The staff was extremely helpful when it came to the front end of my truck. They got me in right away and communicated to me what the issues were. Bob formulated an estimate and a plan of what problems to addressed first. The repairs were done a lot quicker than I wouldve thought they wouldve been able to. I will most definitely recommend this facility for auto repairs and or tires.

My dad is crazy about this place - wont go anywhere else unless he absolutely has no other choice. I can say thats now the case for me, too. Bob and staff are super honest, they do great work and they dont upsell services that arent immediately necessary just to make a buck. They go for loyalty and they are ethical. An example would be that my brakes have intermittently been making some strange squeaks and it makes sense with the mileage theyll need to replaced/repaired soon. Rather than insist I need to take care of that immediately, Bob was honest and said that its something Ill want to consider within the next 3-4 months but everything should be fine until then. Its just nice to know Im not going to get a horror story each time I walk into this shop and that I can trust their diagnosis. Thanks guys! :)

I took my truck in for an alignment after installing a leveling kit and they got it knocked out right away knowing I was heading out of town for a trip. When I picked up my truck, Bob let me know one of their guys accidentally hit the side of my mirror when pulling it in, and broke the blinker light. He told me one was already ordered and I could bring it back in when I got back to town. Once again they got my truck in and out same day and were extremely friendly. I’d highly recommend supporting this local business with any of your maintenance or repair needs.

I had my alignment done and a full check up before I headed back to Illinois. These guys knocked me out really quick and were the most polite people I have ever come across. If I ever come back to Flagstaff, these are the only people I will use.

Cant say enough how grateful I am. Replaced our tire quickly and with no attempt at extra adds. Prices very fair and reasonable. I was worried my transmission fluid was low. They checked, told me it was fine and not to worry.The tire failed on our way up to the Grand Canyon. We rode on the spare until we got back to Flagstaff. My wife and I have spent the last five months driving this 05 Acura TL across the western mountains, nearly 30k miles. Of all the shops that we’ve been to these guys are by far the best in price and service. we got stuck in the middle of a blizzard with a failing car and bob got us in the very next day (parts having made their way from phoenix through the storm) replaced the wheel hub and bearing, and for half the price of the next guy. we got the call to come pick her up and when we arrived i noticed the front bumper had been fixed as well, we went in and were told that my handiwork had made a full alignment impossible but if we had time they could pull her back in and do their best. they had my wife, my dog, and myself inside to wait and shortly there after, as they turned off the lights and began locking up, they pulled our car back out. they ended up getting her aligned nearly perfectly and didn’t charge us for anything but the bearing and hub.We would take our vehicles here over anywhere else and recommend them to anyone who asks.Bob and his guys are a good, honest, and professional crew.thanks again!-The Dahls

It isnt always easy to find a good place to take a vehicle for maintenance and repair these days. I have been going to Hurst Firestone for many years with all of our family vehicles, and I have yet to be disappointed by any service received. The prices are fair for this day and age, and I have never been pushed to have a repair or service done that was not absolutely needed. I can stop by and have a check engine light evaluated, and I am guided to either get something done in haste, or to wait to re-evaluate if the issue is more minor. We took our 2005 1500HD Chevy Silverado here. We needed an oil change and wanted to check for a coolant leak. They were very quick and professional. They diagnosed the issue and helped us find the correct path to resolve the issue.As we are traveling across the country it can be hard to find a shop that is trust worthy and reliable. I would 100% recommend this shop to anyone and everyone.

I’ve had nothing, but positive experiences at Hurst Firestone. The owners are wonderful people. They are always successful in finding what’s wrong with my car and give me the best price they can. I trust them completely.

The shop broke a part on our car and attempted to charge us a ridiculous amount to fix it. I experienced extremely rude and condescending customer service. They will charge 2-3 times the cost of parts and over $100 for ONE HOUR of labor. They really try to take advantage of the people of Flagstaff.

The service of these guys were phenominal. I was on vacation and my brakes started hissing. Took it to them and it was fixed and back on the road within 2 hrs. Thanks guys.

Had them put tires on my aftermarket wheels which they buffed the paint off of the wheel weight area on 3 out of 4 (1 wheel looked perfect with no damage). Claimed it was cleaned with dish soap and a hand towel. (I power wash and scrub these wheels every year to store them with no issue) Refused to acknowledge it blamed it on my paint, all the attendants had different answers on what happened. I do not recommend if you have wheels you care about or quality.

Being relatively new to Flagstaff, some co-workers recommended Hurst. I had some issues with my steering on my 2004 Ford Escape and came into the shop in April/May for diagnostics and then a fix. Bob and his team were very professional and honest, even when issues came up during the fix. I started to notice the same issues again (come to learn from a different cause) three weeks later and took the car back to the shop and Bob and his team fixed it up. Its been about six weeks since the last fix and the issues have gone away. Id recommend Hurst for diagnostics and fixes to anyone because of their quality, honesty, and professionalism. Excellent service and thank you!

Was in town with a rental car that had the engine light come on. The woman on the phone was so nice, she said come on in any time. I said Im about 7 minutes away. I get there and the gentleman at the desk comes right out and checks the code and resets it for me. The nicest and most helpful place.

I came in urgently in the middle of a road trip because my oil pan was stripped and I was in need of an oil change. I had gone to another shop before Hurst but they couldnt help me so I wasnt expecting success, but they fixed the pan and I was out with a fresh oil change within an hour and a half. Also, Bob gave amazing service and wouldnt give up on trying to solve my issue. I would highly recommend them to anyone around the area.

Honest and quick took my sisters truck in and all it was was a old battery. Truck is good as new!!

My girlfriend needed her alternator replaced and they took care of it with no issue. After the repair, her alternator went out again. Luckily she had AAA towing. We brought her can in and they replaced the part for free. While it would have been nice to have her car repaired properly the first time it is hard to control something like the shop recieving a bad part. It would have been nice for them to offer to tow her car though. Aside from that the folks there were incredibly friendly!

Hurst Firestone is the place to go if you are looking for honest, hardworking people working on your cars. They care about you and your vehicle. We have had incredibly good service from this establishment over the past 2 years. Our son has moved back down to the valley, but may continue to have his car serviced up in Flagstaff!

Dawn, Bob and staff are the ultimate in Customer Service, which anymore seems to be a thing of the distant past. Not here! They are very informative in the needs of your vehicle. In a world (at least mine) Im always finding myself questioning the honesty about repairs a vehicle of mine may need. Stopped in yesterday with a nail in one of my trailer tires. Gentleman on the counter was extremely helpful...said he would free up someone to have a look. We have used Hurst for many years. Bryan takes care of our auto glass and window tint vans and keeps them running great. Everything from oil changes and regular maintenance to engine work and finding leaks on our GMC Jimmy plow truck.

Hey be careful with these guys if youre getting an alignment. Turns-out Hursts front-end wheel alignment only covers TOE-IN. They wont touch Camber/Caster. Sheesh, thats half an alignment! I got my truck aligned by Hurst and when I drove away I realized nothing had changed... it still pulled to the right. I returned and they claimed it needed a tire rotation (which they did). But, it still pulled. Went to the dealer 3 days later and they rolled their eyes when I told them Hurst had just aligned it. They told me Hurst ONLY does the the infamous toe-and-go. The dealer told me my caster was out of specs and aligned it. As far as I see it, Hurst cheated me and, as of this review (August 2017) is cheating every other person who gets an alignment there.
