Hi got a free Motorola phone for getting mobile service. The phone was not compatible to use for me to clock into work. I had to cancel phone service. Couldnt return the phone because it was over 2 weeks. Now I am responsible for paying for the phone that is not usable. Had to go back to Metro PCs. I asked if I could return the cover I purchased. They said yes but needed the box. Derk was the tech that tried to set up the phone. Went back home and he didnt put the box in my bag.. So stuck with that charge also. Beware this free phone cost me 209.00. I have to pay even though they couldnt provide phone service. Very poor service check to see if they can provide the service you need before accepting anyway.

BEWARE OF ORDERING XFINITY MOBILE!! This a review of Xfinity mobile. If you order this and then want to cancel you enter a maze of steps. I ordered it and changed my mind the next day. I called to cancel the order was on the phone for half and hour and then told I needed to call in 5 days, activate our phones, then deactivate them in order for my account to be canceled. Ive never had this kind of hassle before and its an obvious ploy to discourage potential or actual customers. I will never do any business with this company again.

What am I even paying Comcast for? I have their best package and a stable ping of 600ms to Detroit. That is completely unreasonable and unreliable. I thought we moved on from the days of DIAL UP CONNECTION. Must I unplug my phone, too, to use the internet, Comcast?And our local branch here is entirely unprofessional and outright unknowledgeable in their actual field of work; I had to teach the Comcast Associate that was dispatched how to setup the internet connection and had to explain the differences in CAT cables to them. Why am I needing to be in the position to train your employees and do their jobs for them.

Comcast is the worst internet provider I’ve ever had in my entire life. Customer service is like talking to a rock. All they do is read off scripts forward you endlessly and never solve your problem. Can never connect to a person who speaks English. Charter please start covering my area. Please

I had a wonderful experience at the Xfinity store. The young man who helped me named Ladarius was awesome... He took his time and explained everything to me.. I will definitely recommend my family and friends to the Xfinity store on Miller road in Flint Michigan.. They are the best.

Just moved to a new house and decided to try their prepaid service was met with question after question about why I want prepaid service.... Got asked condescendingly if I had a credit card only to end the trip with service at your house is still active for the previous tenant so we have to wait 48 hours to clear so we waited 48 hours and returned to be met with MORE QUESTIONS ABOUT IF WE OWE THEM ANY MONEY and the previous account still wasnt cleared....if you dont want people to use prepaid . Dont offer it.

Awesome I spent at least 20 hours over a 30-day. On the phone with Xfinity still could not get my phones to work walk in the store was treated with dignity the guy had the phones working in 3 minutes I only had to drive 100 miles to get there but it was worth it I highly recommend them and will drive there again if I need to

Simple thing needed: remove a premium channel. Keep all other things the same. Took multiple online attempts. Finally talked to someone with heavy accent who got the job done 48 minutes later. Terrible experience every time I have to call.

The sales rep who helped us, L Z, was a pleasure to deal with -- professional, engaging and pleasant. He listened to us, explained what was available, how to hook up the equipment and who to call to get it activated. All in all, very happy with the service we received at the Flint store.

Wi-Fi was working fine its prepaid through Xfinity not the best but good enough for now. Then all I did was plugged a ethernet cable into my desktop and all of a sudden my internet stopped working and when I went to go turn it back on through my phone this is what I saw on my Wi-Fi page saying Network selection permanently disabled Network selection disabled no internet permanent. So I dont understand if its is it just Wi-Fi and I cant have you through that or I dont know I started a chat with support and they told me I would have to wait till 8:00 in the morning to call the prepaid people basically Sol for the rest of the night unless I can figure it out. Pretty happy with the service and everything up until now especially since nobody can help me until 8:00 in the morning and it is going on 2:00 in the morning SMH. Also one thing I really dont get I purchased the prepaid at the store that yet I cant refill it at the Xfinity store. I also just found out though that I can go to Boost Mobile store and refill my prepaid Xfinity Internet now I ask you does that make any sense. So apparently I did figure it out that ethernet cable was bad makes sense I guess kind of so nothing against Xfinity but definitely weird

Interesting how cable channels all pixelated for past month to point of making appt with technician…then as soon as I pay short time past due bill, ALL CABLE CHANNELS MIRACULOUSLY WORK. Not first time it’s happened, it is 5th time in past year…enough times to appear to be a pattern of behavior that should be ILLEGAL. Yes you clearly have ALL control. Shame on you for not working with us on services we NEVER use but can’t seem to unbundle. Just beyond horrible business practices. Full stop.

Pretty quick delivery with equipment, but had to install by myself. Afterwards, I had to call and have them send the signals, with my fingers crossed, hoping I did everything correct. Pretty slow internet service, with only 3 MGH. All and all I guess I had no problems.

Dirk is awesome and very helpful and patient. If I could give him a hundred Stars I would but I guess they only go up to 10 so he gets 10 stars from me! Even called to make sure that I had my equipment set up correctly. I hope his boss sees this and knows that he is an awesome worker and will go out of his way to make his customers happy. If your thinking of going the cheap way around and purchasing the prepaided services.. Dont. Xfinty sales agents dont handle prepay so there is absolutely no technical support. I bought and paid for prepaid and two weeks later still no service. The lady on the phone just tell you to wait24 hrs. When asked for refund

Im better than you for SOOO many reasons! attitude. It takes a lot for me to get places, and most of the people working here couldnt be bothered. Quite a lot like being on hold on their phone line. Lots and lots of tvs to keep the kids occupied while you TCB.

The xfinity keeps charging is 150.00 dollars, and we pay on time every month. Its only supposed to be 70.00....please explain to me how this keeps happening .. otherwise we are going to be cancelling our subscription to this wifi. The wifi goes out all the time. Its DEFINITELY not even worth it.

After days of the dealing with different people on the phone through their customer service and gettting my account totally messed up, William at the Xfinity store helped me get it all sorted out. I cant be more thankful to him. I walked in with so many problems and he took the time to explain to someone what had happened and to get me the best help he could. I was ready to be done with xfinity because of all the misleading and the lies that had been told to me. But now i am satisfied and will just warn anyone if you are having issues with customer service on the phone please go into the store before completely writing off Xfinity. Hope this helps someone. 🙂

You would think after all the negative reviews they would do something to better their business. BOYCOTT folks this company is horrible! We used them for nearly 20 YEARS called a month before closing to set up disconnect was told I would be owed a credit because we pay a month ahead for this service. After following all their rules and driving an hour out of my way to drop off equipment I still got a bill because they said I didnt cancel soon enough. DONT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR $$

Waited longer than expected even though only 3 customers were getting waited on. Some sales people looked like they were doing next to nothing. And would have little conversations amongst themselves while I continued to wait until someone was in “the mood” to wait on me and do a little work. After all, they don’t want to over exert themselves!Once waited on (after 15 min of feeling invisible) the guy that helped me was pretty quick and easy as I picked up new cable equipment. He wrote down a phone number for me to call when setting up my equipment. BTW that number ended up being a wrong number! Holy Cow-come on!! WE CAN DO BETTER XFINITY COMCAST!!!! Just sayin . . .

I cant stand going to this location. They waste a lot of my time. I wish they were more knowledgeable and efficient. Plus the services cost too much. Im currently looking for another provider along with a firestick or smart TV to curb cost. I even considered a antenna For local channels.I dont like calling to trouble shoot either. I always get a foreign speaking person I cant understand which also gets me frustrated and I feel unaccomplished after the call. And I later hang up with the same issues I originally called about.Press 1 for ENGLISH is a joke !

Trying to work from home the internet keeps going out. Been told maulitple times it will be up shortly and keeps dropping again. Been told the is no estimated time frame. Customer service said he has no details on anything. Trying to schedule zoom calls is a nightmare with them.

Today I had a very bad experience at the Xfinity store on Miller Rd in Flint, Michigan. I have needed a new phone for quite some time. Today, I had finally got a break and actually had an opportunity to go to the xfinity store. I was thrilled that I was finally going to be able to get a new phone. So I made an appointment and went to the store. When I arrived the employees were very rude and seemed irritated that I was there. When someone finally got to me they told me that they were unable to let me buy a new phone because my wife, who is the primary account holder was not present. I told them I was an authorized user on the account. The employee stated he didn’t care that there was nothing he could do to help me. This did not make sense to me, so I stepped outside the store and called xfinity mobile to verify that I was an authorized user and to ask if I was allowed to buy a new phone at one of their stores. The representative on the phone was very friendly and helpful. He assured me that I was an authorized user and that I could make a purchase or do anything I needed to at the store. I went back into the store and told them what the representative from Xfnity mobile had told me. The greeter stated she did not care that they would not allow me to purchase a phone without the primary account holder present. I asked to speak with a manager to try to resolve this issue and she refused to get one. I left the store and called xfinity mobile back. I was able to speak with a representative on the phone who was able to order a phone for me. However the whole experience at the store was very frustration and did not seem right to me. The way the staff treated me was very unprofessional and very rude. I will not be going back to this store and I will make sure to let everyone know about the horrible service there.

When they put my system in last august I got a home phone and it was no line set up for the phone. Can’t use it but I’m paying for it. When you call you can’t talk to a real person. They also told me to check before August of 2020 to keep or to get A better plan. Good luck!!!!! We need a store we can talk to a real person in the Lansing mi area.

Comcast is the worst!!!! They were charging me for equipment that I didnt ever have on auto pay for months on end for something I never had in the first place. After many hours on the phone they finally admitted that I didnt have the equipment but would not credit my account! I promptly canceled all my Comcast services and they had they nerve to send me a bill and tell me I owe them $50! I will never pay this bill on the principle alone and will tell everyone that Xfinity/Comcast is the biggest rip off in the media game ...... sad part of all this is they have a monopoly in my area and I have no other high speed internet options.... thank God for unlimited Verizon data!Ps I was with Charter/spectrum before I moved and it was fabulous!

Obviously with my kids being virtual due to COVID19, we depends on our internet everyday. The quality is super poor. And we pay over $100 a month for the best connections. Multiple times a day our internet crashes and my children miss their class. Cant wait to switch a service that is more reliable. Dont recommend xfinity to anyone!!

A current customer just trying to get cable installed at mothers house but we need new cable lines run to the house so we can use the service. Called Miller road brick and mortar store and representative said call the 1-800 number then swiftly hung up. Been on the phone for days getting automated messages. How darn difficult is it when weve already paid and have the box. It is beyond frustrating.

First off im going to start with this, every single review that has over 3 stars are fakes or work for one of the branches, as they hire they tell the new employees to leave good reviews, this is a conflict of interest and they should have charges brought against them. Im not going to go on a rant ill just say I cant wait for starlink!!!! They are in beta and already pushing better stats then Comcast at half the cost of comcast!!!!! I cant wait to hear how all these cable companies go under and file bankruptcy!!!! Hopefully a couple or something hangs themselves or does a brain mural in one of the offices also.

I’ve been with xfinity for SEVEN years. They are thee most expensive internet. INTERNET ALONE SHOULDNT BE 100$ For LIMITED WIFI. I can’t wait to move. Hopefully they will have other internet providers available. I just got a 50 dollar charge on top of my 100 internet bill. $10 for every 50gb you go over. RIDICULOUS. Scam.

Was having some difficulties setting up my account online so i went into the Miller Rd store.Thats where i met Lillian, one of the most helpful and genuine people i have met in a long time She set me up, explained everything to a T and sent me on my very marry way. Heck for a second I even thought about working for the company because the establishment was clean and extremly welcoming. She jusy happen to make the in person experience worth it and I had to let others know. Thank you Lillian!
