly care about customer satisfaction. They treat you like a friend vs just a customer and go the extra mile to make sure you’re happy!

Went to look at a 2019 Four runner. Nice vehicle. Went and looked at the numbers because I had a trade in. That I got from them a year and a half ago. Everything went great until the monthly payment and I told the guy no that was not going to work. This was an older guy long hair (Fabio looking) started to get rude and telling me that it was a 45k car and thats the best I was going to get. I told him NO again because the payment was going to be almost where my mortgage payment was. He just would not take no for an answer. Very rude and pushy. I finally just jumped in my car and left after an hour of this guy. I was happy at one point to be a returning customer but from now on I will go some where else. And Bill the sales guy was great. It was they other A$$!!!e that ruined it for me.

We showed up from out of town looking to trade my sons car. We decided to cruise the lot in a Sunday not realizing they’d be open. We were immediately greeted by Jon Taylor who listened to everything we said and landed us on the perfect car. I mentioned I was in a bit of a rush and between Jon, his manager and our finance manager Tim (don’t remember his last name) we were in and out faster than I’ve experienced at other dealers in the past.They were professional and attentive. Both listened to me and my son. I had brief interactions with other staff members who acted the same. I had a wonderful buying experience and would definitely come back and buy from Jon in the future.Thanks guys!

So I thought this was going to be such a great car buying experience, instead the dealership didnt have the rav4 at their dealership that i was initially looking at when I got there, so I asked about a second vehicle I had my eyes on, nope didnt have that one either anyway the vehicle they showed me and pressured me so hard to finance it, I found out had not had an oil change or at least was not reported in over 50,000 miles, I was wondering why they wouldnt print out the car fax, like they kept ignoring me when I asked. And its been in an accident, which was not reported but this is my fault because I decided to come here. My daughter is in the market to get her a newer Toyota but I will not be sending her here or any of my clients, I was so upset that 2 days later I called and asked to bring this vehicle back. But once you sign your name its your car.

Had a pretty awful experience with a vehicle from a different manufacturer (rhymes with board) plus the poor service that came along with it at a dealership local to me, so I unexpectedly found myself in the market for a new vehicle. Enter Kerry Toyota - more specifically, their Certified Used dealership adjacent to the Toyota dealership itself. I did most of my research online, and their website was very useful in figuring out the vehicle I wanted, ballpark payment etc.When I went to the dealership, Jon was my salesperson. He was very laid back and helpful, answering any questions I had. Not pushy in the least.. I was worried about the dealership experience, but it turns out I was worried for nothing, thanks to Jon and the other staff there.I picked out a Certified Used 2018 Camry and went for a test drive. No hoops to jump through. They just took a picture of my drivers license and I was off! The test drive went well and I decided to buy the car. I got a fair offer on my trade-in and everything went well in the purchase process, no surprises here! The time spent at the dealership was a bit longer than anticipated, but I wasnt in a huge hurry, so no real issue there.The dealers ads tout their service after the sale. I have already tested this a few times, and each time they delivered. My car only had one key at the time of purchase, so they followed up with the previous owner and got my second key for me. No questions asked.Registration is taking a bit of time, due to backlogs at the BMV, but the folks at Kerry, (specifically Jon, again) are on top of everything... They are even providing a new temporary tag, as my current one is expiring soon.Very happy with the outstanding service! Kerry Toyota will be high on my list whenever it comes time for a new vehicle, which I dont anticipate happening any time soon due to Toyotas overall quality. Thanks again!

Wow!!I never thought it would be this hard to buy a new car...Last week I called about a new Toyota Corolla that was listed on their website, the salesman explained that it had already sold but they had another one in a different color coming in soon. We discussed this new car for a week, Ive spoken with two different sales managers and the original salesman for the past three days. The car arrived yesterday and I had an appointment set for 10am this morning. I was pre-approved through Toyota financing as well as my own personal credit union, all I had to do was sign and drive!I get an email from the original salesman this morning literally as Im walking out the door that the car actually was sold last night and that he was sorry... I already had child care set-up so that my wife and I both could see the new car, but quickly had to cancel the whole plan for the first part of the day. An hour later I get another email stating that the new car actually did not get sold and it was still available.I was still upset from the first email, my credit had been pulled twice for this car, made several arrangements for the appointment, child care, bank, insurance, etc. The second email just made me even more upset.A few hours later he called and left a voicemail, I called back twice and couldnt reach him the second time I was transferred to another salesman who said that he would call me tonight before they closed to let me know if the car would still be available for tomorrow... However I never received that call so I called back myself about 15 minutes before they closed, I spoke to the operator three times and was unable to speak with anyone.... No salesman, No sales manager, No one!I live almost two hours away and all I wanted to do was check in to see if the car was still available...Unbelievable, Unprofessional, and LoL No one cares!!!

Just got a call from a collections company related to a end of lease invoice that I never received. The lease ended almost a year ago and there was never ever a phone call reaching out regarding the payment. The invoice never appeared in my Toyota Financial Services account to be paid. The invoice was never emailed. There was never a phone call from the dealership regarding the invoice. There was nothing until getting a letter and chain calls from a collection company. I called Toyota Financial Services to resolve the invoice, only to be told it is there policy NOT to share details on the invoice and any communication about the invoice.There is zero chance that I will ever buy/lease another vehicle from Kerry Autogroup or Toyota.

Bought new battery Jan 19, 2021, Kerry Covington. Was told today at Kerry Florence battery failed. When I said the battery was new, technician said, Oh, we used a hand held device. We rechecked with the $5,000 unit, and its fine. They wanted to sell me another $200 battery. Done with Kerry Toyota.

I called them this past Thursday wanting to purchase a highlander they had listed on their website. We planned on going Saturday to purchase. I called again on Friday to ask a few more questions and was told it was sold on Wednesday. Then today (Sunday) I get an email with the vehicle I was interested in available to buy. Employees obviously don’t know whether they are sold or not which resulted in a lost customer. I purchased a highlander saturday at greens Toyota and they was amazing. I highly recommend!

The worst customer service ever! Told them that we wanted to run our credit after test driving something and they let someone else test drive our vehicle that we were going to buy! Tries to force you to buy stuff you dont want! Very huffy puffy and rude! We got a vehicle here but I would avoid this place if possible. Its been a month and Im on my second round of temp tags because they didnt send that out like they were supposed to. Smh.

I purchased a certified used car from them about two or three week back and had a pretty great buying experience! The last car I bought (from another dealer close by) was a horrid experience and thus I was terrified it was going to be the same here. FAR FROM IT! They came out and talked to us right away as we were looking and promptly brought us inside. The salesman was super helpful and there was 0 back-and-forth dealings, something the last car place I went to did for over 4 hours. Instead, they asked me my terms and told me straight out what they could do for me, without hassle or manipulation. Within about 2 or so hours, I had my nice used car with an amazing interest rate and payment, plus an awesome warranty. My only qualms with this location, hence the 4 stars instead of 5, is the issues I had with the car right out of purchasing it. When we test drove the vehicle, it had a low tire light. They promised to check it over after I bought it and they did, telling me the light would go off after about 15 miles or else I was welcome to come back and get it looked at again. It did not go off unfortunately and I went back the next day. After another lengthy check they finally found a nail in one of my tires. I had specifically mentioned nails as a probable issue because another car Id bought from a different location also ended up being driven off the lot with a nail in its tire. Regardless, they still managed to miss that nail until I brought the vehicle back to be checked again the day after buying it. At that point, they ended up having to take the tire off and make me use my spare for a few days until the new tire was ordered and put on. Of course, I didnt have to pay for the replacement tire and they were super nice about it, but you arent supposed to drive on a spare for as long as I did and for a certified car, youd think they wouldve noticed the nail...let alone the fact that I had them re-check the car right before buying it for that specific issue. Not only that, but it also required new windshield wipers, something I didnt notice until it rained a few days into having the vehicle. This is another issue. The car was certified but they didnt even bother to get new wipers for it? At the end of the day, I would still 100% recommend this dealer as somewhere to go when looking for a vehicle. The buying process was one of the best Ive ever been through, and its the 3rd car Ive bought from a dealer. My only warning is to make sure the car is spick and span when you get it, because even their certified vehicles seem to have some things on them that are overlooked.

I (and my family) have bought between 15 - 20 cars from them and have had everyone of them serviced through their service department.In fact, their service department is one big reason I keep going back.I have never had a bad experience. I have never had a problem that was not resolved immediately. I have never had a question but what they answered it with great patience and knowledge.When time comes to buy another car, I most certainly will go back to Kerry.

Loved the service I received. They was very careful to keep everything clean and germ free. Loved that they had a kids area for little ones to play!! It is located in a different building across from the service area. Free beverages and a place to sit with a tv and fireplace are located in the main building of Kerry Toyota and Service Center. The only problem I did have was that they didnt fill my tire pressure up to recommended psi. Overall great customer service and very friendly and helpful!!

The guys at Kerry Toyota of Florence were great when I went into the dealership. I was very interested in a car and they did not attempt to reach out to me after I left to keep me updated. They told me that they would call me back numerous different times about whether they got me approved or not. They DID NOT call me once I had to go into the dealership one other time and call 3 times. I didn’t care about getting approved or not but I was very upset and irritated that they failed to follow up with me when they told me they would and kept me in the dark. Never will I shop at Kerry Toyota of Florence again.

DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM HERE!!!! My boyfriend just recently purchased a used car from this dealership. They made it a point to brag about the inspection and tune up they do before it leaves the lot and assured us it would be good to go. ONE DAY after driving the vehicle a hose started to leak coolant, after discovering this we noticed the clamps that were on it were rusted and the hose was clearly old (correct me if I’m wrong but I thought hoses came standard with a tune up?!) We called the dealership and expressed our concerned and were told they would make it right. When we took it back the manger refused to fix it for free because they gave us such a “good deal” on the car (news flash it wasn’t a good deal, with fees we ended up paying over the sticker price) and the salesmen basically said it would come out of his pay if they fixed it for free. Management of this dealership only car about money. We took the car to a different mechanic (seeing as the dealership was trying to charge $100 just to look at it) and they pretty much told us that the hose that was leaking was definitely not replaced. After this issue was fixed, not even two weeks after buying the car the exhaust pipe came unattached. Now we are experiencing issues with the oil, after we were told the oil was changed. I beg you PLEASE DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE OR TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE, they only car about making a quick buck. Not to mention their customer service is horrible. We needed to have a VIN check done to receive the title, with everything going on with COVID and the mail we requested them to call us when they had the title in hand and we would go pick it up in person, they said they would but guess what!! They didn’t!! Seriously you are better off buying your cars from any other dealership.

Best dealership in Greater Cincinnati! I live 47 miles away and value my time, I discussed with Dewey options over the phone and what was available for my price range. Showed up the very next morning tested and looked at 3 vehicles and bought a Toyota Tacoma. Nobody pushed me to buy any options I did not want. I felt I was well respected and valued customer. After all the paperwork was processed the payment was within the price range we discussed over the phone. Fast and hassle free they even helped me to get my stuff from a car I traded in into a new car. Jeremy the used cars sales director was very honest and friendly and so was Dewey who has extensive experience in customer service and perfect skills and knowledge about automobiles.

We decided to leave a deposit down on a vehicle if $1157, we were expecting a check for a large amount within a week or so. The agreement was that we would endorse the check over to the dealership once it arrived in exchange for the vehicle. When we received the check, it was for a larger amount than we thought. I contacted the dealership to tell them if this and asked how long it would take for them to refund us the difference. I was told over the phone that it could be up to three weeks or more. This was not acceptable so we deposited the check into our bank account. We went in person to discuss this with the finance department. The sakes guy went to get them but it was not the finance manager. It was someone else who immediately began to insult and berate us for not having brought the check to them. Again no explained the reason but was told that that was not the arrangements made. My husband told this person that if they needed to and had another buyer for that vehicle that was fine just to refund us the deposit. My husband was not happy with the way we had been spoken to and no longer wanted to do business with them. The man then said no just wait and went to go talk it over with someone and upon returning he said that they would wait on us. However, my husband had already been humiliated by the way 5his person had spoke to us initially and his mind was made up. We sent them an email telling them we no longer wanted the vehicle and the reason why and asked they return our deposit. They responded by asking that we go discuss with them what had happened but my husband said to answer back no and request again for our $1157. We have no longer heard from them and they still have our money. We purchased another vehicle at another dealership, paid it in cash. Its been almost 2 months. Apparently they have every intention of keeping our money.

I wanted a new car and I heard Toyota cars last forever. My 2015 Ford Fusion was in the shop. I drove on the lot with an older 2007 Ford Focus. No one came and talked to me. There was like 5 workers sitting down outside. I wanted to buy a car from them. I felt like they didnt care about my business because I wasnt in a fancy newer car. I went down the road to Zimmer and this pretty young lady came and talked to me right away. I bought a new 2020 challenger that day.

If you have Covid-19 concerns, do not go to Kerry Toyota in Florence. I dropped my car off at 7:30 and the few people that were there were wearing masks. When I showed up to pick my car up at 4, I was shocked by how many employees were not wearing masks. I saw five separate employees that were attending customers not wearing a mask for an extended period of time. Two of which were getting in and out of cars being picked up and dropped off. This business is the worst business I have been to since the pandemic started in regards to complying to public health. I reached out to management and received a generic email that did not address any of my concerns. I bought my car here five years ago and will now be taking it elsewhere to be serviced. Outside of Covid-19 concerns, expect to pay top dollar for the services provided. On a side note, stay clear of their used car section of the dealership. My wife and I looked at a car there a year ago and one guy kept smoking in our face and the manager that day was an absolute jerk. He essentially told my wife she didnt know anything about cars and went out of his way to make her look stupid when she mentioned a similar car at another dealership she was looking at for a cheaper price. Kerry Toyota embodies the belief that all car dealerships suck.

Worst car buying experience and I’m not new to the experience. Salesman had no idea what he was talking about as far as child safety seats!! Windshield was scratched took 3 weeks to get them to call me to get it replaced (something that should have been done before I bought it). Now 6 weeks in and I still do not have the title or my original tag which they told me I didn’t need to give them my tag but after 4 weeks they changed their mind (needed a second 30 day tag). Title, well who knows where that is or if it will ever make it to me. 6 WEEKS and they are waiting on a lean release for a vehicle that was leased thru them and returned after the lease to them?!?!?! First time customer also a last time customer and I will tell everyone I know to stay clear of KERRY TOYOTA!!!!! Oh I almost forgot Corona is to blame for all the issues I’ve had per everyone at KERRY??? It’s amazing the finance department didn’t have any trouble with Corona and getting my bank to pay them quickly. Time to stop the blame game and do your job!!!!!!!!!!

Called them about a vehicle posted on their website and they told me not on the lot it was in transit with no known arrival date. I get there still wanting the specific car to put a deposit for it and at first they tell me its a manual when the website clearly says CVT automatic. After I told him it said CVT automatic the salesman tells me he thought I meant a white one and he would take the vin and check with the manager. He then comes back and tells me that one is unavailable and it was totalled in transit. Then try to get me to buy a different one without looking at it.Edit: Thank you for the response. My issue is that the car in question is still up on the website. If it was totalled in transit then you should remove it from your website as it is misleading.

Once again, service told me that I needed something expensive that I didn’t really need: My key was not working smoothly in the ignition, so i asked them to look into it. The service manager told me I needed a new “cylinder” for the ignition, and that the cost would be over $700. I initially agreed, but while waiting for the part to arrive, my husband suggested that we try the back up set of keys in the ignition. Guess what? The back up keys worked fine. I called Kerry Toyota to cancel the $770 cylinder and instead order a new set of keys. There was no apology for misdiagnosing the problem, nor for trying to sell me a $770 solution that I didn’t need.I have given this dealership far too many chances to get it right, and they have failed way too many times.I’ll be taking my business elsewhere in the future. I’ve heard that the Fort Wright Garage does reliable work and doesn’t gouge its customers. Regardless, no one can be as bad as Kerry Toyota.

Horrible manager. Very deceptive and they kept trying to bully me. I had to ask for my personal vehicle keys 5 times and they acted like they didnt know where they were. I finally lost my temper and demanded my keys. I walked out on the deal because the numbers kept changing. When I did get my keys and started to leave I apologized to my salesman that the deal didnt happen and he replied angerily no you arent sorry. As I drove away he followed my car yelling something. I just rolled up my window and stepped on the gas to get the heck out of there. Worst experience EVER and I used to sell cars. Never was treated so disrespectfully in my life.

I financed my first car from these people with good credit, I found the perfect car that I had been looking for for months, and ended up purchasing it off of pure impulse. they screwed me over with an almost 13% interest rate because they knew I had never bought a car before and tried to confuse me. Very sketchy employees, I would advise to purchase/finance somewhere else

The only thing that would make all this better for me is it Toyota would take the initiative and renew my warranties for me. Thats right warranties plural, more than one. But I’ve brought my truck in multiple times and got all of the information changed as to who owns the truck under there system multiple times and yet the previous owner still gets every call about the truck and he ends up having to contact me every time that way I know the service is done. He knew my truck was done getting an oil change hours before I did

I owned a Toyota Rav4 already and love the brand. I bought & serviced my current Toyota and a prior one at another dealership and I always had great experiences with them. That location however was further away and didnt have what I was looking for showing in stock online, but Kerry did. So I decided to go to Kerry for a test drive and see if it was a fit for me. Im so glad I did, now I get the great Toyota service and a lot closer to home.As far as the buying process, I was very happy with the team and the process. Elvis met us on the lot while we were looking. He was so nice, helpful and nothing like the salesmen you dread or try to avoid. One thing I dont like at all are pushy sales people that dont listen to you and try to sell you more, even after you say no. Elvis and his group were nothing like that, in fact Elvis asked why I selected the higher model and he took the time to tell me the difference in the trim levels. Through the process with Elvis, his manager and finance, I felt like I was listened to, never pressured and treated like a friend. They made the process fun and easy!

DONT BE ME!!!I purchased a used Suzuki SX4 from Kerry on December 6th. I did sign an As Is Declaration based on the information given me by the Used Car Manager and my Salesman. During the test drive everything seamed fine and I did not hear a problem.Upon arriving home after purchase just minutes from Kerry Toyota my girlfriend noticed a loud rattle. This was occurring because I was learning the car and pressing buttons.Well, it turns out that with the A/C on and the cooling fans running while in gear at idle there is a very noticeable rattle. I reached out to Kerry, they looked at it and THE USED CAR MANAGER told me it was a timing belt tensioner and also told me that they were good people( I know what I heard from them) and would take care of it. Today December 27th they worked on it but replaced the serpentine belt tensioner. THE SAME RATTLE IS STILL THERE AND THEY DESTOYED SOMETHING ALONG THE BELT PATH BECAUSE NOW THERE IS A LOUD NOTICEABLE SQUEAK THAT WAS NOT THERE TO BEGIN WITH. NOW THAT THEY HAVE MADE THE PROBLEM WORSE THEY WANT ME TO START A WARRANTEE CLAIM WHICH, IF IT WORKS ONLY COST $100 FOR THE DEDUCTIBLE, IF IT DOESENT, I AM SPENDING MANY HUNDREDS OR POSSIBLY THOUSANDS ON A CAR I WAS TOLD HAD BEEN GONE OVER AND PASSED BY THEM. WHY SHOULD I PUT ANOTHER PENNY IN THIS UNETHICAL BUSINESSES POCKET.I FEEL ITS IMPORTANT TO NOTE THE SALES MANAGER POINTED THIS CAR OUT AND TALKED ABOUT HOW MECHANICALLY SOUND IT WAS. THE REASON I BOUGHT THIS CAR WAS THE CONFIDENCE I FELT IN WHAT THE MANAGER WAS SAYING, I AM A FOOL.I WILL TAKE THE CAR ELSEWHERE, THERE HAS TO BE BETTER PEOPLE ( EHICAL PEOPLE ) OUT THERE TO TRUST AND WORK WITH.DONT BE ME !!!

I purchased a new Corolla recently, the first time I bought a Toyota from this dealership. I have to say Kerry Toyota went above and beyond my expectations. I hadnt planned to really buy the day that I went, but was made an offer too good to refuse. Tyler, the salesman that worked with me, was very knowledgeable and not at all pushy when I had any questions. Everyone else that helped me after my test drive were just as helpful too. It was not a good experience at all. I showed up at 11:15 and expected to see a finance person within the next 15 or 20 minutes and I waited an hour. I got shuffled around between sales people and no one gave me a straight story. By the time I finally got the information I needed it was wrong. No one else could help me. Very poor service.

I asked the finance department if the Kentucky personal property tax was included in the Toyota lease payments. He said it was included with the payments. We received a Bill in June of 2019 and 2020 for Personal Property Tax on our leased Toyota. We called Toyota Financial Services and they told us it was our responsibility to pay the tax. The only conclusion we could come to, is that the employees at Kerry Toyota are liars. If you like dealing with liars Kerry Toyota is the place to go!

My wife and I knew exactly what we wanted before entering the dealership—year, model, options, and colors. Rather than following a predetermined recipe for interacting with generic customers, Kerry Toyota heard and adjusted to our specific needs and more importantly, they didn’t treat us just like a number. They heard what we were seeking and took the corresponding action. They didn’t waste our time. They didn’t insult our intelligence. They didn’t give us inflated financial numbers just to make us feel like we eventually got a great deal (I walked out of another dealership an hour before for this exact reason). In short, they have progressed with the times and they don’t use the old dealership tactics that are laughable at this point. If your time and your money are important to you, swing over and see them. They’ll ensure you are treated like an intelligent person whose time and money are both important to you.
