Randy.Hey america, my name James. I experienced something from Randy that Ive never witnessed before. Randy is store manager of Verizon on Corunna Rd, flint, Michigan.We bought phones in Pennsylvania and we didnt like them, more importantly, they locked up.Randy did me customer service beyond belief, he was on phone and internet, he got phones ups back to state we bought them in, just before 30 days up..Randy didnt have any of this for me,BUTHEDID. I offered Randy a tip, he refused it stating, he just wants the customer to be happy.

I’d chose going to this location over the one on Miller road any day. Randy was beyond helpful for getting my bill lowered from $120 down to $95 and that now includes two lines not just the one. He helped me and my husband out drastically and he was the only one working on Sunday as they were short staffed. I can’t thank him enough for the great customer service he provided
