Had to have the entire frame of my F150 Platinum replaced after an accident. Jeff Shelton and the crew at Joseph Cadillac Body Shop did an amazing job. For such a big job (6 weeks) I’m very happy to report I have had no issues. I would recommend Joseph Cadillac to anyone in Northern Kentucky that needs a top notch body shop, regardless of the make/model of your vehicle.

I have taken several vehicles here for body repairs over the years and have always been pleased. Most recently I took in my daughters car and the work was excellent.

Richard was amazing from the first time I showed up at the body shop! Since this was my first time going through the process he explained it to me in detail. The rest of the crew did a great job on my car and make it look like it did prior to the incident. Amazing. Magnificent. Timeless. Caring. Honest. FAST. Reliable. My Toyota Avalon, my first driving mistake, I ran it into a wall, dont ask why or how and I had to get it repaired. My insurance company recommended them, and after getting quotes from several places,I went with them. Rick is a car guru. Ordered parts for my car, kept me in the loop the entire time, communicated with me on all updates. I picked up my car and not only was it good as new but they also washed it inside and outside. These people are phenomenal at what they do. They deserve a lot of credit and kudos and being that its not even a toyota facility, and my car was a toyota avalon. They got all the toyota parts, and quoted me a faster turnaround time, and about 1500 dollars lower in repair quote. Oh yeah, they also are part of something called estart with my insurance company, which means, the claim gets taken care of by them in very little time. Go, RUN to them as they are amazing.
