I was so impressed with this business from the very first look - it’s one of the cleanest tire and auto servicing place I’ve seen. The staff was very nice, and they got my car in for alignment service without delay. Then came the big surprise - no charge because my alignment was fine! Who does that?? Well, this place does! They have my vote of confidence that they are honest and beyond fair, I’d definitely recommend them and will take my car there again.

I took my tire to Stephenson‘s. It had a nail and a large bolt in it. They were able to patch it within an hour. When I went to pay, they told me no charge. If you purchase your tires from them they will fix any hole that needs to be patched for free. That is a great way to stand behind your product as well as provide excellent customer service. I highly recommend this company.

About a month ago, i got my car alligned at this place & they didnt tell me about my rack/pinion being completely shredded. I got two new tires put on the back and the old ones (still in great shape) rotated to the front. This tore my tires apart & even messed the allignment up horribly. Conveniently located right on Florence boulevard almost next to hobby lobby. went for a tire patch which they did for free! In and out very quick even though I stopped in with no appointment. Since I was there, I also asked them to rotate my tires. Very professional very nice and the price was right for the rotation.

Stephenson Tire and Alignment was recommended to me by the Lexus dealership in Huntsville since I didn’t feel comfortable driving to Huntsville from Florence with a visible screw in my tire and leaking air. I was immediately greeted with a smile and said we can get it fixed right away. They immediately took my car and fixed the tire at no charge. I see now why the Lexus dealership recommended them. The kind, professional people there are a refreshing change to so many places you go to this day in time. Would highly recommend them for ANY tire needs. I will definitely be getting my tires there!

Whats not to like about the service here ? I bought tires for my truck here 2years ago and the service has been top notch. They are open at 7:00 am, and my repair was free. Tire rotation was free a few months ago as well. Fast, friendly, professional service is what you get here!

This is the place to go for auto maintenance. Very professional and courteous. Unlike other places Stephenson’s Tire Pros doesn’t try to sell a service you don’t need. They only recommend needed services. Definitely recommend them for any auto maintenance needs.

Everything went well. Set appointment two days before for new tires because I knew they would have to be ordered(low profile on 20 inch rims). I showed up a few minutes before my appointment time and they took care of me right away. Quoted approximately 1 1/2 hours to do the work and it only took 45 mins with alignment. Didnt run into any surprises so price quoted is what I payed. I would definitely purchase tires from them again.

This was the best tire service experience I have ever had by far. The Manager was waiting on me to arrive to start on my truck. I have oversized mud tires and I was worried about the balancing of the tires. They called me twice to let me know the progress of the job and when exactly I could come and pick up my truck. They were done right on time and I could not be any happier with their work. The truck rides like new! I highly recommend Stephenson Tire and alignment!

Jay was very complete on getting everything ready and was knowledgeable on things. He was unable to get the oil I needed for the oil change and he was very conscious on on suggesting Jiffy Oil just down the street and I was able to go down there and get in right away and get my oil changed.So Jays knowledge help me to get everything done on my car I needed to within a couple of hours. The receptionist lady Connie I think her name was, actively needed a little bit of attitude adjustments. After all she was the receptionist receiving customers as they come through the door.

Very courteous. I had a wheel bust on me and had to order one from a salvage yard out of state. They let me park there for a couple days until the wheel came in. My tire kept losing air because of my wheel and the whole situation wouldve been much harder, if I had to figure out how to replace the wheel and tire with my car stuck at home. As soon as I brought the wheel in, they changed my wheel out and had me on my way in no time. Everyone was very friendly and kind. The service was fairly priced and I will be back.
