Johnny Lee is one of the nicest, easy going, helpful sells person I ever met. They had plenty of cars at nice prices to choose from. When I test drove 4 vehicles, Mr Lee had the next car lined up for me to drive. When I found a problem in a vehicle, he would write it down to get fixed. We did buy a vehicle and loving it. The experience here was good with Mr. Lee. He would listen to you and help find what you looking for. Thank you Mr. Lee and Midwest Auto Store
I live in Cincinnati, closer to the north than the south. My only issue is that I bought a car from a dealer too far from where I live. They have been professional and nice every time I go in.
I worked with Mamadou and had a great experience. We test drive at least a half dozen cars and he was helpful, patient and made good recommendations on a car that would work within my budget.
If I could give them a minus I would. Went to look at a 09 for a friend. Had the check Engine light on. Traction control wouldnt turn off, took it around the corner to have the light checked machinic said communication issue between crank and cam sensors. He said I wouldnt give them more than junk car price.BTW sales guy tried to tell us the light was on because of dirty oil.Dud said I was upset because he wouldnt give me more on trade in. ROFLMAO didnt have trade in was paying cash. Keep lying dude u will sell it to someone some day.
Mamadou was great to deal with made my buying experience great and easy ! Earned my business!
Such a great place to get a car! Johnny Lee was super friendly, helpful, and most of all patient. We found the car we wanted about 30 minutes till closing and he stayed late (almost 2 hours!) to make sure we got everything squared away with the financing and insurance. So glad we found them to get my daughters first car!
I brought my elderly neighbor here to hopefully get a decent safe car. Our salesman Johnny was so kind and easy going with her. After spending over a hour with us she left in own little chevy spark. Im going to bring my mom here for her next car. Most salesmen are in a rush and pushy. Johnny was the best! Thanks Midwest!!
Looking for a great pre own car with a affordable rate check out Midwest auto store. Very satisfied with my purchase. Thanks
Great place to buy a car. Johnny Lee was super helpful and very personable. We drove quite a distance to get the car because there were none like the one we bought around us for a good price and good milage but was so grateful for Johnny helping us out. In and out in an hour.
Staff is super nice and personable. was a nice change to my last buying experience! would definitely recommend buying from them. they made the process easy to understand and quick, which was very nice for someone financing their car for the first time
I had a very positive experience in purchasing a vehicle at Midwest. Mamadou was very kind and most professional in assisting me through this whose process and finding the best vehicle for me. All the rest of the staff were also very kind and helpful. I definitely would recomnend Midwest Auto in Florence, Ky.
Went to look at a vehicle, was sold the day prior, but Johnny Lee was a great help. He let us look around and once we found what we wanted he went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with it. He made the buying experience hassle free. I will buy another car from him. Thanks Johnny Lee.
Mamadou Diaw was great at helping us this is the second car we brought from Midwest because of him
I rate this zero stars but it made me put at least one.....We Purchased a 2018 Ford Edge June 17th 2021 and 2 weeks later the check engine light came on, we replaced the spark plug no big deal but a few weeks later it came on again, we took it to an auto shop to get looked at today and are being told we need to replace the engine for $7,500. No we did did not purchase the warranty that they tried to pressure us into taking (which now I know why he was so pushy about it) so I know they will refuse to fix it or help us out in any way I just do not want this to happen to anyone else. Although I am sure if we did purchase the warranty they would find a way to say its not their responsibility to fix it. So now I have an almost $19,000 car sitting in my driveway that cannot be driven until fixed, which we cannot afford to do because we put down a large chunk of money which was all we had that we saved up to purchase a decent car with and now that car is stuck in my driveway I guess until we pay it off and can afford to fix it. We need 2 cars we have kids and now I am not sure what we are going to do. I do not believe that they did not know there was an issue with this car and selling it to someone knowing this is just awful, I would never recommend this place!
We have purchased 3 vehicles from Midwest and have always had a great experience. First my oldest son, then my husband and I, and our middle boy has just purchased his first car here.Johnny is the salesman to go to as he always makes sure the customer comes first. The ownership looks out for the customer as well. We will purchase all our future vehicles from Midwest. They have more than earned our loyalty.
My dad, cousin and my friend all got cars from there, they are a decent used car salesman.
We have bought several vehicles over the past years and have always experienced great service and fair pricing.
Great selection and top notch service. I would definitely recommend Midwest to anyone looking for a no nonsense car buying experience.
Mamadou was awesome to work with. Financing was easy. Everyone was helpful! We drove from Ohio to get here and I would do it again!
We had a great experience at Midwest Auto Store and came home with a fantastic vehicle! Johnny was super helpful and answered all of our questions. We would definitely purchase another vehicle there again!
I highly recommend this dealership. Johnny was very knowledgeable, professional and patient. I had dealt with several salespeople from other dealerships and I was very pleased with my experience with him
Wanting to buy a grand Cherokee from them. Still interested but when I asked about the $600 dealer fee and said I have to think about it, the guy just said “hope you find a car somewhere else” and hung up before I could ask more questions.Update based on their response:No they did not the explain car shortage, they did not explain a requirement by law for the fee, they just hung up. I’m not trying to ruin a dealerships reputation but hanging up on an active buyer isn’t great service.
Great place and they have a lot of inventory.
I really loved the car I bought from them, but two months after buying it, the engine failed, so now I need a new engine or a new car. Now Im out the 9k + tax that I paid for it 😞. I do not recommend buying from them! Go somewhere more reputable and save yourself the trouble.
From the first call to this “Used car dealer” it was obvious they are different then the rest. Johnny was very helpful on the phone answering questions. Then everyone we interacted with going forward to make our purchase was very friendly and helpful. Great experience.
Horrible! Spent $7200 on a truck and the next day check engine light comes on. I understand its a as-is vehicle but they were kind enough to put it in their shop and check it out. It took almost 3 weeks!! We were patient and waited. The temp permit expires in a week and the light is still on! When we went to pick it up anyway the manager, or whoever he was, got up and started to chew us out because they didnt have to do anything and we should be grateful . My husband said that he was grateful and I said that we just didnt think it would be 24 hours and it would have a issue. I was then called sarcastic and told that we had to leave and we had to go through their attorney!Rude! Rude! Rude!As to your response, most of that is untrue!I NEVER demanded a warranty for anything! I was waiting with my husband who wanted to thank Clare personally for her help and get a print out of what was done for our records. We also wanted the title! You approached us and was belligerent! Furthermore, YOU refused to give us both and said we have to deal with your attorney! Then I told my husband, should we give him our attorneys name and number! That is the ONLY TIME I brought up any attorney! The temporary permit expires next week and I have absolutely NO PAPERWORK!!!
2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee - I had a great experience thanks to Kevin Lowe my salesman and everyone I spoke with while shopping for and purchasing my used SUV. I received outstanding customer service! Kevin quickly tuned into my needs and brought out two excellent prospects to drive. Both vehicles performed well and were in great condition. My final preference was based mainly on comfort. The application process was a breeze and Midwest Auto Store handled all the paperwork details. My SUV was detailed and ready to go the same day. Midwest Auto Store will also be able to take care of service after the sale. I look forward to doing business with Midwest Auto Store in the near future. You made my day!2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee continued - A+++++ used car dealer! Midwest Auto Store provided me with a great vehicle that met my needs and have also followed up after the sale with service above and beyond my expectations. It is a real pleasure to do business with a car dealer that has their priorities straight. Customer satisfaction first and foremost, quality used cars they stand behind and a top notch support team. Thanks Midwest Auto Store.
We came and bought a car here . GREAT PRICE . Johnny was the salesman and we had a great experience working with him he was very professional and did more than expected to help us . I would recommend this dealer for friends or even my future car purchases.
I purchased a vehicle in August 2020. My purchase experience was efficient and smooth. However, I have only owned the car for less than 4 months and I am already having majorly expensive issues. I was encouraged to purchase a warranty, so I did. Come to find out that $1400 warranty only covers power train. I found that out today after the following scenario occurred: About 3 weeks ago, I came in for a requested inspection because I knew my shocks were going out due to noises coming from the suspension. I brought my car into the shop, and was told verbally, and on paper, that nothing was wrong with my shocks or suspension. I came in today and got an oil change. They took another look at my shocks, and somehow in 3 weeks the shocks are so bad that the front right axle is now leaking and it’s going to cost nearly $1,000 to get them fixed. This is shady to me because there is no way that in 3 weeks my shocks went from perfectly fine to absolutely wore out. I could have solved the problem weeks ago, but now other parts of my car are being affected. I will likely have the work done elsewhere seeing as though two other mechanics have given me an estimate that is hundreds of dollars less than what I was quoted today at Midwest Auto. Don’t waste your money here and get sucked into a 4.5 year contract like I did!
I got a 2012 Scion Tc for $9k and 50k miles on it here. The dealer I had, Mamadou was excellent. Not pushy at all, very passive and it definitely lead to me wanting to work with him in the future again!
I got my truck from them and they were all so sweet. Johnny was super cool
Mamadou Diaw was excellent, he made my experience a great one, but recommended Midwest Auto Store and Mamdou
We called about a vehicle they had listed on their website and was told there was no rust at all. Spoke in great detail to a salesman about the vehicle and made sure twice that there was no rust. Then we drove two and a half hours to see a vehicle and it was covered in rust underneath. Not honest, would not recommend!
I was very pleased with the service I received. The work was done quickly and the information about items that might need to be addressed in the future was appreciated.
I recently purchased a used BMW for my wife at Midwest Auto store... Every part of our experience was the best auto purchase I have ever had. Kevin Brinkman was awesome and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone I know who is in the market for a good quality used car. Their selection and extremely helpful staff restored my faith in used car sales. I called ahead and spoke to Kevin about the vehicle I was interested in and when I arrived on the lot I was greeted right away and the car was pulled up front clean and waiting for me. Their selection of vehicles and prices were the best I have ever seen in the area. It is very apparent from start to finish that the owner of Midwest Auto Store takes pride in the selection of vehicles that he sells and the staff he selects. If you are looking for a quality vehicle at a seriously honest and reasonable price do yourself a favor and visit Midwest, you will be glad that you did!
If you have a wedding, or you’re trying to get a good deal because you’re trying to save a little money DONT GO HERE. We payed 7k for a car that now has had 10k in repairs done. Took it to the repair center who couldn’t fix it because it was a vw (don’t sell cars you can’t fix). We bought the car less than 6 months ago and it’s been in the shop for 4 of them. Be very weary and ask a lot of questions. My wedding, move, and everything that comes with it has now been out on hold untill we can recoup the 10k that their car took out of our savings. Tried to hold off on this review but after the third time of me walking home because of the errors on their work was the last strawNote: every negative review on here is defended by the person responding...they don’t own up to mess up (as you clearly can see)
I love this place, they make sure customers are taken care of. All employees are so nice and helpful
Brought in my corvette z06 which has 335/25 rear tires that I wanted changed. They took the job on and when they ran into trouble they called in help and got the job done.
These guys are crooks with no integrity. I made my deal on a Toyota . It needed to be towed. I rented a trailer and was ready to leave. At the last minute they sold it to someone else. TOTALLY untrustworthy crooks
Johnny Lee was very kind and patient with me in the process of making my purchase. He gave me facts and let me choose based of the facts. He also took the time to work with my credit to find the right financer me.
I called in to this store off of an auto trader listing for a truck, confirmed availability, drove 2 hours to buy it and they raised the price by over $1500 dollars in the store and said “I don’t know how that happened”. Creative way to sell cars - be careful going here.
I just purchased my second car from here and I’m very happy with it. I purchased one from them 6 years ago and I loved that car but I unfortunately wrecked it recently. I will be returning in the future to purchase more cars from them.
They made the process very easy. Quality used cars. Ignore the low ratings you see.
Mamadou was awesome! Suburb customer service and easy to deal with for sure!!!! Thanks so much:)
Pretty disappointing. Not a single advertised car was available. The salesman was nice but he had nothing to sell in my price range.
I had such a great experience buying a used car here that 3 of my family members purchased cars here too! They offer discounted prices on service for those who purchased their car here. Full service auto repair and maintenance done on sight.
The salesman was wonderful. He listened to our limited budget and what we needed. Instead of being like others he helped by showing us what was in our budget, even humorously letting us know when we asked about another car that was not. When we had seen what they had available he didnt push for us to buy right away like others we encountered at other places. When we chose to purchase from them the financial guy worked his butt off to get the best deal possible, even told us to wait for another interest rate from another company and got the payments under the amount we told him we could do. We have had the car for 5 months now and we still love the car, no problems at all. They even gave us free oil changes. When we are ready to get our next vehicle well definitely be going back here first.
The staff went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of in every way. Great experience. 2nd car my family has bought here and won’t be the last.
I recently purchased a vehicle, around the middle of August, at Midwest Auto Store and I had a great experience! The gentleman that assisted me was Johnny Lee. He took the time to assist me, answer all of my questions, and the team was able to get me a better interest rate on the vehicle that I fell in love with better than any other dealership. I have purchased many vehicles and I can say the experience that I had with Midwest Auto Store was one of the better ones and I highly recommend stopping over there to visit Johnny Lee. Thank you for my beautiful 2017 Civic Hatchback and the great interest rate! Keep up the great job! :)
Sold me a car for almost $7,000, refused to budge cause the cars were “reasonably priced” well turns out just 2 months later The check engine light comes on and it needs a new turbocharger or it will be undrivable. If you buy a car from here make sure you look into it so you don’t get screwed over like I did.
Worked with Aaron, and had a great experience. 3 months in and were still very happy with our car. We needed a loan and that process was easy and straightforward. Very satisfied customers, thank you for helping us with such a big, scary purchase. We test drove 4 cars and met just as many sales people before heading to Midwest Auto Store. Aaron was by far the most comfortable sales person we worked with. Not pushy or anxious, just confident in the product and let us test drive the vehicle for as long as we wanted. He spoke highly of his employer, and built a relationship and established trust with us. I could not recommend this dealership, or sales person higher.
Nice people there they fixed my car after a hard times with the dealer i bought it from, the guy named Stefan is a very good mechanic and nice guy. I recomand this shop
Easy to work with, get answers from, and no pressure sales.
Ray and Mamadou were both awesome salesmen. Neither was pushy. They were kind and gracious. Between them both, I found a new car that Fits me perfectly ;) I bought a Honda Fit.Thanks fellas!!
I went here specifically to look at a truck had 3k for a down payment on it. The truck its self was listed for 14k. After climbing under the truck I noticed they did a good paint job on the underneath. But the frame itself has holes all over it. Mentioned that to the dealer who said well yea thats why it was listed so low... um what 😳 14k to someone isnt pocket change and after climbing under multiple I didnt see any other than 2, that were actually decent but high miles at a new truck price dont waste your time here. Was told I had a 540 credit and my husband as well. Which isnt possible because we went to the bank first and his is a 640 and mine being a 523 so not sure were they are getting their numbers as well. They were nice walking through the door. But the quality of vehicles wasnt up to par.
Bought a car in December of 2018 and apparently lucked out. It was and is still a great car. My girlfriend was in need of a vehicle in May 2020 and I suggested Midwest, bought a 07 dakota with an exhaust leak. Not a problem, until the fuel sensor went shot, shift solenoid went out and water pump went out within less than 30 days. Talked to them about any way to help fix it since we had just bought the truck. No surprise that the pretty much laughed at us. I would never recommend buying anything from Midwest. The response is a joke, truck has 135xxx miles and was purchased in MAY 2020. Never asked for a warranty or anything like that, was hoping for some decent human courtesy, we had just bought the truck and we were hoping for a little help considering we are paying way over kbb. Was sold a lemon and have to deal with it. Wouldnt trust anyone there, only out to make a dollar. I guess its just business but its shady as f.....
Fast, nice job and good asistance by stephan
I went in to sell my car today ( 9/15/2020) they were so honest and friendly. I have never experienced a used car dealership or even a car dealership like this. I am so glad I chose them! I will be purchasing a vehicle next year, and I definitely will be buying from them!
Mamadu was very helpful and the process as painless!
Test drove a Dodge Neon they had on the lot after literally 70 minutes of waiting to be approved by financing. After being finally told they couldnt work with anything . They put me to the cheapest thing they had on the lot( even thought I specifically told them my budget was 4000) to a 2001 Dodge Neon. Got in the vehicle not even 200 feet down the road the transmission started slipping. They said they just finished a Valve cover gasket yet the second i came to the vehicle i smelled nothing but oil. Didnt buy the vehicle. But wouldnt trust any dealer that would sell a over priced car in that first place that doesnt even drive correctly or listed. Kinda cringe. Salesman was nice dont remember his name.
Buyers Beware: I unfortunately purchased a truck from MIDWEST AUTO STORE last Friday 10/30 with only a 1/4 tank of gas in it on test drive and on pick up. Well low and behold Saturday 10/31 when I filled up this truck to my dismay there is a very steady leak coming from the gas tank. Theyve estimated for me to pay $800 to fix and are only willing to cut the price in half. I have talked to the salesperson who I worked with Ray and all he has to say is you signed the as is documents we are not responsible. Fine, but as a dealer your damn service department should do a more scrupulous check of vehicles prior to giving the ok to sell!!! I hope this helps others to not fall victim to such fraud!
I bought the warranty for my car and it took over an hour for a scheduled oil change! they just jacked up my hood, left tools under the hood and then when i asked the manager he said i did it and that i was tresspassing and had to leave. While i waited for the oil chanflge all i heard were negative comments about the cars and the place. This is not the place to buy a car
We had a great experience at Midwest Auto! Our salesman Johnny was kind and helpful. No high pressure tactics at all. We found the vehicle online for an excellent price, and everything went very smoothly. I highly recommend!
A great experience
I had a very good experience buying my car here. Johnny was my salesman and he was very nice and kept me informed during the entire process, which ended up being much quicker and easier than I anticipated. They were willing to help me get the best deal even though I don’t have perfect credit. The service department is also great. They’ve handled my couple small issues quickly. I’ve already referred several family/friends here. Thank you Midwest for such a positive, professional car buying experience!
I was very satisfied with the service and the car. if you’re going ask for mamadou
Extremely accommodating, honest, and more than fair. Great experience
Amazing experience! Got a great car for a great price and would definitely do business with again.
Very helpful sales staff. Ask for Mamadou. They are up front and honest. Did not end up finding anything in my price range for the makes/models I was searching for but they have a lot to choose from.
Upon further review of my experience I can no longer recommend Midwest Auto Store.Initially the sales process was good. The problems became evident when the truck was brought in for repair and returned to me after 4 days with $1192.07 in damages. However that pales in comparison to the amout unprofessionalism in the form of piss poor experience from the GM.The proposed solution was to have me pay various different amounts for the repairs during price negotiations that spaned several days in order to offset their losses. In the end I dont have time for the living embodiment of the used car salesman stereotype, so I brought the truck to a body shop and in under 30 min parts were on order and repair appointment was scheduled and I was on my way.Read the other reviews make up your own mind the above was my experience that just happens to be similar to other reviews.
Horrible the guy wouldn’t even let me test drive a vehicle before even considering buying it. Very rude will never visit again
Took car in for service. I am supposed to have 1 year of maintenance included but they do not show it on file. They made it right without much trouble though.
We didn’t really know what we wanted today. Mamadu was patient and kind. He let us test drive three cars and he was willing to let us drive more. We came in wanting a $8000 car for our 16 year old and we ended up buying a new car at $18500 for my husband. My sixteen year old got our car for a great price! My husband got to get the actual SUV that he had been wanting for years. Everybody was happy! Kelly was efficient with the paperwork! MJ was knowledgeable about warranty and technical information. My husband and I were extremely satisfied with their customer service. Thank you!
Way too over priced for the vehicles they are trying to sell. The ford ranger on the lot is rusted to hell and back underneath and they want 10k for it.
**BUYER BEWARE - HAVE ANY VEHICLE YOU ARE CONSIDERING BUYING INSPECTED BEFORE PURCHASING FROM MIDWEST.**I was planning on purchasing a 2003 Honda Accord listed at $2,890 from this dealership. Once I started negotiating the price, they tried to add on a $500 doc fee, which is a joke. (Most dealerships doc fees are lower than $200, and are negotiable). After some more negotiation, they agreed to decrease the doc fee to make the out-the-door price $3100 + tax.Once we settled on a price, I went and got it inspected down the street at NRP Auto, only to discover that the car had almost $1,500 of urgent repairs. The mechanic said that the car would be dangerous to drive unless most of these repairs were conducted immediately.I took this information back to the dealer and they said that they would not be interested in negotiating any further, as they had another buyer interested in the car.I sure hope that the other buyer has the car inspected, as the repairs are about half the asking price of the car.The moral of the story? If youre getting a car from Midwest Auto, have it inspected by a THIRD-PARTY dealer that will be honest with you, like NRP.Aaron (the salesman who helped me) and the rest of the staff were certainly friendly and polite, and the building was quite clean, but after this I would hate to do business with them. Anybody willing to sell a car knowing that it has $1,500 worth of safety-vital repairs has bad marks in my book.Attached is the quote from the mechanic, with all the repairs and issues listed. If you know anything about cars, you know that a damaged upper ball joint is seriously dangerous.Hope you have better luck with them than I did.
Jonny Lee was a great sales man to deal with and I would highly recommend him to anyone. Great place to shop for a vehicle
Kevin Lowe was great! The store itself and its employees were very welcoming. My husband and I had a multitude of questions which he answered with no hesitation and made us feel confident about the entire process. I felt that he cared about our needs not just about making a sale and as a first time car buyer that was very important to me. Thank you Kevin - I LOVE my car!
Talked to a salesman about a 2004 Chevy Silverado. Live 2.5 hours away, so got as much info and as many photos as I could. I asked a few times if there was any rust on the truck. I was simply told its a clean truck with no more comments on it. Upon reviewing one of the photos, I luckily was able to see that the cab corner was completely rusted through. When I sent the photo of it back, with the questionable area circled, I never received a response. Luckily I caught it and didnt have to drive 2.5 hours to see it in person. Why on earth wouldnt you simply just be up front about it?? Very untrustworthy.
The entire staff is great! They helped through the car buying process and have always gone above and beyond after I bought the vehicle (oil changes, tires). They come highly recommended from me!
First the not so great... I found two cars on their website I wanted to look at. The first had engine problems which they disclosed once I was on the lot. The second was clean on the inside and out and seemed to run fine but had three indicator lights on and obviously needed a new muffler... not for me... I understand why that stuff isn’t out on the website but I think if they aren’t going to fix that stuff before they sell it, they should be more open about the condition. I did find a vehicle there that I ultimately bought... I am pleased with my purchase but they used something to mask the fact that the car had been smoked in... a week later and the scent is quite noticeable. Also, understand going in that they charge a “dealer fee” of around $500... that’s a bit hard to swallow...I moved forward with the deal because I liked the car and I still felt like it was a good price even with the steep fee.. Kevin Lowe is a great sales person... friendly and attentive and low pressure. Overall my experience has been a good one.
Terrible customer service. What a waste of time!
My son bought a 2010 Ford F150 truck about a month ago. After purchase and a couple weeks later, he noticed carbon monoxide fumes inside the cab and that means one thing... exhaust manifold(s) bad or leaking (btw - very common with F150 - 5.1L engines). He took the truck back to Midwest Auto and the service tech stated, yeah, both exhaust manifolds are cracked and the front brakes need reworked as well and you will need to talk to the salesman. Apparently the solution was some form of discounted labor, but the work was still approaching $2,000. So the real question was, why was this not 1) fixed before placement on the sale lot and 2) why were the issues not disclosed at the time of sale? The comment was made... if we fixed it, we would have had to raise the selling price. So Midwests solution was to just put it back out on the lot and hope nobody notices!
These are the nicest the nicest people I have ever dealt with you guys are great from the sales staff to everyone there thank you
I bought a car with a mat from this gallery, after making the payment, they stole the mats with the excuse of cleaning, each mat is worth at least $50,they earn good money if they collect the mats of every car they clean.i called back,we are looking where the mats are, they said they will get back to you,no one called back
Mamadou Diaw is great! He will take great care of you. Thank you!
No help to speak of, was on lot for over an hour and only 1 guy bouncing around, seemed more interested in helping the guy looking at a Mercedes that came long after we were there.
Buying my 2005 Durango there was easy. They haggled down a bit and I paid less than fair market pricing for the vehicle. They also gave me a fair price for my trade-in at the time. Some of the cars I test drove during my purchase had some mechanical issues - they seemed willing to negotiate repairing them relative to the purchase price. I kept the Durango for three years, it had typical Chrysler issues here and there but ended up being reliable enough. I just sold it back to them after buying a new Toyota. They gave me a great trade-in price in cash. I just got my 13 year old Hyundai back from their detail department and it looks like a new car. Their detail department does a fantastic job and I will be using that service for all of my cars going forward. I have my vehicles serviced elsewhere so I cant comment on that.
I bought my Hyundai here, previously on deployment I really wanted a specific vehicle but was not able to purchase the vehicle right away for the reason being out of state. Kevin made sure to put the vehicle on hold for me so I was able to purchase it when I got back!!! A awesome place to buy your first or future car/ vehicles!
The manager is less than kind. The salespeople are amicable enough. Dont expect to get a great deal on a car here.
The team was excellent! They got me in right away and I only waited about 20 minutes for my oil change. I plan on going back the next time, super friendly staff.
This was my first experience with Midwest. I was so pleasantly surprised with how curtious and professional this shop is. The lady I spoke with explaoned every charge and every service they did to my vehicle. There prices were what I was expecting. They went above amd beyond for me and I really appreciate it
Great experience! We were never rushed or pressured. Kevin Lowe did a great job on finding us what we needed and getting us through the process as fast as possible. I would recommend Kevin and Midwest Auto Store to any friends and family!
Decent selection of cars under 10k
Johnny, MJ, Katie and Claire were all great in my Rav4 purchase. I feel like I got a great deal and Im really happy with the car, the service and the people involved. Thanks again!
I live two hours away from this dealership and called to arrange financing over a week before I planned to purchase a 2015 Chevy Equinox. The car was listed for $10,899 up until two days before I planned to purchase, when the price was changed to $12,699 on the dealership page only, not Cars.com or Carfax. Through this whole experience the only salesman I dealt with was Mamadou. Not one employee wore a mask. Both my co-signer and I told him we would be there on Monday, and when we arrived he had not sent in the financing, we only had 2 hours until we needed to leave and it would take at least 45 minutes to get the financing back, as it was being sent to California. Apparently if we had told him we were coming (and coming from 2 hours away), he would have had it done. He also told me I would need a $2,500 down payment when he knew the highest I could go was $1,500. At this time, he had still not mentioned the sudden price increase. We left to kill time for an hour, he called with no answers and said he would call back soon. Mind you, I was offered no test drive or glance at the vehicle. Ten minutes before we have to leave town, he calls to say again, nothing. I ask him how much the car is, he says, “Which one?” and continues to tell me I, “Won’t find a 2015 below $12,000” and he “Doesn’t know where I found that price” when we had discussed it days before. The price is still $10,899 as of right now on every other site. I wasted 6 hours of my time and was supposed to sell my current car today.I do not recommend this dealership if you want honesty and a fair deal.
Kevin was the best. He took time to help me find the right vehicle. Very professional and great follow up. I’d highly recommend Midwest Auto Store. Everyone was so nice and very willing to help make buying another vehicle a pleasant experience.
I wanna shout out to Midwest, Ive bought a couple cars from them already and my latest that I bought a few yrs ago now has to have some repairs. I wanna thank Mueener, the head of the service department. He has been absolutely amazing and helpful each time I have to go in there. Seems I see him every other week. He has become my favorite person lol. Thank you so much for all that youve done for me !!! 💜
