Over and over this Tire Express is professional, exceptionally courteous and respectful, and just really competent. They do a good job with their work, they are friendly without being overbearing, and they never talk down to me. I’m always impressed with how quickly they can get my car in and out. Houston and the crew are fantastic!

These guys offer reasonable prices with honest good work. They always give it to you straight. And dont sneak in extras like so many other places do to get that price up.

Several years ago my friend told me about the great service of Express Oil. From the first time I had an oil change to 2020, with COVID, the staff and service has been wonderful. The mechanics were wearing masks, which shows the utmost of respect for customers. I appreciate the efficiency and when I have to wait, it is in a clean environment, even stocked with water. Express Oil, Florence Blvd. gets my 5 stars.

We were there less than 20 mins. As usual with this place, there is no need to get out of your car. Just sit there and let them check your levels, change oil, etc. Its really perfect for social distancing hahahah. When we went, there was no wait in line. Literally in and out. I will continue to use them for my oil changes and recommend them highly.

The only place we take our vehicles to have work done. They are honest, have good prices, and very knowledgeable.

Ive been going to this place for over 10 years. Probably over 15 or close to 20 when I think about all the cars of my life Ive had here.. anyway, they have always treated me with respect and not try to sell me stuff I dont need! Theres a gray-haired gentleman that usually takes good care of me but today Rodney was my upstairs guy and he did great! I dont think it is the brand because Ive been to other Express and they are not as good. Its just this one store. Keep it up! Thanks!

Like other EOC locations I have visited in Alabama and Georgia, this place is superior. I took my 2013 Ford F-150 in for a 200,000 mile service. Did everything for a reasonable price. Recommended front brake replacement next service. I have probably gone to EOC for most of my oil changes, etc. Headed to 300,00 miles!!!

My brother recommend I try Express Oil and said he has been dealing with them for years and was extremely satisfied with there work and service. Tried them out early Saturday morning and really impressed! The technician ask of the two oils I could use which one I would prefer never had that choice at the dealer I took my truck to. Found an issue with my brakes and let me know that they could take care of repairs now and not asking me to come back on a week day. I highly recommend these folks and the service is outstanding!! Only thing you may want to get there early because they really stay busy!!

I have never been to an express I didn’t like, but this express is exceptional! The guys are quick and super helpful. I’m a girl who doesn’t know anything about cars and I’m always scared I’m getting scammed, but express has awesome prices and very knowledgeable staff who let you know everything they are doing and why they are doing it.

Friendly, helpful staff. They always help when I have questions. Only downside is if you need a part they dont have, you have to wait for it to be delivered. That can take awhile sometimes.

Very happy with service we received here. Had tire trouble on a trailer, and had them break them down to swap them out. Turns out they didnt fit.... guys didnt have the tires we needed in stock, but didnt charge us for any of the work since they couldnt help us. This is unheard of these days! Would definitely recommend this place. Customer service was top notch.

Ive been going to these people for a few years now. They ALWAYS treat me fairly. Just recently, I was convinced I needed new brakes (they were squeaking). I told them I needed then then waited in the waiting room until they finished. 5 minutes later, the brake technicians comes to to inform me that I do not need brakes and have at least 20k left on them. That kind of service is uncommon. This kind of thing has happened to me often here.Ive been to competitors where they try to sell my unnecessary services and are high pressure. Not this place. Good job, guys.

The one on dr. Hicks perform a service which I doing so they should have replaced certain gaskets, they assured me that they did but when I had the car worked on somewhere else because it had more problems when I got it back oh, they showed me that it still had the factory metal gasket in it, the service manager obviously lied saying that was replaced. Will never go to express oil change on dr. Hicks drive again

Best thing I can say is that I feel like I can trust them, which I cant say about many car service businesses in the area.

I was recommended by another mechanic to have my radiator replaced by Express Oil Change. Arrived 15 mins before they opened and was initially greeted promptly and instructed to pull my car into the bay.I was quoted a repair timelime of 2.5 hours to 3 hours. Left to run errands and came back 3 hours later. After hunting down someone for an update, I was advised another part would be needed, which would take another 45 minutes. Waited another 45 minutes with no updates from the mechanic.Had to walk out of the lobby area into the bay area to find someone for an update. I was instructed to go to another mechanic (Dustin) for an update. Dustin advised that the part was coming from Pertersville (15 mins away). When I advised Dustin that I was told a part was coming 45 mins ago and expressed my displeasure about the changing timeline, Dustins response was This is my area. Youll have to go to the other guy (other mechanic).Went back to the other mechanic who advised me he didnt know the part was coming from Petersville, but stated Dustin shouldnt have talked to you like that .......CLEARLY.According to Express Oil Changes Mission Statement (On the wall in the lobby): Mission - To give each customer the assurance that their car is well maintained by providing the highest quality automotive products and services delivered quickly and conveniently in a superior environment by a friendly professional staff emphasizing integrity in every actionSummary: Although the service was provided eventually, Express Oil Changes staff (i.e. Dustin) was, at one point, not friendly or professional (i.e. Changing repair timelimes with no customer updates). Service was also not quick. They appear to have a bunch of employees and no management or dedicated Customer Service staff. Unexpected parts being needed is understood; however, updating the customer regarding changing repair timelines should be a business standard. Customers should not have to track down updates.For all the trouble, I was given a 15% discount for the repair and a free oil change. I would recommed this business to friends and family. Corey at Express Oil Change should be commended for his Customer Service.
