I got to my appointment early in out fast very friendly staff and knowledgeable.

This place wasnt the cheapest and they werent even the close to the most expensive. I feel like I received a great deal on the tires and install. The service was quick and friendly. They have open WIFI available to use which was great for me because I was able to do some work while I waited for my vehicle. I will be back to have tires for another vehicle very soon.

Got break estimate for 2012 srx $ 900.00 + with rotors. Person was cordial.

I hit some black ice on my way to Nashville and crashed into a barrier/median wall south of Florence KY. Appeared all I needed was a tire and couldnt change it in the dark, so I had my truck towed. The tow operator suggested good year so I could get the tire fixed in the morning. When we took the truck down I noticed it was much more than the tire: control arm and possibly axle. Next day, I asked the Mgr/owner if he could fix it and instead of screwing me over with some bs response he said, yes we can fix the axle and the control arm but that it would be better to get that done along with the body repair so I dont get slowed down in getting my truck back and incurring rental charges. Very cool! Very professional. And they were happy to accommodate my truck parked in his lot while we waited for State Farm to tow it out of there. Thank you! And god bless.

Really helped us out when we had some trailer tire issues. Checked our van tire for free. Would definitely go there regularly if I lived in the area.

I have made two attempts in the last several months to come here to get two separate tires patched. The guy at the front desk both times seemed to not care and told me he could get to it sometime today. Not a good way to win over customers that could give you business in the future. Will definitely not recommend to anyone I know needing tires or any work done.

Had a flat on our way to visit family. I put on my spare tire and went to Richwood Automotive/Goodyear to get it looked at and repaired if possible. We walked in with our 10 month old daughter and explained the situation. To my surprise we were quickly informed by the woman behind the counter that they didnt have time to look at it. We were completely dismissed and it only would have been a 10-15 min job. I ended up stopping at the auto zone nearby, but buying a plug kit, and repairing it myself in a gas station parking lot. I guess plugging a tire doesnt cost enough to justify helping an out of town family.

These guys bailed me out of a serious jam. I was in from out of town and having issues with my car shaking and oil light coming on. After calling other places who were downright rude and unhelpful, these guys went above and beyond to take care of me. They were patient with me even though I kept calling them worried about my car. I appreciate being treated with respect, not all car places are so nice to women. Car is running much better now and issues seem to be fixed. Thanks you guys and I wish yall were in my hometown.

My experience with this Goodyear is from several years ago. Perhaps management or practices have changed. However, I went in with a flat tire to get it plugged. I was told the nail was too close to the tread to be plugged and that I would need a new tire, possibly 4 for even wear issues. Went to another shop and they had it plugged in 15 minutes for $20. Ive been driving on that plugged tire for well over 2 years. Despite my warnings, my roommate went in for a cheap oil change and was told she needed all kinds of work. Knowing my experience she took it to another shop who told her everything was perfectly fine, she has had no problems since with the supposed issues.

Stopped in with a near flat tire and a bent valve stem and these folks were great. Employee named Sam came out and fixed problem and aired up all tires at no charge. We were back on road in less than 5 mins. Thanks so much.

I used to come here all the time for oil changes, but I had a bad experience when wanting a wheel alignment. They refused to perform a wheel alignment on my vehicle because they said my tie rod was bad. I had just replaced my tie rod with a MOOG part. The manager quickly apologized and offered me a free wheel alignment. To his defense I didnt take him up on his offer immediately, I actually waited about 7 months or so, but they did NOT honor the free wheel alignment, he said he didnt have it in his system that he owed me a free wheel alignment and wouldnt give me one for free.Not sure I would come back here, and also I would not go to MIDAS (separate issue) as they lied to me.

Had oil change done. I plan on returning....2nd visit was great. Had a vehicle inspection done. They were Honest and professional

These guys performed some warranty work on my 1984 Ranger. Checked the starter which had been replaced at another Goodyear Auto Center, and replaced the starter solenoid. It took them 2 days before they did anything with my truck. When I got it back, I was adjusting the idle screw on the carb, when suddenly, upon my attempting to start the truck up, the starter kept cranking, even when I wasnt turning the key. I tried to stall it out, by putting it into 2nd, and it just kept cranking. I had to pull the key out, and then when I tried to start it up again, nothing was working. No solenoid click, not even interior lights. Upon calling to see what they could do about it, the manager was very unapologetic, and told me he didnt know if the work would be covered under the warranty until I brought the truck in, and that they wouldnt be able to do anything on it for several days. Do not go here. Shoddy work, rude customer service, slow, and generally unprofessional. That is all.

They were fast and I dont have any complaints except they didnt do all they said they did which was evident when I took the car down the road to Autozone and they showed me that although Id been told they checked certain things and that they were fine, these things needed attention. Probably should have checked the reviews before taking my car in here.
