It was a pleasant experience I was just driving through coming from another state and engine light came on. The guy told me it was most likely difference in altitude but still looked @ it to make sure nothing major was going on even took it for test drive and told me to drive under 65 MPH going up hills and I did exactly what he said and my car never stopped again.

Amazing service and value. I dont know basically anything about cars, but they found my issues and got em all fixed up for a steal of a price. Highly recommend their services, and explained everything to me in a way I could actually understand. (And from now on I will 100% keep up on my oil changes, with them of course!)

I needed the cigarette lighter in my 2002 van to be fixed. I want to use it to charge solar as I drive. Without appt, I drove in. They took my van straight in with a $100 diagnostic fee to be applied to bill.It wasnt easy fix. I needed a new lighter THAT FIT. That was the kicker. They began the search but didnt tell me the situation. They obtained a lighter but it was too big. I overheard my name and asked the status. So, the part was not available. They were trying to find. The part plus repair would be $80. So, my repair would be free.I had already waited 2 hours and didnt want to wait longer. I drove out relatively happy until...My radio didnt work. I returned the next work day. They said the antenna had been unplugged. Fixed it and I left happy until... Radio is silent. Went to grocery store mad. Got back, radio comes on? So, my radio is now haunted. Havent been back.

We had a great experience here and would highly recommend this repair shop. We broke down near Flagstaff and they fit us in right away and got us back on the road quickly. They were polite and fair, unlike the first place we tried. Thank you for doing a great job!

The staff were very professional and friendly and handled my visit to the shop in under 15 minutes. Two employees named Caleb and Kurt took care of us quickly even though we didn’t have an appointment. Kurt made a point of showing me the filters and said they were still in good condition but suggested having them changed on the next oil change. Very impressed with the service and will look to return and recommend to my friends and family.

Let’s be honest, nobody wants to have something go wrong with your vehicle when you’re on a road trip, that’s exactly what happened to me, on a Saturday no less and 400 miles to go before I get to me destination. Googled auto repair, Meineke came up and was open, first minor win. Walk in to meet Carl, Carl ask what’s up, I describe issue, says I bet I know the issue, 30 minutes later I’m on the road again problem solved. He’s a patriot and an honest business operator, you should be so lucky to have an issue with your car near his shop! We’re back home now 1400 miles later and my vehicle is still running like a top! Super helpful and friendly staff. I called a few different places and these guys were easily the most pleasant to talk to. Had a small suspension problem, they got me back on the road in less than an hour and for a very competitive price. Would absolutely take my car here again if I come back through this area.

I simply could not be more pleased with the service and professionalism of the staff at the Flagstaff Meineke shop! Even though we didnt have an appointment, Carl and his team gladly welcomed us into their busy schedule, which was truly a godsend as we were travelling from Illinois and didnt know what to do as our Jeep was the only way we had to get around. They were able to diagnose the issue, order the parts overnight and get our Jeep back together by the next day, allowing us to continue our vacation. Excellent fast service and caring staff.Meineke is the ideal car service place, especially for those on a road trip.We found out that our coolant was heavily leaking out of a hose just before Flagstaff. I called around for mechanics but all of them werent able to diagnose the car until 24-48 hours later. Meineke was the only shop that offered their services immediately. They diagnosed the problem, found the special part and installed it within a matter of hours for an honest price. We were very grateful for the Meineke staff (especially Carl) for being welcoming and genuinely good people.

I was at the Grand Canyon traveling in my RV when my exhaust pipe suspension bracket broke. I called the shop on Friday and explained my situation telling them I would be driving through Flagstaff the next morning. The manager told me they would take a look and do their best to get me home to Texas. When I arrived the next day, they were expecting me. Caleb (and his adorable dog) promptly took a look at my exhaust pipe and said that they didnt have the part I needed on hand, but found some scrap metal and welded it to my bracket for support as a temporary fix to get me home. I was in and out in about an hour and they didnt even charge me for their work. They were amazing! After their diagnosis and quick patch job, I felt confident that I would make it home safely. And I did!! Thank you guys for your help! I couldnt have asked for better service.

Brought my car in to get clutch fixed. First time didnt fix the issue (a leak that was undetected). They were very understanding, had a good experience with Ross, Caleb & Kurt.Brought it back and they righted the problem, fixed it up great & got me back on the road.

I pulled in with radiator problems at 4:30pm on a Friday, and the crew was able to work me in quickly and get me back on the road in less than an hour. Great service, we pulled in because they were close and still open, but would definitely use them again after this experience.

While driving up to Flagstaff my coolant level low light came on. Found Meineke open the next morning at 730 am. Stopped in and he was as nice as can be and came right up and topped it off for no charge. This is how things used to work and it’s nice to see that in some places they still do. Thank you.

I like to travel in my jeep, had driven about 4400 miles in 2 weeks when I decided it was time for an oil change and radiator flush. I first went to Jiffy Lube right down the street, when I came to Flagstaff, NM. After I got my vehicle back it started to overheat right away. Decided to go to my hotel and deal with the issue the next day. I was stressed. I lost trust in Jiffylube. So that’s how I wound up at Meineke. These guys saved the day. They fixed the car fast, explained the issue and the service manager would not agree with me on jiffy lube screwing up. In other words he took the high road. When I got my bill I was shocked, they charged me $17 to give me amazing piece of mind for the next 2200 miles I still had to go. These guys are competent, fast and knowledgeable. I actually spoke with 3 different techs and all of them were pleasant and knew their stuff. Great Experience with this shop!!

I took my car there to have some a/c parts replaced. Unforeseen issues caused the a/c to break again but I took it back and they fixed the problem and made it right.

Meineke was great! We were in the middle of a road trip when our check engine light came on and we stopped at Meineke. They were very busy and it took a while for them to notice I was waiting, but as soon as they did, someone came right out to scan my car, assure me that the problem was minor and that I would easily make it back to Washington, and sent us on our way with peace of mind and no fee. Sure enough, the check engine light turned off a couple of days later and we had no trouble on our drive home! Very happy!!

Amazing shop. Car drives like a dream now. They put in new CVs and even put in an aftermarket piece for my transmission. When bolts got in the way they even machined them down so stuff would fit. Only taking my car here from now on. These guys really went above and beyond for me and I really appreciate it. If you’re in flagstaff, take your car here for all your car needs you won’t regret it in the slightest.

Thank you John, Carl and Ross for helping me out. I was an out of town traveler driving from Phoenix to visit friends in Flagstaff. My battery cable broke half way up I-17 and my truck had to be towed to Flagstaff. Luckily, Johnny from Hoist Towing and Recovery recommended Meineke in Flagstaff. John cleaned up my badly corroded and broken battery cables and battery post and reconnected them with a shiny new lug in about an hour! I was on my way and truck operating as expected! Thanks John, Carl and Ross!

If you like and care for your car there are plenty of other places who will actually take care of you; don’t get me wrong, kind people but it seems as if their knowledge is very limited. They had my car for about a total of a month and they would just create new problems, fix it, then make some more. After I had finally gotten my car back this time they hadn’t even put my seat back in place. Please for your own sake just take it to a dealership where you know they can fix it. This has by far been the worst decision I have ever made. A+ For the effort though

Exceptional friendly service! The plastic skid plate under the front of my car got knocked down and was dragging after running over a chunk of tire 20 min into a long road trip, so I stopped here to see if they could help. Everyone was very polite and helpful, they got me in after just a short wait while they finished up two other jobs and sent me on my way. When I asked what I owed them, the gentleman just shrugged and said, No charge, its just a couple zip ties, you folks have a blessed day. Our A/C compressor went out on our trip from Phoenix to Flagstaff. Carl came in on his day off to finish the job for us so we could get back on the road. The entire staff stayed extremely busy working people in throughout the day on Sat. Very professional & honest. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I’m just not overly impressed with their work. Had them fix a wheel bearing and less than a week later, my car isn’t driving great. It feels loose already and the steering wheel isn’t straight. I’m in flagstaff which is a hour from home and called them to have them check it and his response was “tomorrow.” I understand no one wants to stay late but where I live so far away, I feel like their last priority is my safety and a broken wheel bearing can be really dangerous. Plus they charged a lot. I want them to fix their work but won’t be going back.

These guys are legit, they know their stuff and do good work. We were stranded in Flagstaff because our brakes failed, they got us in right away and repaired the issue much faster than I expected. Good work and good people.

I used Meinike to get a long overdue oil change for my truck. On calling ahead to make sure I could use my own filter and oil, Carl kindly reassured me that was ok and was very professional. When I arrived at the shop, Carl was again very professional and pleasant. He let me know of a few additional charges that I may incur and his demeanor never changed. The employees working on my truck did a great job as well. Thank you for providing kind, professional service during a time when it is very hard to find!

Went in on a Saturday morning for ac issues, Carl found the part I needed and got me up and running the same day even though they were very busy. The guys at this Meineke never fail to offer quality service, which is why I go to them for all of my vehicle maintenance and repair needs.

They got the oil change and brake service done in a timely manner, however, they spilled oil on top of my engine and didnt clean it off. The smoke billowing out from under my hood as I was driving away was ridiculous. I called to notify them and they said to bring it in and they would make it right but it should have been taken care of when it happened, not after and have to bring it back in a second time.

I am very thankful it was honest work with a great price.

My trip home to Oklahoma was interrupted by a seized brake caliper. When traveling, a vehicle failure in an unfamiliar location can be a dreadful affair as one is often left to the mercy of the mechanic and no idea as to the quality of the repairs. I called a few shops and settled on this one - so glad I did! They got me in, made a quick and thorough assessment, presented me with their findings and initiated the repairs. Well done and timely! Very personable, knowledgeable and respectful staff, starting with Carl. Relaxed and professional atmosphere and interaction among the mechanics. Vets are welcomed and appreciated! If I resided here, it would be my go to shop, especially after witnessing how calm and professional the interaction was between the owner and the mechanics. I recognized the owners presence too late to personally thank her and relay my thoughts about Carl and his crew.

Bought new tires so I took my truck in for an Alignment. After a few minutes they told me that they couldnt do it as I needed parts that I JUST REPLACED LAST YEAR! And during Covid, I BARELY drove it! Im not sure why they tried to make me pay for parts that DID NOT NEED REPLACING, maybe just because Im a WOMAN??? GIRLS (of all ages) DONT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES THERE if you want to be TREATED FAIRLY. THESE GUYS THINK YOURE STUPID & will make you pay for unnecessary parts & labor!!!

The help I got at the flagstaff location was great .I had a heat light go on and immediately googled close repair shops . I drove to Arizona from chicago and knew of no auto shops here .As soon as I got there we looked at my car and the radiator had to be replaced .They ordered one immediately and even drove me, my luggage, . and my 91 lb pit Bull to our hotel .There was a bit of a hold up on my part but they notified me right away .They picked us back up in a few days when my car was done and everything went great.I would highly recommend them .

Scheduled a last minute appointment because my transmission fluid was leaking, Carl set an appointment for 3pm but I was running late and pushed it to 4pm. Got there and my car was taken in right away for a transmission diagnostics. Thought it was going to take an hour or so but nope. Carl came back about 20-25 minutes later and told me I didnt need the diagnostic. The transmission hose was loose, his crew fixed it and made sure it was on there properly. They also aired up my tires for me as well due to my low tire sign being on. Then I was out the door and on my way.. Overall I would recommend this place to anyone very professional and straightforward type of company. Im sure if I have any future car problems I will be returning. Thanks again Carl & his crew 👏

Car broke down on the side of the road. Called multiple other auto shops with no luck, Meineke said they’d get me in. I thought I had a coolant leak and they ran a pressure test to find out it was just my radiator cap not holding pressure. Didn’t try to scam me of my money. Showed me their work. Honest, professional work. Thank you guys for helping me out.

It is challenging to feel untrusting off a professional. I have felt that numerous times with other mechanics in flagstaff. However, at Meineke I felt trusting of every person I met and dealt with. They are clearly looking to help and not focused on making money taking advantage of those who don’t know auto mechanics. Thank you!! Had a great experience with Cristian and Carl. I was having issues with my break lights/ turn signals and they were very easy to work with and kept me updated throughout the repair. Knowing my luck I will be there many more times for future repairs.

I called and asked for openings, said yes we do, arrived and they say we are backed up. Wasted my time to drive there and get there just to be told we dont have openings for you...

Towed to Meineke after the AC went out on our Rialta RV causing the serpentine belt to lock up and break. Two replacement parts and the AC unit still was not compressing, so they warrantied their work and allowed us to return the vehicle several months later after we finished using it for traveling. (Without using the AC). On return, AC was able to be fixed. Worked with warranty from previous garage where the AC had formerly been repaired improperly causing it to seize again and break the belt. They also discovered a coolant leak in the rear heater which had to be bypassed to stop the leak. Professional and honest garage, able to get us back on the road despite not routinely working on RVs, kept us informed with estimate throughout, would recommend.

Had a vehicle I was looking at purchasing delivered from Aspen, CO. A week prior, I called/arranged an appointment for a pre-purchase inspection with a mechanic shop in Flagstaff that starts with number 7. The following week the vehicle was delivered (date and time if my appointment), they booked through my appointment and told me they were completely full (unprofessional). Now I had to find another shop open on a Saturday. Meineke was open and was able to fit me in their schedule. I dont think I have had an inspection that thorough ever done before on other vehicles Ive purchased. Absolutely great work, good guys, clean shop. I would go back there anytime.

This place has integrity!!! So, we were on our way to the Grand Canyon (from Iowa) when my car started chugging and the check engine light came on. I stopped at Auto Zone to get the code and find out what was wrong. Called my local guy at home and he told me to get it looked at. We stopped at the first place that we came to, which was particular Meineke. Went to the guy at the desk and gave him the print out from Auto Zone. He told me what the problem likely was and how much it would cost. I explained our situation and asked how soon we could get in. He said they were getting ready to pull a truck out and hed get us right in. Sweet! After about a half hour or so, he told us that the light had gone off and the coil and plugs checked out ok, so he didnt want to change it out if it wasnt bad. I asked how much we owed for the time and he said nothing! You dont find service like that much anymore. He couldve told us flat ripped us off and we would have never known. I may never be back in the area again, but if I am and the situation arises, that will be the first place I go to get the work done on my vehicle.

I came in for a power steering leak and they ended up replacing my whole rack! My truck was still leaking power steering fluid though so the had me come back and figured out that I had a bad o ring. Now I’m back on the road! Thanks guys!

My husband and I are on a road trip. We broke down on Friday afternoon. After calling several mechanics in Flagstaff and coming to dead ends that every place was closed over the weekend we called Meineke. We got our car towed just before closing and it was ready the Next day by noon. We were saved from after to delay our trip by several days. Carl was great! Told me exactly what was wrong with the car and the price before the repair. His staff was professional and the shop is clean. I highly recommend!

The staff and management were great! Carl (manager) was great to speak with while we were stranded on the side of the road. We were towed there, the staff swiftly attended to us to ensure that we werent stranded on a holiday weekend. Caleb (tech) also had a great attitude. You can tell this shop has great teamwork as they all went above and beyond. Even Parker making a late part run for us and doing all kids of random jobs athe shop. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone as they didnt cut any corners and ensured we were well taken care of even thought they had to put in extra time on a Saturday night.!

Thank God for good people! This place is great! I came into town with some brake trouble from Phoenix on a Saturday. Having to go back to Phoenix the next day, I was terrified to make that trip down the hill. I called the shop at 5pm and spoke with Carl. He was awesome! He said bring it in now and Ill work over if I have to. (They close at 6pm and everything is closed on Sunday.) I was there at around 5:15pm. Brake pads and rotors were changed and I was out of there at 6:05pm. I couldnt have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend them!
