Polite staff. Efficient check in. Had appt but took longer than predicted. Service agent explained could not isolate warning light issue so took extra time calling Honda for advice. Unresolved but felt they were thorough.

BEWARE OF SERVICE DEPARTMENT. Horrible experience had car for 8 days, had to go through many parts to get to the right part,and had to pay for all the parts even if they were good. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

This was over a year ago, but Ill never forget that they charged me 150 dollars to replace a wire harness because the airbag sensor on the seat belt was broke. This was supposed to be a life time warranty, and the service guy was a complete jerk when I told him I didnt want it. I made the mistake of telling them I only had 150 bucks to my name, at which point they discounted it down to exactly that amount with tax. I just wanted my car back at that point.. Thought about this today as I have more money and I was thinking about getting a new car, but I will never go here ever again. I hope that 150 bucks was worth it..
