Its been a long time since I have written a review, but I feel compelled to write this one.I was stuck for two days at Mather Campground due to a flat tire that we couldnt change ourselves. The key for our locking lug nuts was not in our vehicle, and no one but the dealer in Flagstaff had the key. So, we ordered a tow through AAA. Two days later, they finally showed up and started towing our car to the dealer.Along the way, I found out the dealer didnt have our tires due to the tire shortage. Luckily, a helpful employee at OReilly told us about Soto Tires.We re-routed the tow truck driver on Labor Day to Soto. It arrived an hour before close.Now, Soto didnt have my tire in stock, either. However, they removed my lug nut, changed my spare and checked the pressure in my other three tires. They did this for a price lower than I felt comfortable paying... but they would not accept more money!They were fast, helpful and affordable. It was very welcomed since I will be paying for new tires once they come in on Thursday.They knew I was not from Flagstaff. They knew I wouldnt be coming back to them for my tires. Still, they acted with professionalism and courtesy.I am so thankful I found them. I will recommend them to anyone who will listen!Thank you so much to Rafael and his team!

Oh MY Goodness! We had a flat with our 5th wheel just 6 miles out of Flagstaff at 6pm on a Friday. We must have called 20 Roadside services in the area. No one would come. Finally on my calls one man suggested I call Soto Brothers. Rafael camly said...I promise to be there soon. He took such care and suggested we come back to his shop and to unload the old tire and put a new one in place of the spare. After that at 9pm we ask if he would replace our other worn tires. This man was so kind and caring and the most professional gentleman Ive ever encountered. This company is beyond excellent! God Bless them.

Picture this...It was a dark and Stormy snowing Saturday night or Sunday morning...Got a side wall blowout from pothole, outside of Flagstaff, (and not even the person who was supposed to be open 24 was answering.....)Then I started calling everyone Im a girl driving cross country by herself...Then Raphael answered in middle of the night and spent extra time finding and fixing my small tire.Even educated me on my tires and rims.He was so affordable and very caring.He wasnt even open on Sundays but came too help first thing Sunday morning.Your only call for tire repair should be SotosSuper friendly and helpful

Its hard to come by such honest mechanics. They couldnt fix my AC and even though they spent a couple days trying to find the issue they did not give me a huge bill, they only charged me for a relay they changed that was burnt and humbly told me there was some electrical issue they couldnt find. 100% recommend this guys. My friend and I got a flat coming from the Grand Canyon (William, AZ) on Saturday late afternoon. We were driving a BMW that had run flat tires therefore a spare is not giving with the car. Not only does no one in these small towns have run flat tires but everything closed by 5pm on Saturday and nothing is open on Sunday. We were able to drive to Flagstaff on the run flat hoping to rent a vehicle at the airport. No luck on a Saturday because it was closed. I tried calling Western Truck which advertises 24/hour service but never got a response. We stayed at Howard Johnson and hoped we could figure something out on Sunday after so rest. What made all this worst, we live in Las Vegas and left the dogs. We were only going to be gone one day. Waiting until Monday just wasn’t an option. For whatever reason my friend called Soto Brothers and someone actually answered. He was able to put a standard tire on the vehicle which wasn’t an easy task because of the size and we safely made it back to Vegas. And the icing on the cake is that we weren’t charged some insane price. It’s really scary being stranded so far from home and not knowing what to do. Thank you Soto Brothers for helping us when it was your day off.

Soto Brothers Tires, Inc. is an outstanding example of honesty and integrity. I cannot even begin to express my appreciation for their outstanding customer service, hard work, and compassion. We were in Flagstaff for a short vacation when a semi pushed out car off the side of the road in a “hit and run” accident. In addition to the damage to the car body, the rear tire was destroyed. We took the car into their shop and they took such good care of us. They smoothed out the rim surface, replaced the punctured tire with a high quality used tire, trimmed some damaged metal around the wheel well, and helped us make sure the car was safe to make the long drive home. The care they gave us felt like an extension of our own family was watching out for us from hundreds of miles away. It’s a rare find and Flagstaff is lucky to have them serving in the community.

Amazing people to deal with. I was driving from Los Angeles to Chicago and got a screw in a trailer tire. I contacted them at 9 p.m. and they responded within a half hour to say they could get me fixed and on the road at 7 am. I got their place at 7 and they jumped right on it and got it fixed immediately so I can get back on the road. Great people to deal with I would recommend them highly.

Id like to start this review off by saying that I was absolutely satisfied by the service I received here. Mr. Soto (Rafael), who I think is the owner of the shop, showed me a great deal of empathy for my situation when I needed service. He stayed well after hours after receiving my phone call close to closing time and waited patiently for me and my wife to arrive with our vehicle, which was being towed to the location.Long story short, I suffered a complete puncture of my left rear tire on my vehicle about 25 miles south of Flagstaff on my way to Phoenix and had to get it towed. My options were limited since it was already 7:40 PM at the time. The plan was to get into Flagstaff, drop the car off at any tire/service place, and then stay at a motel in Flagstaff. As I desperately called around service centers in Flagstaff while being towed, I found that many locations would not be able to service my vehicle due to the late hours. Not Mr. Soto. After he confirmed that he did in fact have a replacement tire for my vehicle, he cheerfully reassured me that he would stick around until I arrived and that he was happy to service the vehicle. His willingness to help me out really saved me a lot of trouble since I was able to get back on the road right away!If youre reading this, thank you again, Mr. Soto.

Great guys and honest. My steering wheel was shaking. Took my car to them. I feared it could be an expensive repair such as the suspension. Turns out that it was my 2 front tires. The tread looked good, but actually it had become warped and lumpy. That was dangerous! Leo helped me out quickly. Amen for them.

I would like to share that at first when i needed a tire because mine was flat, I was satisfied with how they helped us but after buying them a brand new tire and days later it going flat on us in the highway again i was very upset and unsatisfied. Even more with the fact that it had no warranty and we had to purchase a new one for full price again. I felt cheated with on the tire and the price!

Soto brothers is awesome! We were in a bind on our way back to Albuquerque. We had a flat late in the afternoon on a Saturday. No other tire shop could help us unless we wanted to buy four new tires. My husband called Sotos and told them our situation. He had us come right over and had us on our way in no time at all. They were friendly and efficient. We can not thank Sotos enough for helping us out! Highly recommend them if you are in the Flagstaff area.

Flat 22.5 RV tire, no spare. Raphael & Hava jumped on it quickly. I watched two professionals work the issue perfectly. This job is not for the weak; tire is 36 tall and weighs 150+ lbs. Hava removed the wheel, located hole, marked tire/rim location for remount to maintain balance. Reamed hole for new plug, then added large heavy duty patch. Remounted tire, installed wheel and all in an hour. The work was professional and $50 was reasonable for this job. We HIGHLY recommend Soto Bros. for your roadside tire repair!

On our way home (California) from college in Alabama, my dad and I stopped for the night in flagstaff only to wake up the next morning to hear a horrible sound coming from the rear wheel. We arrived at Soto Brothers at around 5:30 am intending to wait until the shop opened at 7. The owner arrived at 6am and was immediately ready to help us. He was able to call and get the part within minutes! The mechanics were able to fix the wheel in about an hour and we were back on the road. Soto Brothers customer service is amazing and we highly recommend stopping here for car troubles! Very trustworthy and considerate of your time. Thank you Soto Brothers!!!

When all other tire and RV shops said they couldn’t help us with our stripped and broken Tire lugs, Soto Brothers were more than happy to help us. Their shop is not on the main drag but, they are worth the effort to find. These guys saved my trip to Lake Powell. If I lived in Flagstaff still, these guys would be my tire shop. I highly recommend Soto Brothers Tires! I was traveling across the country with my friend when my car started to make a terrible noise coming from the rear wheel well. I thought it was a bad wheel bearing and called all around the area looking for someone who could get the parts and get us back on the road quickly that day. Soto Brothers Tire was awesome at getting us in! They had preordered parts for me so they would be ready when I got there and they were so polite when I had misdiagnosed the problem! In the process of fixing the actual problem, a bad caliper, they also found one of my tires had worn very badly, and sold me a used tire and mounted it for only $50. I had to make sure it would get me safely home as I still had 5000 miles to go! They guaranteed it would And it did! They were honest, hard working and polite. Got us in and out in about an hour and a half! I highly recommend them!!!

We were taking a week long drive from North Carolina, out to Carlsbad Caverns in NM, White Sands National Monument, and finally The Grand Canyon. On our drive from Alamogordo to Flagstaff our 2004 Lincoln Navigator Overheated and boiled over. About the same time we blew a back tire. Once we got to Flagstaff I chose these guys based on internet reviews and Im glad I did. They took us right away the next morning. Got a great price on a set of tires, they swapped our thermostat and flushed out our heater core and got everything back together in a couple hours. No planes ruined, got the family up to the canyon on schedule and we had a blast. If youre local this should be your regular shop. If your pass in through you wont find better guys or prices.

They are amazing! Lets start by saying its 645am on a Sunday and its snowing. We are on our to California and get a flat, with no hesitation or complaints he goes to the shop gets a tire and comea to find us. Raphael was so nice and sweet. He changed the tired super quick, took us back to the shop and balance the tire. Everything from start to finish was so professional. He made sure we were all ok and sent us on our way.
