Great customer service. Megan was very professional and went above and beyond. I switched from Verizon to AT&T and she made sure that all 4 of my phones were set up and transferred properly. I Could not be happier and my bill for four lines is is 152 dollars cheaper than Verizon and after 24 hours I can tell I have better service that I had with AT&T. Thank you

Was nice to get a new phone and have help getting it. The sales lady (Jennifer) was very good in getting my issues taken care of. I thought I might have had some other issues with the bill, but I was assured by Jennifer that they would do their best to have it taken care of. She even called me back to reassure me that she would keep an eye on my account . I had also ordered internet (WIFI) from them and it was put in today, and everything worked out well also, very nice and friendly installer as well. After today I was quite pleased and relieved for the services. If your able and looking for a new service and phone check out the AT&T Store on Miller Rd. In Flint. Thank you. 😊

Michelle Tibor was excellent with customer service at the Miller Rd office in Flint.. Helping me choose 2 phones for my family, she did not give up when given a few bumps in the road, she stayed late after her shift, and gave me her business card said I could call or stop in anytime!!! We had the rudest person wait on us at this ATT store. Michelle T. Was our person, it wasnt what she said but how she said it. Her body language and cold one word answers were a turn-off. She talked to my husband as if he was a child when she explained the restocking fee. I know working with the public can be hard but you cannot treat all of your customers as a waste of time. Once my husband purchased his phone, she tried to warm up by making a joke. I was interested in buying a very expensive Galaxy phone but after her poor customer services, Im going to another ATT store or Bestbuy.

Megan was the sales associate I worked with. I came in for an upgrade, as I was eligible for one.She explained any questions I had for her throughout the entire visit, in a professional manner and was thorough with her responses.Ive been with AT&T for nearly a decade and out of all the AT&T employees Ive dealt with, whether a sales associate or customer support, she was the first to help me actually save on my monthly bill. Turns out, as a veteran, I am entitled to a 25% discount on my bill. For her to state that and help me lower my bill, even after getting an upgraded phone, is amazing.I would rate her service 10/10. On top of that, shes been with AT&T for less than a year and a half, compared to some sales reps Ive dealt with in the past who had 10+ years of experience, she outranks them tremendously.

As someone who tends to not trust sales people and gets general anxiety when switching phone carriers due to past issues, Megan at the Flint store made the process very simple. Granted we had some issues switching off our old carrier, Megan was very patient with us and gave excellent customer service. She helped us get what we wanted, get a better plan, and help set up some discounts we had. Made the struggle of leaving one carrier for AT&T enjoyable. Would 100% come back to this location and purchase from Megan again.

So, I went in to just ask a question about a scam text message saying that I won 2nd place in some AT&T contest.Laurel took care of that and then she totally hooked me up with a sweet new tablet and a new unlimited 5G plan for well less than I was currently paying including the new tablet! How cool was that!She is so knowledgeable and such a sweetheart! The best costumer service ever! Thanks so much Laurel for your outstanding service! You deserve a promotion and a big raise!

Stopped in the store to get options on a new work phone upgrade as mine was hardly usable. Cathy showed me different options and helped me find the right phone for my needs. She understood I was on a tight schedule and worked very hard to get my new phone up and running. I feel she went above and beyond to be sure I was happy with the new 1 and keep me on schedule. I went to the store to purchase internet for my house. Tori, the sales person, was very pleasant, and efficient. She tried to sell me another service beside internet which I declined. It was a soft sell that did not make me uncomfortable, like other stores, and if in the future, I want to add such service, I can do it at anytime.I did not have to wait much for her to take care of me, and the installation will be done in a week.The printout of my bill was clear, color coded, so I can understand what is billed and when. I like that.So, next week, I will continue sharing the quality of the service when AT&T comes to connect the internet to my house.

Even though this is a corporate store they continue to sell you plans with additions that you have the right to remove from your plan, they dont tell you this so they can sell you a more expensive plan with options you will never use. They tried to sell my wife a Samsung A52 phone telling her its the newest and best phone. This is not true, the A52 is a far lesser phone than the S21 5G. They didnt want my wife trading in her phone and receive the $700 credit towards the s21 5G. Beware and do your homework before entering this location.

My family and I recently went into the store to switch our providers . We were able to have Theo T. as our consultant . He was very kind and patient throughout the whole ordeal. AT&T flint michigan manager Matthew and team made my elderly mother cry.I sent her over to get her device unlocked after paying it off. She went in and was turned away and sent to a website... no assistance... no direction... Carl made her feel stupid for even asking and was very rude. So she left and told me the story I hit the website and got the code but it required pulling the sim card out. Thats not something my mother can do or is comfortable with she does get intimidated by tech. she also didnt have the tool.. I asked her to go back. So she did thinking it was best. Carl was rude and so I asked her to go directly to the manager matt... dont know his last name as he refused to share it or give his card... he refused to assist her at first, I told my mother on the phone it was part of his job to help her. Wireless service and technical assistance is part of the bill we pay.They told her the same thing,, they cant assist... i told her I would call the store its their job to help and Id tell them how to do it if they refused. Apparently my mother had me on speaker and telling Matt that it was part of his job offended him. He told his team not to help my mother because I offended him.Ill tell you now after decades as a manager you should always check your ego.. the work place has no space for hot heads.. I called the store and was put on hold long enough that my mother left because it was closing time, she was upset, and called my wife crying I was still on hold. Matt eventually answered and said he would not service us as I was rude and offensive... he refused to talk to me until I told him we need to have a conversation... go on att corporate, listen to your recorded line... I was the voice of service and reason... by the end of the conversation Matt said he could help and was sorry for the miscommunication that took place...Called loyalty. Got a case number and escalation. But no resolution, just a promise it would be looked into and an apology from the nice woman on the phone who listened but in no way had anything to do with what happened.But I feel everyone needs to know how poorly att in flint on Miller road treat elderly customers who need assistance.I encourage anyone who reads these comments and posts to reach out for more details. Ill be sharing on all of my platforms. Mathew and Att treatment of the elderly is nothing short of disgusting. Its been almost two weeks since the incident and I cant get a call back or response. Shameful.Update. I live out of state. Have tried calling your store dozens of times... Even half a dozen today to speak with Shelly... Just a fast busy tone. And you can guarantee my mother will never set foot inside such a disrespectful business again... Waiting for my last bill so I can cut all ties.

The staff at this location is very well trained in all things AT&T! Don’t waste your time ordering online or over the phone, just stop in the store and work with the experts! Jen is amazing! Felt like she and I were working together to find the best solution for me and my family rather than just being a pushy sales person! She has won my business for life! The rest of the staff was awesome too, management made sure to swing by our table and check in on everything. The staff were all super friendly and made it feel like a casual comfortable environment. Jennifer was super helpful when I came into the store today. She greeted me with a smile as soon as I walked in. I wanted to get an upgrade and she explained all the phones to me and the differences, to find which one was best for me. When we sat down to go over everything, she made nice conversation and ended up helping us out with other things than just the phone upgrade. She was awesome!

Very unprofessional, and rude.I initiated an order on 04/01/2020. Order processed for an upgrade, payment initiated with my bank.Received an email stating that I would be notified by email or text when order was ready for curbside pick-up.There are two phone numbers, and an email address associated with this account.The next morning, today, I called the store because I hadnt heard anything. I was told that the order was canceled because they didnt have a contact number on file. I received a text, and email regarding the order going through last night so I hardly believe that they didnt have a way of contacting me if there was an issue with the order.The csa stated that they sent an email. They did not send an email stating any of the above.I am quite disappointed. Was instructed to go online and begin another order. If you canceled it, I dont understand why you cant help with pushing it through via phone.Completely unprofessional, and now the phone I chose is not available.Would never shop at this location. I never leave bad reviews, but the way this entire thing went down...I had to do so.

Updated I stopped by for help with my hassle free returns nightmare. It was not resolved that day but I really appreciate the time and effort Jeremy put into trying to help me. He is the only person who works for at&t that actally listened and took the time to at least try resolve my problem. I am not sure what he did but yesterday I got a call from at&t that they found my returned phone and returned my account to how it was before I ordered the phone online. I will say the guy who put my screen protector did do a good job with that but in ways made it seem like he was more into sales. I would like to thank Shelly and Bill for going above and beyond by helping me with my phone. My new iPhone kept turning off on its own and sometimes wouldn’t turn back on (phone had no water or physical damage). Which caused me to lose business and money....I contacted apple and I was told to come to the store (1.15hr drive) ...they clear my phone only for it to do the same thing on the drive back to flint.....I call apple back and they tell me I can go to Best Buy in flint for my issue (which option wasn’t given the first time) to have it cleared and reinstalled and if it didn’t work to get a new phone.....that’s what the apple rep told me....the Best Buy rep does the same thing they did at apple and it didn’t work and told me I can get another phone but it will take 2 weeks .....which doesn’t work for me or my business ....me thinking this is a business account and service should be a little better but it wasn’t ....he lets me know I can drive back to apple and get another phone now (another 1.15hr drive ) at this point I’m frustrated and upset with having to go back-and-forth so I call apple again and they say come there and get another phone (1.15hr drive) or I can buy another phone (over $1,000.00) and be reimbursed when they received my phone .....at this point I tell the apple rep I want nothing to do with apple or there products anymore and I’m going to Att to cancel my service......that’s when sales rep Bill and store manager Shelly tell me to sit tight it will be taken care of and it was ......my phone problem were taken of and because I was so pleased with the customer service I upgraded my Apple Watch.......special thanks to Shelly and Bill‼️

One week ago today I vistaed your store on miller rd in flint Michigan to purchase a new phone. I was greeted with a Smiling face belonging to Tori who would be working with me . Tori was very informative and patient with us as I really didn’t know which way to go on phones. I was really upset with the I phone I had and didn’t plan on keeping that brand . Terrible customer service. Bunch of racist, cold-hearted, snotty people who didn’t help me and my mom when we was in distress trying to get her phone replaced. They showed no concern, acting like I was doing something crooked when I had all the information of my mother. She was ill and her phone completely shut off, had to be replaced by me, I had all her info, still didn’t help or even try. You think someone is untrustworthy when your just as crooked. Have a heart sometimes! I went to another ATT store in Burton and they were awesome, went far and beyond to help me. Stay away from this store, if they can’t sell you anything, they don’t want to deal with you nor help you.

If I could give 0 stars I would. How do you tell a soon to be customer that they can get high speed internet, but fail to tell them they need to be within 1500ft? We waited 3 weeks for the internet to be hooked up and for what nothing. Now we have to hurry and find somewhere else that will take us. And the customer representative at the store was rude and of no help even though that is what I was told to do in getting a new SIM card there and submitting in my old phone number.

The purpose of my visit was to pick up a new SIM card for a phone I didnt have with me at the time, but was on the account. The sales associate said I couldnt leave the store with the SIM card because activating SIM cards on the website doesnt work. So, I left the store without the SIM, walked to my car, called ATT from the stores parking lot and they shipped one out to me.Im very familiar with phone changes, SIM card changes, etc., and know I was being sold a line of **** by the sales associate. Ive activated new SIM cards many times online through the ATT website and never had a problem doing so.The sales associate trashed ATTs own online services in the process of wasting my time and providing horrible customer service. Why would a sales associate talk trash about their own employer? Does the sales associate earn a commission for installing the SIM and no commission if the product is given to the customer? Is this store policy? This cant be ATT policy because the company happily shipped me a SIM at no charge.

This star is absolutely horrible oh, dont go there I have a friend who has AT&T phone mobile service and he had ordered it through AT&T and they said Scentsy order that they couldnt help him with the single thing not even a question they wouldnt even let him ask a question because he ordered it from the main office! And you can tell that these people are just out for money and dont care about you or your problems, I would never go there as a matter of fact as soon as I found that out I canceled my $5 a month internet service from AT&T even though I had nothing to do with the mobile service at all I was just so disgusted with AT&T and decided to pay $10 a month for Internet Essentials from Comcast they way out did AT&T on a scale of 1 to 10 one being the worst 10 being the best AT&T was more like a zero! Seriously these guys dont know if theyre talking about and theyre horrible people as far as being rude the least you could have said is look you didnt buy it from the store, the questions youre asking me might have to be taken up with Corporation because I not really sure how to handle your problem rather than turn his back walk away saying we dont answer questions when you buy from Corporation through mail order. Now thats just flat-out rude! That guy should have been fired we tried to talk to a supervisor and he wouldnt talk to us either.
