Decided to try out a new place so I stopped in to have my car looked at.. its a 1995 bmw m3 I needed a complete paint job.. they finished spots that I didnt finish and I couldnt be happier with the way the car turned out.. the car looked like it came off the BMW showroom.. I will definitely be bringing all my body work and paint needs to them only!!

After my accident these guys took in my car and did all the repairs. They were able to change out the entire suspension, fix all the panels, and did it all in the time estimate they gave me. They saved me money on my deductible, and were incredibly professional and pleasant to work with. They were very upfront and honest the entire time through the process. Overall, Id highly recommend going to these guys if you have any damage to your car. If I have any other accidents or problems with my car Ill be sure to give these guys a call!

Hi I was involved in a accident and the police called Bodies by mike to pickup. I had no say so.Upon calling to have my vehicle released they told me the charge for a police call was $350 $165 plus $50 administration fees, $50 to open the gate, and $40 a day storage.I called around to all the other companies in the police rotation and the range was between $150-200 for the same service they performed.The man on the phone assumed I had full coverage and told me he even had a way for me to get out of my deductible if we went with him to fix my vehicle.The company is very unprofessional and is charging double the cost of others.Don’t choose them to tow your vehicles!

So long story short, I was involved in my first wreck ever in 38 years and it was one of the scariest things I have ever experienced. Bodies by mikes showed up to tow my car since it was what we thought totaled. They communicated with me as to what they were doing cause I was a Disaster at the time of them arriving.So fast forward a couple months after I found out that my car was close to being totaled the insurance company finally agreed to fix my work car and when I went to go and pick it up all of the faces that greeted us were super friendly and can I tell you the amazing job that they did on my car you would never known that it was almost totaled so if you were looking for a body shop Bodies By Mike is by far the best one in Northern Kentucky!Thank you again for the amazing experience guys and for all the compassion and help you gave me!

Took parts there to get a quote and painted in August of 2019. Picked up in march of 2020 still not painted. Not very dependable if ya ask me. And if ya scroll down a few reviews youll see one of the owners kids that works there, giving a good review. How sad is that

Amazing place

I had just been in an accident that totalled my car. The man who came to help me and my 3 year old was courteous, kind, and brought us back to his very clean business. It even had a childrens play area.

Chris and the crew are super knowlegdable about their craft. More importantly, they are standup guys that do the right thing and ensure that the end result is a quality product and great customer experience. This is my go-to shop.

Worst customer service experience I took my car to fix my bumper and other stuff after I explain him that I had something else under the bumper that has to be fix he told me 3 to 4 days took 3 weeks never call me to tell me that will take more time and every time that I call the just told me that will take a couple day more when the car it’s done the problem under the bumper wasn’t fix when I notice I talk with the employee and he was really rude and told me he was busy and left.. Everyone was rude and unprofessional then the owner didn’t help he just told me that he had to charge me more…

I dropped off my truck the night before after receiving a verbal estimate of $250 for painless dent repair and the tech said he it would be ready the next day and he would call, but he didnt nor would he return my calls to see if it was ready for pickup even after I stopped by after work the next day to inquire about it and the receptionist said he was busy welding and he would call me, but he didnt. I arrived just before closing to pickup my truck and the bill was over $370, not a big surprise as a lot of shops quote low to get you in and raise the final bill. The repair was not to my satisfaction only because there are many little pimple like dents left that they would not fix and then they raised the price and refused to call me.I will not return to this shop.
