We had a tire blow out on 75, found this place off google maps. Ed was great. Great customer service and prices. Highly recommend this shop.

Went last week to have my wifes tire put on. Made an appointment at 6pm. Guy was super helpful and did a great job. Went yesterday to get tires on my truck. Tried to set appointment, other guy refused and sent me on my way. Ridiculous. Lost a good customer for life.

I have used Tire Discounters in the past for a previous vehicle and have always had good experiences at this location. I was looking to get 4 new tires installed and requested my appointment after hours on Friday night, got a confirmation on Saturday, and my appointment was scheduled for Tuesday. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they were offering free valet vehicle pick-up and drop off. I was able to work from home and not have to worry about getting to/from the shop. Jim, the Personal Vehicle Manager that picked up and dropped off my car, was very friendly and professional. This was a great experience with very little effort required on my part!

Chris, the manager, was running an extremely busy operation on the day I needed help. He took time to talk to me and made sure my needs were met. He did not seem flustered or bothered by more business and was willing to help ever customer quickly and with a positive attitude. I have had to take my car here maybe 5 times this year (not their fault, my car is old and in need of lots of love) and every time I go service is always fast and the workers are always so friendly. I refuse to take my car anywhere else unless its something they absolutely cannot do. I truly trust and feel comfortable that they arent gonna screw me on price like other shops have tried to do, just because Im young and a woman. 5 star experience every time.

Chris and the techs did a great job despite me brining in the wrong parts. They called me in and showed me exactly what the issue was. They didn’t even charge me for the time it took to take off the old running boards and testing out the new ones I brought in. That really shows the character these guys have, I applaud their professionalism. I will definitely bring my truck back in later this year when I need new tires and possibly a leveling kit. Friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful.We had a leaky tire on our pop up camper. While they did not stock it (expected - few regular tire stores would have that tire), they helped me put on the spare (my standard car jack doesnt work great with the camper), checked the leaky tire to see if it was just a leaky valve, and suggested a place to get the needed trailer tire.All for no charge. They were willing to take a few minutes to help, even though I wasnt buying a tire from them.Great people, great place.

Exceptional customer service by Clare. Scheduled appt. And was told tires would be in that afternoon. Unfortunately wrong tires were ordered for that day. Clare went out of her way to have another employee pick up tires at another location and deliver the following day. I think she was more upset with the error than I was and went way out of her way to correct it.

Showed up with a tire that had a chunk of metal in it and the great people here took care of it and got me back on the road with a new tire. Great people and amazing service. All done in a very timely manner.

Horrible experience, brought my car in for 4 tires and I get it back front end shaking and scratches and chunks missing off my wheels, they claim it was like that when I brought it in, but I know for a fact it was not only 9 months old and I never had my wheels touched before this, managers there are Horrible and I had and have a right to get upset when I pay over 800$ and its worse than when I brought it in, I will never use them again ever

Tire Discounters comes through for me again. Had my car picked up personally and brought back to their shop for 4 new tires, free alignment and free brake check. They picked the vehicle up about 1030am, and do what Tire Discounters mechanics do... Good work! Checked the brakes for me and they were still good. Brought it back to me safe and sound about 5pm. New tires look great. Delivered with paperwork by James Stokes who had great conversation about cars. He was the quintessential point man for this type of interaction. Cant beat the Skip the shop! Especially during the time we are living in. This is how you keep folks coming back.

I am a stay at home mom and I also babysit, so it is really hard for me to leave during the day to run errands. They told me that they started a free valet service and they come pick up your car, service it, and then bring it back. That made it so easy for me. They picked up my car about 11:30 and brought it back to be around 5. I will definitely go back to them if I need any more tires.

I needed 4 new tires and they got me in late in the day but had it done by close. In about an hour and a half. Also gave me a deal that expired the day before. Very pleased!

I went to this location and had two vehicles rotated and balanced. Both it felt like they didn’t do anything, and I even took one back, they test drove my car without my consent and the tech even stated he went 80mph in my vehicle. I had not been made aware they planned on test driving my vehicle and on top of that, they didn’t fix the issue.

We got a flat tire around 6pm! We had a small spare, but still had over 300 miles to go on our trip. At this time, we went to Midas and Car rx. Neither of them wanted to help us as they were closing! We made it to Tire Discounters at exactly when they closed at 7:00pm. Breanna came out to get look at our car. She was so nice and very understanding of our predicament and said the rest of the staff would stay after closing to fix our tire! They were friendly and very customer focused!

I came in Friday afternoon to ask about repairing my tire rim. The lady up front didnt ask for any information. Said for cracks they ship it off for 3 days and its 200-300 dollars. My rim is not cracked, just has a small dent. She seemed like she was just in a rush to get us to leave.

I made an appointment at this location for 9am on one of their busiest days; Saturday. I told them I would wait for my car because I didnt have any plans and I was in no kind of rush. When I spoke with Mike earlier that week setting up the appointment he asked what I needed done on the car, and boy was it a list. I needed new tires, my brakes to be looked at, an oil change, new fluids in the car, an alignment, etc. He made it seem easy! When I got there Saturday morning Mike went over the different tires, and packages I could get for my car. He didnt pressure me, but made things very simple, and left the decision up to me to ultimately make. We went ahead and loaded the car up and said that if they find anything else along the way we will discuss additional pricing, but we agreed upon a price at that point. Needless to say I had a few conversations with the managers since I was there for a while, and they are wonderful, and caring people! Tony, Garth, and Mike I would like to personally thank you AND all of your employees for spending all the time you did on my car! I know you guys will probably never want to see another Cobalt ever again, but my car has never ran this good since I have owned it. Five stars isnt enough for this crew.

Horrible customer service at the location off KY 18 @ bankers street. Had to have my car towed to the US 42 location. Miss the old manager Chris. He knew how to help out a customer. Staff at the US 42 location was much better.

The rude receptionist, Breanna or something close to that; she mumbled it so I couldn’t even understand that part, she ruined all service I’ll get from you all just by her tone. I dont recommend this Company. On Jan 5,2021, i went in for a front end alignment. They said they had to do $800 of work on it first. But, three months earlier, I had all those parts replaced and no more than 2000 miles since. Would not do the Alignment unless I agreed to the $800 work. Bless their hearts, they couldnt figure out how to remove the rear differential plug with a 3/8 drive rachet to check the grease. Talk about worthless and fowl. I would not recommend these people to check the air in my tires. Roger Bankston

Went in for a wellness check on my car and was given back over $950 in repairs to which they left out replacing the shocks because simply “it didn’t need to be replaced in order to make the car safe on the road” but when the words used are “completely shot shocks” I take that as it’s an urgent issue. Not to mention the car fishtails when driving due to the bad back shocks. I was under the impression the entire time they were getting replaced because I advised them to FIX EVERYTHING but the “shot shocks” weren’t included?? They claimed they were saving me money but instead caused an entire new issue and still took nearly $1000 from me JUST for brake pads, rotors, a power steering hose and TWO TIRES. When called to resolve the issue I was talked down upon by the General Manager when discussing the basic labor and parts of a car because of my age and my gender as a 20 y/o woman. Absolutely outrageous prices and absolutely poor communication. If you don’t want your customers thinking they’re driving a bad vehicle then you should rethink your descriptions. Giving me back a vehicle that is “safe to drive on the road” would include the back shocks that were quote on quote “completely shot”.

I had an interesting situation happen here. I had a blowout on one of my tires on the rear of my front wheel drive sedan, had them put a new one on since my other three tires were almost brand new at the time. Everything was fine until it went to get them rotated recently and put the new tire on the front, now Im noticing my car pulling to the right where it wasnt before the rotation and my speedometer is off on the highway, I inspected and noticed that the replacement tire that was put on during the blowout was a 55 aspect ratio not 50 as the other 3 tires were. I brought the car to them and after all the waiting they tell me all they can do is offer me 33% off a $200 tire to fix the situation, so I just had them put the larger tire back on the rear where its not causing any issues now.Personally I was hoping the situation would have been handled better considering they made the mistake in the first place.

On our way home back to Alabama from a funeral in Ohio, we were having issues not being able to get air into two of our tires on our RV because of the valve stems being too short. After stopping at an Auto Zone and purchasing some valve stem extenders, we drove down to TD and received greatly appreciated assistance in not only getting the valve stems put on, tires had to be taken off, but airing up of our tires at no cost. Great customer service and an overall great experience at this location! Thank you guys so much for getting us situated and back on the road!

Tony and his crew are awesome!! I scheduled an appointment for tire rotation and a radiator flush my last visit. Just like my previous visits, a technician pulled my car in and started work right at my appointment time. Everyone was friendly and did a great job! I will definitely be back!

Because of my work schedule, its difficult for me to schedule an oil change. But they took my car when I went in and were finished two hours later, and even completed an inspection.

A great place to have your tires checked! I didnt want to wait so I made an apt. They checked my tires to make sure they had enough air to get home and back. No waiting with the apt. I was in and out in half hour. Tony was especially helpful!

Had an emergency out of town in Kentucky needed to get all four tires replaced quickly. They got me in and got me done and on my way back to Chicago.

This location was recommended to me and Im so glad I opted to go with them. Service manager is extremely nice, understanding and was willing to squeeze me in on a booked-full holiday weekend. My car needed a lot of work and they did an awesome job. I will recommend this location to others and will be bringing my car to them for any future service.

Made an appointment for 5pm on a weeknight for an oil change and tire rotation. Also asked them to check alignment. Was greeted and treated immediately. Everything was accomplished in a quick 45 mins. I even got a discount on the oil change from original quote on the phone. Ill be going back for sure.

The Employees are wonderful. Tony the manager is amazing! We always take are cars there for everything and they always work w/ us and give us a fair price. The work the do on our cars are great and we always have them back when promised. We have used them not only for our cars but our children’s cars over the years. Fast friendly service you can count on

I went here today on a whim to see if they would have the tire I needed. I had called so many other places and they didn’t have it. I was ready to drive to Columbus to get a new tire. I went in and asks if they had the tire I needed and I did. They changed my tire and made the pressure the same in all the wheels in less than a hour. Everyone there is extremely friendly and their prices are reasonable. I told them what I was going to pay in Columbus and they matched that. I was extremely appreciative of that. I talked with Dick the whole time and he was so kind and also funny. Everyone there is amazing and I will definitely be back for any work my car needs.

My truck had new tires put on it at the Walton location. The first time we had it on the highway there was a bad vibration that was not present prior to getting the new tires. After several unsuccessful attempts to get them to find and correct the problem we decided to take it to the Florence 42 location. Tony listened to my frustration and worked the truck into the schedule same day which was very appreciated since we had been dealing with the vibration for a week and Walton location hadnt been much help. It took about 2.5 hours to find and solve the problem but it was worth the time. Tony and one of the techs apologized for the time it took, which they didnt need to do, but it shows they are customer focused. Thank you to Tony Daniels, Brian Holt, Dillon Prater, Garth and everyone at that location for helping resolve the issue.

Needed a single Michelin tire ordered because it was not a stock item. On 4/20/20, I was told by Sergio in customer service that it would be at the Florence store on RT. 42 in Florence Kentucky the following day and I needed to pay a deposit on the tire. I stopped in the same day and paid $150 towards the service. I explained that I had to work the following day til 5:30pm and was told by Tony at the front desk that it wouldnt be a problem to complete the install and perform an alignment before close at 7pm. I arrived the following day to find them behind,which I understand can happen, and rescheduled for the following day to drop off my vehicle midday to give extra time for the service to be performed. I inconvenienced a family member to pick me up from the store after dropping my vehicle off during my lunch time. I was called an hour later by Tony letting me know that my tire that ordered on 4/20/20 and promised next day delivery, was not delivered on Wed 4/22/20 and it wouldnt arrive until Friday 4/24/20. I again inconvenienced another family member to pick me up from work the same day to take me to TD after calling and confirming a refund on the $150 deposit with Garth as they failed to hold up their end of the deal. When I arrive, Im told that stores cant give refunds and it has to be handled through the corporate office by Tony. So three days from the date of the deposit, Im without my new tire and my deposit (for now at least). Out the door with more???....I think not.

Had a great experience there today. Had some object in my tire. It wasnt patchable, so I had to get a new one. Lucky I had bought the road hazzard warranty. So it didnt cost hardly anything to get it fixed. Ill definitely be going back to this store for all my tire needs. The staff is friendly and service is excellent!
