Huge THANK YOU shout out to Florence body frame and towing in Florence, KY!They are true angels! Our van transmission gave up in the middle of a dangerous intersection while pulling our camper. Within a few minutes, they were there with a tow truck for the van and the co-owner brought her personal truck to tow our camper! They gave us a warm place to hangout and helped us find rental car. Then, they drove my husband across town to the car rental place! They even offered to store our camper until we can get back. They went above and beyond to help us! The best customer service ever!

I wouldnt want to visit them too often, for reasons that should be plain, but they really are service with a smile. Courteous and friendly AND theyll give you a lift home. I really would consider them very seriously for accident repair.

Just to get my sons items out of his car they charged me $150.00 and I just needed his personal things. What a joke thats NOT funny. Im only giving 1 star because it made me. Maybe 50 or 75 bucks but not this amount. Thats crazy

The guy that fixed my crossmember piece that supports my transmission and engine, did a great job putting new bolts and nuts in it to hold cross frame piece up. Thank you Rick @Florence Body, Frame. He suggested a way to repair my car without the usual “we have to get the whole new panel “ bit! He quoted a reasonable price but when I picked up my car - Rick lowered the amount due because it took longer than the time he quoted. That is remarkable in today’s service industry as it usually is never the shops fault!! MY CAR LOOKS great!! They also did a great job on a small repair on my Grandsons car last week. Had some work done on my truck. Within a year the area repaired shows rust coming through the repair. The old woman who gives estimates is a complete liar and would not admit that she had written the repair paperwork up wrong. Nasty person, no wonder shes where shes at in life. Do not deal with these people, dishonest and do not stand behind there work. Live and learn.

I had my first experience with Florence Body, Frame, and Towing today and it was awesome!! The lady that greeted me was so nice and friendly and came out to give me an estimate. When she saw that the repair I needed was very minor (part of wheel cover had snapped off), she went and got one of the guys and they fixed it on the spot in less than 15 minutes! He was very good at what he did and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I wish I knew their names so that I could thank them personally! I will definitely return for future auto body needs and will highly recommend to friends.

Rick fixed my car 20 years ago after my first accident, they just repaired another car and everything else that Ive needed in the last 2 decades! Body shops dont get any better than this one! Great place for car work and they no what they are doing!!

I had a problem with my drivers side door and they gave me a quick estimate and got me in for the repair quickly. When it was finished, my husband was out of town and so they offered to come pick me up at home so I could come get my minivan back quickly. Office staff so polite and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this body shop!

Had my car repaired at this shop after it was in an accident. First of all, they did excellent work but it was what they did beyond the repair that makes this business exceptional. They handled all of the insurance paperwork and made the whole process easy- I had to do nothing but drop the car off and then pick it up later. They also arranged for a rental car for me to use while my car was being repaired. I have never had an easier or more pleasant body shop experience. I highly recommend this shop!!!

We had 3 teenage drivers that caused multiple cars repairs at Florence Body and Frame and they have towed us a few times too over the years. Each time it has been an excellent experience. They went well out of their way to help us on more than one occasion. We had a mustang that was totalled and we decided to repair it anyway. That caused a trip down to Frankfort for the title because the title would be a salvage title. Mary went out of her way to find a courier to go down for us instead of us driving down there. She has also helped us with after market parts for some older cars that helped our out of pocket tremendously. The most recent experience is we had a car painted there and after a few years the clear coat was coming off so they repainted everything for free even though we are not sure why the clear coat was coming off. And she repaired a bumper that was originally not repaired there without hesitation. I love this place, they are a nice family business that cares about their reputation. I would highly recommend them to anyone,

Ive only used their towing service but am very happy with them. They were polite, prompt, with excellent equipment and my driver was great. Also, their hookup and milage fees are less than many others. I highly recommend them.

Not real happy with florence body and frame, was involved in an accident, was towed to their place waited over 5 days for the estimate, they charged me storage while I waited and never bothered to tell me. $450 later I finally have an estimate and a wrecked vehicle, just wished they would of told me i wouldnt of even bothered with am estimate. I was waiting on them. Not happy

They did an amazing job, gave me a fair price. I highly recommend them. I wrecked my car and it had over $5,000 worth of damage and it looks brand new.

Rick and the team at Florence Body & Frame have performed both autobody repairs and frame repairs for me on several occasions as well as emergency towing services. They remain committed to the highest level of customer service and are very involved in the community in which they live and work. I would not consider anywhere else for these services.

Replaced the front bumper, grill, and emblem on my 2012 Chevy Cruze. I am very particular about how my car looks and I can say I am very impressed by both the completeness and finish of the paint/ blending as well as the fit of the bumper. If I ever need body work done again this is the place I will turn to. Beyond excellent customer service.

After Florence Auto Body and Frame was called by police to tow my car after an accident, they refused to tow my car to the shop of my choice. The tow guy said his boss really didnt like him doing that--quite the contrary to how their website claims theyll tow your car wherever youd like. We told the tow guy that wed have our shop pick it up the very next day and then Florence Auto body refused to release my car to the other body shop when they showed up. I had to call them and reiterate how I didnt want my car at their shop in the first place and that it needed to be released since they refused to tow it where I needed it to go. The receptionist definitely had an attitude, didnt even bother to verify who I was (so what was the point in not releasing it without my consent--which I have the day before--she didnt even know who I was when I said to release the car). Then they stuck a $300 tow bill on it for transporting my car from Houston Rd to US 42. Thankfully the insurance will be taking car of all of it but this experience definitely reeks of trying to coerce you into using their shop even if you dont want to. Wouldnt recommend them to a soul. Well bring your to wherever youd like. Most certainly a lie.

If I could give a negative rating I would, all I can say is I was nothing short of HARRASSED by the employees attempting to tow my vehicle at my own apartment complex. Not only did they physically touch and move me away from my vehicle they attempted to press charges against me for driving away when they refused to wait for any officers to arrive. BUM SCAMS! All they want is 50 dollars from you to pocket for the night or they will tow your vehicle no matter if it is validated or not. Luckily my apartment complex in handling the situation from here on out. If this company is ever out towing your vehicle call the police immediately because Im sure they are breaking atleast one law.

Had my car towed from my house to have some work done, the driver was a nice guy and quick about it.

I had a very wonderful expierence with Florence body and frame the other night my sons car broke down at Waffle House and hes a new driver so he called me telling me he was broke down I called all kinds of other shops around they all told me it would be about a 2 hour wait and I couldnt leave my house due to me being disabled so I got in touch with Florence body and frame and within 10 mins the driver arrived to get my son his name was Ricky he was very polite and well mannered. My son which is only 16 didnt know what to do. So Ricky told him just go sit in the truck as he loaded the car. After getting it loaded Ricky called me to let me know that he had the car loaded and was on the way to drop my son off! I couldnt of picked a better tow company you all went above and beyond to have Ricky as a tow operator! Keep up the great work an thanks again Ricky for helping this worried parent!!! Its tow operators like you that make a great company!

If I could give negative stars I would. I had to have two items moved, from one home garage to my new homes garage, both of which would not fit in my pick-up. I called Florence Body and Frame due to they are only about 2 miles or less from where my home was located. Mandy quoted me a price which was acceptable, we agreed on a date and time, and the appointment was set. the day comes for the move and when I asked about the charges and what form of payment they accept, the price was more than DOUBLE what was quoted to me a couple of weeks before! This is wrong and unacceptable. It would have been different had they quoted the higher price and I would have shopped a little more, but to quote one price and then try to charge more than double, is poor management and a poor business model, in my opinion. I would not take a little red wagon to Florence Body and Frame for anything.Florence Body and Frame; Mary, you have made one very upset and irritated potential client, and will be sure to tell everyone that will listen to me, about your business practices.

The worst body shop Ive been too. Mary is rude and unprofessional. They put my breaks on backwards and told me that they were supposed to squeak. They dont even deserve a star I had to select one before it would let me post the comment.
