I went to Grand Canyon last month. There was severe noise on rear brakes on the first day. I asked around and got the name of this shop from the hotel. After worried night, I drove my Honda pilot to these guys. They told me it would take a few hours for diagnosis. But, they called me rear rotors & brake pads needs to be changed 1 hour after. They fixed in another 1 hour. It took around 3 hours to get it fixed. Amazing! Fast service and reasonable price. Highly recommended! Thanks for great service. I was able to visit Horseshoe Bend and Las Vegas on the same day.

Dont let the name fool you! This place is a great all around car repair!My car broke down at a trailhead in Sedona late Friday afternoon. After calling around I discovered that Nationwide Transmission was one of the few repair shops open on Saturday. They were the only one that would TRY to work my repair into their schedule. When the tow truck dropped of my vehicle the next day I was told that they might not be able to get to it until Sunday or even Monday. I was very discouraged as I was from out of town. Fortunately, they were able to get the car in, diagnosed, and repaired by early afternoon. What a great surprise! AND being from out of town and wanting a Saturday repair I was worried about the cost. They were reasonably priced with great customer service. I would highly recommend this establishment for all your repair needs!

Right now..Im definitely not happy with this place. They told me that my car would be done if I left it with them, at 10am the next morning. My wife and I have been forced to be OVERCHARGED by the hotel we are in, and she pregnant by the way. Weve been stuck In AZ for 3 days now..waiting for them to put in an alternator, on top of the car being with them for quite a while! I get told I dont know an estimated time from Pablo, Ive been as patient as I can. Better Business Bureau might receive a call from me. Im livid. And STILL HASNT TOLD ME A PRICE.

So I had a ball join for out and took out my tire too. They where super fast and helpful. Got me a tire and replaced both ball joints 20/10 would recommend. Also didnt kill my bank. Im so relieved.

Do not attempt to get work done here, they do not hold their word as to when anything can get done and Pablo just says “unfortunately” to everything. I waited three days on a waitlist as a traveler passing though, with kids in my rv, and they clearly don’t hold to their word. Beware

Everyone we dealt with was very professional, but never forgot to be kind and respectful, they went out of theyre way to make sure we were taken care of.

Had a bit of engine failure and they were able to get it fixed for me.

Suffered a failure in the manual transmission of my Mazda 3 on the way to Flagstaff for a weekend getaway. Limped it into another car shop who said they werent equipped to fix this kind of problem. Nationwide Transmission towed my car into their shop for free and kept me well informed about the inspection, the problem they found, and my options for fixing it. Ive had poor experiences with mechanics before (mostly being ripped off at the dealership service department) but the people at Nationwide struck me as honest, hardworking people, and Im very happy that I trusted them with my car.

These guys saved my tail. Was trying to get to California on Christmas Eve and my water pump. If these guys hadnt stepped up I would have been stuck in Flagstaff

I broke down off of Hwy 89 (mile marker 518) and was hauled into Nationwide Transmission and car care by Mike (the best tow truck driver ever). He highly recommended them to me. I was so happy I took his advice. They fixed my RV and I resumed my trip to Bryce with no problems. Not only did they fix my problem, they also charged me a fair price. I would recommend them to anyone!

Had a transmission seal problem on my RV everybody in town was booked for a week these guys did a fantastic job the next day after I brought it in to check and see what was wrong with it.(BTW, I already knew what was wrong with it) Adam and the mechanics there were all top-notch dont really know why they get any bad reviews, these guys were awesome, no BS, straight forward and at a really good price. Dale and his staff saved our vacation. We were towed here on a holiday weekend from the Grand Canyon. Dale and his staff diagnosed the issue and had us back on the road within the morning.

I had my bright yellow ford escape towed there from Grand Canyon for a power steering failure.In Oct then it happened again in Jan.While warrenty covered Jan work,when I went to Jiffy Lube for an oil change,they said I a had a power steering leak.So I drove back there, they looked at it and said they saw no sign of a leak.Well,nI went back to California and by mid feb my wheel was again making noise,needed fluid and steering was failing again.I got it into a local mechanic (his own shop)and sure enough he found a leak in the pump.I am disappointed in the lack of knowledge

Traveling through. Had problems (2002 Odyssey) They got things working enough to get me home. Didnt lie or try to up-sell me. Treated me like an intelligent person.

They provided us with honest feedback about an issue our car was having and pointed us to the dealership - where the issue had an extended warranty and was fixed there for free.

My wife and her friend were taking a trip to Taos, NM. On their way they experienced some care trouble about 30 miles out of Flagstaff. After waiting for AAA for 3.5 hours, on the fwy in well over 100 degree heat, they were finally towed into Flagstaff. After some time at the repair station they ended up staying at a nearby Hotel overnight and allowed to repair station to look at it first thing in the morning. That morning the repair station diagnosed the issue and told the wifey it was a transmission and it would cost $4650. The phone call I got was tearful at best, she was balling actually! I asked her to calm down and let me search for a transmission shop nearby.That is when I found Nationwide Transmission, i called and spoke to Dale who offered to send his tow truck driver over to her and bring the car over to his shop to diagnose. (SIDEBAR: Tow truck driver has no room in the cab for 2 frantic woman so he has them sit in the car while he loads them on the flatbed and drives then to Nationwide. Kinda scary but they thought it was fun.)After looking over the van Dale comes back with estimate of $4995 except his was two decimal places to the left!!! ($49.95) Thanks Dale, we wont soon forget your honesty and integrity.

Didnt know know certain things about the transmission in my car. There was a TSM report by manufacturers about our car they were unaware of certain procedures. However they are always helpful.

I just wanted my trans fluid checked. Two hrs later and they did much more and charged me for it. 49.95 They wasted my time and money . I would never recommend them to anyone. They ll cheat you out of 50 dollars.

The owner Al is the most rude man I have ever met. All I did was ask where my car was and he threatened to push it into the street unlock and said he was not responsible for it? Wow. Please spend your money somewhere else and trust your car with another company. They are not true to their work or what they say or worth what they ask.
