My family has gone to this store for years. We always have the best customer service from friendly and helpful staff. We love our service and data plans they offer without surprise fees.

I had no problems with my visit. I was in and out in no time. I was shown a phone that would fit my needs more. Im bad with names but the young lady was the only female there on 3/23/21.

Went to 3 different stores trying to get my girlfriends phone replaced but she had a password on there she couldnt remember. This was the only store that could help us out the rest didnt have the capability to. The guy who helped us was super helpful and really knew his stuff. Made the whole process really easy.

Didnt know why wasnt able to receive texts sent to me. Problem not covered by insurance.

Pure laziness had a simple question sat on the phone for 25 minutes decided to drive to them,mind you I was on hold when I arrived they had one customer in two workers and still couldnt pick up the held call. Just as bad as McDonalds nobody knows how to do there job!

My phone wouldnt charge the girl looked at it and said it was dead. That I need to buy another one. I took my phone home and Google why my zte wont charge. Did the steps been working ever since.

I dont like Metro PCS! The store I went to on Flushing Rd., I found out the guy that owns this store over charged me $30.00 for a phone! It stopped working properly and the man told me to go to the main store on Miller Rd. Going to this establishment is how I found out I was overcharged and a employees told me she was going to file a complaint against the man that overcharged me! She told me to come back at a time she was at lunch and I talked to another female that was supposed to help me! I ended up just getting ripped off and no one helped me! They are not a good establishment to buy a phone from! Buyer Beware!

They need to hire people that can deal with costumers with out getting smart. I was going to by 2 phones

I went to get international calls on my phone after paying for the service the attendant learned that they dont have that service.He couldnt give me back my money but he did credit my bill which was an inconvenience because he should have knew before hand.So that was a wasted trip,i wasted my time and my gas going way out to the main headquarters
