If I could leave 0 stars I would. Was on vacation when I was experiencing car problems. Took my kia into the nearest dealership to be fixed on Friday. It is now Monday and I have not hear a word. I call them and they continue to tell me they are not a real kia dealership. But a franchise and due to this they have to run everything by an actual kia dealership. My car has been sitting in their shop for 2+ days and it has not been touched nor have anyone reached out to me to give me and update. They did not offer and rental car for me and my children. Definitely reporting them and advising all to stay away. The customer service was horrible and I was ridiculed by a man over the phone basically telling me my car problems arent his problem ... Yet he is supposed to be the ones fixing it. Horrible horrible service and would never use even if I had to.

Richard, the Service Manager, was beyond helpful when it came to helping me deal with my car after it broke down on our family roadtrip. The rest of the staff that were aware of the situation were also incredibly accommodating.
Car is currently in the shop. As of right now id give zero stars if i could. Nothing like spending 50,000 on a kia only to have to replace 4 rotors after they start going out within 20,000 miles. Car has been in the shop for 8 days now. Part is still not in. Kia did nothing to offer support to stinger owners who are all over forums talking about their issues with these rotors after very little miles. Its over a week now and no loaner cars are offered. Something tells me if i bought a 50,000 dollar mercedes id be driving around in a leaner right now. Not canceling vision and health appointments as i look to be going on two weeks of not having a vehicle
Just left Kia who tried to charge 85.00 for a basic oil change compared to Kia in Phoenix for 45.00 RIP OFF
We were driving from CA to NJ and started a rod knock in AZ. Fortunately for us we landed at the Oxendale Kia with Elaine and Craig. They took great care in getting us back on the road as fast and safely as possible. They took care of everything!! They truly care about the people in their cars. We are so appreciative of their professionalism and kindness as well as their know how!! Great people!!

Craig is the service manager and I have never had a better experience. This guy deserves a raise or something. The engine in my Kia seized up 23miles outside of flagstaff during a road trip to California. I was towed in and he stayed late on a Saturday to look at the car. He knew exactly what was wrong and said it was actually I set a Kia warranty and he just had to order the parts. Then he went to hook me up with a rental. All in all it was very smooth and he was very professional and friendly. Very nice guy. I will update with how the car turns out but I have no worries at this point. Thanks Craig!!!!

Had a routine maintenance on my car, appointment at 11am. Car hasnt even been look at, now they see say it wont be ready til 4:30 like dam how slow are hour techs
Had mu car towed there. 3 days later without any contact from them at all, i called and my car was fixed without any notice from them. Ive been to Horne Kia, and Earnheardt Kia and ALWAYS at least get the outside washed when the oil is changed. Here the car did get the oil changed AND was worked on for issues and when I picked it up it wasnt washed. Oil settings inside the car not reset. I think I will drive 4 hours to Mesa vs. 2 hours to Flagstaff and receive higher quality service. Its worth the drive to get things done right.
Communications were very poor. Our new vehicle had an engine light on and we went to their service depart three times. The light went off on its own. They were to have called us back after contacting their service tech line and never did call us back. Larry S.

My mother and I went into Oxendale Kia to look at a car I had found online (2010 Honda Odyssey). The sales rep was very professional and took us to the vehicle but he said we should be aware the vehicle had not been attended to yet by their mechanics. We viewed the vehicle and the battery was dead, it needed serious vacuuming, and one of the sliding doors didnt open and close properly. We said we would try back at another time. On the way out we did test drive a 2015 Honda Civic and I considered buying it. I even scheduled it for an inspection with my mechanic. Unfortunately, due to scheduling issues I did have to cancel the inspection. Also, several days later I realized that I truly wanted a car with more spacing, such as the Honda Odyssey. We went back 6 days later and asked another sales rep I had never seen before if the Honda Odyssey was ready now for test driving/selling. One of the very first things the sales rep said was how are you going to finance the car? I was taken aback. Dont they usually wait to ask that until after youve test driven the car? He brought us the car (apparently they jumped it?) and said the car was in the same condition as before plus one of the brake lights was out. We told them no thank you and were about to leave but the sales rep got his manager. His manager was incredibly rude. He was intimidating, harsh, loud and said things like whats the problem here? In my 12 years Ive never seen someone refuse to test drive a vehicle because the break light was out! We have 5000 vehicles and we dont have time to fix every vehicle we get! We dont fix vehicles until after they are purchased by the buyer! You can test drive the vehicle using hand signals! (I am not kidding). He then said to my mother whos buying the car here? She indicates I am the buyer. The manager then turns to me and says So its you I should be talking too. I told him I think were done here. On our way out the sales rep actually asked But how can we get a hold of you?I give the dealership 3 stars because our original sales rep and another sales manager from the prior week was very professional and a pleasure to work with.

I went in after hitting an elk. I just had some quick questions and wanted their opinions, and they took my car on a test drive with me to help me understand the issues and beat every price in town to fix it. Not to mention all of this was done after closing. Phenomenal work in the service department. They truly care!
Scheduled an appointment at 12pm on a Friday to test drive a specific car at 9:30am the following day. When I arrived for my appointment, staff spent 15 minutes looking for keys they couldnt find, only to discover they had sold the car already. No other cars with similar trim or color options were available on the lot. No alternatives or apologies were offered. First and last experience with this place.Edit: Their service department is incredible. Rating changed from 1 star to 5 stars because of them. Buy in Prescott or Phoenix, but get your car serviced here!
I found it interesting the leasing person at this location did not know Kia finance was offering lease extensions. I also wonder why a dealership does not have an on-site manager. Be ready for the extra $3,000 window sticker and the unusual explanation for what it is. Service department is great!
Owned the new car for a month at 3.99%, and they called and wanted me redo the financing with an interest rate that was 7.25%! They told me it was either that or I would have to give up the $2000 dealer rebate on the new car. Evidently I could not have both. I told them I would not double my interest rate, nor would I pay more for the car.They said they would send a salesman to my work with a new contract!After arguing with them I just gave up, signed the new contract and then tore It up and immediately refinanced through my credit union at 3.74%. It was not a credit issue. They blamed an inaccurate payoff on my trade, but that was paid down to the penny that the deal indicated. I would NOT recommend these guys.
While in Flagstaff one of my employees unfortunately cracked the oil pan on my 08 Chevy Cobalt - unbeknownst to me. While I was driving my car to the Chevy dealership, it decided to die near Oxendale Kia. Exceptionally fortunate as they (especially Tyler, Stephen, and Craig) were all extremely helpful in looking at my car. They even showed me where the issue was. They informed me that I would most likely need an engine replacement as mine had seized up. After talking to them, and one of the salesmen (Nick Davis), I decided it was probably best to just go with a newer vehicle. They were all extremely helpful, and quite honest about a few that weren’t really the best fit for me. I ended up purchasing a Nissan Murano, and the service department is always an absolute delight to work with. They are quick, thorough, and very fairly priced. If I were from the area, or staying longer than another few days, I would have all my service done here!

My intention was to just drive a Kia Rio to see what it was like. I loved the car and Tony Lerma was no pressure and very matter of fact. Tony almost immediately was able to work the deal to my satisfaction and with the numbers I brought to the table. Within 45 minutes the deal was done! It was the most gracious and painless car buying experience I ever had. I had an appointment to get to, so Tony said to go and come back and all the paperwork would be ready. I returned, signed on the dotted line and drove away in my beautiful blue 2018 Kia Rio. Thanks Tony! Youre the best!
It seems like the only friendly face you see is in the service department. The manager and Machanics seemed to take care of us for the last three years with a smile and a friendly conversation. The other staff? Well sadly they seem only to be nice to you is if your buying a car. I have rarely had one of the sales representatives start a friendly conversation or ever acknowledged my existence. But that won’t stop me from getting the great customer service the service department offers.

He displayed a very professional knowledge of the situation we were faced with. My family and I took a day trip to get out of Phoenix. My engine light turned on and my car was acting strange, so for us it was safer and closer for us to go to Flagstaff then back home to Phoenix. We had to wait till Monday for the service department to open and it was well worth it. We have never been treated so good at a Kia dealership. The ones weve been to in Phoenix are horrible. Tyler was super knowledgeable and very very helpful. Craig the service director was also great and helped us tremendously. They had us back on the road within 2 hours despite not having an appointment. We even joked they we would rather drive 150 miles to Oxendale Kia the next time we need to visit the service department rather the one near our house.
I took my car here to have the timing belt and water pump replaced. Craig was extremely helpful and informative at the front desk and Joe did a meticulous job with the repairs. We were very impressed, thank you!
We had a few things that did not go as plan which happens in life the key is how this issue was handled. Craig proved to be a true professional and came up with a solution that worked great. I have been in the service field for over 50 years and have very high standards. Oxendale met them all.
We dont live in Flagstaff anymore but werent having much luck looking in Tucson. We found exactly what we were looking for on their lot, was able to handle most of this over the phone, and Nick personally drove the car to us! Their customer service is the best and Nick was amazing! Thanks guys!
My daughter and I had a catastrophic breakdown outside Flagstaff while driving from Las Vegas to Dallas. We were towed to Oxendale Kia where Craig Gerasim greeted us, explained all of our options and made us feel welcome and comfortable while the service team checked everything out. Ive had experience with every car dealer in this town and this is by far the best. Friendly, down to earth people who make a fair deal on a car without a lot of haggling, #1 service after the sale, spoke with several customers who were also treated right after the sale.They had 400+ used cars for me to choose from between all six of their stores, and they got my Honda Fit that I bought from their other store and had it brought up here for me to look at free of charge! They paid for my first oil change free, performed by a certified Kia technician, too! Oil changes only $24.95, too. Larry, the sales manager, even came out and personally thanked me for buying a car. Cant say enough good about this place.
The folks who helped me get my new car there were fairly helpful. The dealership felt the blue color niro was super rare and charging $3k extra for it, after I helped them find a different color of the same car in their inventory we were able to make a deal. But why did I as a customer have to search their inventory online to tell them they had another of the car I wanted in a different color? Shouldnt they have pulled that up when we ran into the pricing issue with the blue colored one?Other than that they were very friendly and helpful, would return to do business there again.
This place is pretty slow. I dropped my car off for an oil change appointment and was told it would be ready in less than an hour. Luckily, my sister came and picked me up because two hours later I had to call to check the status of my car. No one answered the phone so I had to leave a message and wait for a call back. A little while later I got a call that my car was ready. When I went to pick it up, I was told that they found an issues that was recalled and it need to be repaired “really quick.” An hour and a half later, I finally left. I will say I got my oil change for free and the man that worked the desk was very apologetic but I had my sister pick me up for a reason and yet I still had to wait forever!

I had a very unpleasant experience with the Oxendale auto group. They took my money for a new car, $59,500 which included the license places which never showed up. They refuse to take my calls and ignore my messages. A poor showing for a large dealersh of many brands, avoid this group
Had check engine light on for nine months and then another light with car dying at highway speeds. I had other things done but they fixed both problems for under $100--total. A local transmission shop couldnt beat their price for a trans service--I;m sold.Both Parts and Parts and Service Manager were very knowledgeable about Kia problems--parts in stock. They seemed a little technician light but were well worth the wait. Will return for sure
The service department is really great. But the car sales department sux they are rude and cant tell you anything about the cars can only tell you what the price of the car is. If your going to sale cars you should know everything about them not just the price.
After purchasing a vehicle for my 17 year-old daughter, I took it to the Toyota dealership for an inspection. In hind site, I should have done this before I signed on the dotted line. The truck needed $6,000.00 in repairs just to make it safe!! Buyer beware!! Get it inspected before you sign that contract!

I had a good, but slow, experience buying a Kia. I searched seven states for the exact car I wanted before I found it at Oxendale, several hundred miles from my home in Utah. Ive purchased many cars over the years and the process at Oxendale was one of the best. There are always adjustments in a car deal, I was delighted with the bottom line on this purchase. I enjoyed meeting the salesman, Thomas Begay and my new Kia is one of the best cars at the most reasonable price that I have ever owned, I prefer it over my past Mercedes, Lincoln, Lexus, Prius and etc vehicles. Although I wish I still had my 49 Singer!
Worst place ever. We wont ever buy a Kia again. 2018 Forte and it shuts off on the highway almost killing my 19 year old daughter and they say nothing is wrong with it.

If I could give no stars, I would. I took my car in for service. They didnt even look at it until my husband stopped in a week after to check on the progress. Then, they performed work without my approval. They were supposed to look at a check engine light, it came on 1 week after I picked up my car. Ridiculous. I will never ever return there.
I have used many Kia’s throughout the years. Some were terrible and some ok, but Craig and the service team made me feel like family. They cared about my safety and what was going on with my car. Although some say our race is a minority, we were never treated as second class citizens there. We moved and have not been able to find a Kia with such customer service since. Recently I was asked to do a survey for a Kia Service Center. They were hoping I would give them high scores. Instead I declined to do the servey, but told them about how I was treated like family at this location. I explained how this location looked over my vehicle and told me what needed to be done, instead of letting me get an oil change and then leave, only for someone else to stop me and say you need to get your tires done. I told them the last Kia I used would have caught that, instead I had to come back and pay more than imagined to get the tires rotated. At that time they gave me the rest of the information on my tires. So instead of doing their survey, I gave them a list which included how Oxendale and a few other not so bad Kia’s does things. I told them to first make the changes and consider making me feel like family (like Oxendale) and then I will do the survey. I haven’t heard back from them. I miss Oxendale and pray they continue to push for the best.

This place was great to me and my family. Due to the winter storm my tire on my volkswagen became flat. I met with Tyler and asked if they would be able to help me out since the shop was right next to the hotel I was staying at. I brought my car over and found out my situation was worse than I thought and my tire was completely flat and was off my rim. Tyler, Stephan, and Craig put their minds together to help this service member out even though the make of my vehicle made it difficult due to VW having special tools needed for the job. They were able to get my tire back on and inflate her up enough for me to be able to drive back to phoenix where I was able to get a new tire for my vehicle and get back home safely. Along with that craig gave me a tire inflation kit to help make it back home safe and fill up my tire if i needed to on the drive. Their help really meant alot to me and my family that day and the integrity and care that they showed is uncommon nowadays. Along with the great service they gave us, they also made my children feel comfortable and interacted with them. I highly reccomend this place for all your car care needs and maintenance because the people running the service shop are abunch of great men who were committed in helping out someone in need and were honest in their work.

Ive had the same poor experience as the former reviews.Bought a $28,000 truck for which what seemed like a FAIR price. I could tell the passenger door had been fixed and rolled flat and didnt shut exactly perfect, but is was the exact truck I had saved for, for years, and was willing to deal with it for 27,000 miles on the truck. The car fax was clean and it drove great.......AFTER ONE WEEK of driving 15 miles to work....-No owners manual-one key-no FOB (which i was told I have to buy)-rattling began all over-I pulled off all the inner door panels and the speakers ALL were loose and half-secured with DRY WALL SCREWS!! along with many other panels temporally secured with 2 inch drywall screws.-Panel clips were installed incorrectly and holding incorrectly.-DRIVERS SIDE MIRROR RATTLED LOOSE AND ALMOST FELL OFF.-The front left bumper panel is falling off.-The bed liner has developed an insane warp.(remember this is one week later)-When I was at the dealer, I Myself, was told I could take a spare tire off another truck and put it on mine, which I did. I PULLED A TIRE SPARE MYSELF AND PUT IT ON MY TRUCK (they watched me)-The plastic on the rear bumper warped and PREVENTS THE TAIL GATE FROM OPENING-Ive spend an entire weekend just replacing screws and clips in the interior.All these things are not noticeable in an extensive test drive and were quick fixes to sell the truck and make it SEEM perfect, until a week later.Spend hard earned cash on truck, RECEIVE COVER-UP-HELD-TOGETHER-BY-DRYWALL-SCREWS-TRUCK.If I ran my business like this it would no longer be in business. If you do buy from them pay for a pre-purchase inspection and drive if 50 times as I should have done. I wish I could post pictures of my 28,000 dollar truck.Negative 10 rating, horrible.

Shouldnt they have taken care of all the paper work before giving letting us drive off the lot? They just have there eye on the money seriously!. Unfortunately I bought my car at Fort Wayne Kia of Indiana and my service experience afterwards was so bad that I swore I would never buy another Kia! After moving to Sedona and needing warranty work done here I was pleasantly surprised! The service manager, Craig, has change my mind on Kia! His amazing customer service and willingness to work with me has been incredible! I will not only buy another Kia but I’ll make sure to buy it from them or if I’m living in another state do my research on the dealership because they’re not all created equal! Absolutely horrible. I politely inquired about a vehicle and the salesman Nick was absolutely rude. He actually raised his voice and hung up the phone on me when I asked for clarification. Our phone call interaction took a total of 20 seconds. I hope management deals with this guy. I will be calling his manager on this matter. I suspect this is not the first time this has happened.
Pulled up and a salesman came out. I asked a few simple questions and the guy had to grab a pamphlet because he didnt know the features of the car. Didnt talk about the car at all. I ended up buying a Subaru. He said most he sells to are natives who just wanted to buy a car and didnt care about details. I wish I was lying
Its a ok place to try to get a vehicle other than DeAngelo. Everyone else seems to pretend knowing what they are doing. Im not going to name the salesman who helped me but hes a complete waste of time to talk to. If this was a year ago I would of have it 5 stars. My second experience was worst, only gave them 2 stars due to knowing DeAngelo still works there. Hes a excellent salesman, the other salesman are garbage and dont care. You been warned!

Below was my experience with them, I thought they finally could pull it together, but they, for the 5th or 6th time failed me again.After I got all my tires matched, Ricardo told me I needed new front breaks in about 3,000 miles...which would have put my car at 38,000 miles.Everyone I mentioned this to said they thought that was very odd and that I probably didnt need new breaks.At odds with all the different opinions I was getting, I finally said screw Oxendale and went to a trusted mechanic at Specialty Automotive.He told me I have about 2-3 years left on my front breaks and about 5 years left on my back breaks - no need to get new breaks.SO, SCREW OXENDALE KIA!*******PREVIOUS REVIEW BEFORE THEY FAILED ME AGAIN********My experience with Oxendale Kia has been great! I have worked with Jerimey (salesman), Ricardo (service manager), and Larry (sales manager).When I bought my pre-owned 2014 Toyota Rav4, it had a nail in the tire! No one caught it before I drove off the lot. I took it to Discount Tire to have them fill it up and thats when they found the nail. I immediately called Jerimey and he was able to replace my two front tires! - he was very apologetic and did everything he could to help me out.It just so happened that the tires Jerimey bought were not quite the right pair because they did not match the back two tires - my gas mileage went down and my ride was a little wobbly.After speaking with Ricardo, during an oil change, he mentioned that the unmatched tires would have those consequences. I was upset that no one told me having two different sets of tires would effect my mileage and ride, so I called Larry because there seemed to be a lack of communication between sales and service, which ultimately led to Jerimeys ordering of the wrong tires.This is not Jerimey or Ricardos fault, Jerimey ordered the tires he thought were a match and Ricardo did what Jerimey asked.When speaking with Larry, who is going to take care of getting all my tires matched, I told him I would like to see more training for the salesmen about car mechanics and more communication between sales and service. He said he would make it his priority to fill in the gaps and agreed that trainings would improve the workers and customers experience.Overall, I am happy with the service I have gotten from Oxendale Kia - though I had some mechanical issues, they were prompt in getting everything taken care of. The sales person was a sarcastic incompetent A hole. Didnt even look me in the eye. Didnt take me seriously even though i had cash. Thier ads are false. What he said to me was false about bank financing. Do not waste your time here. I would give no stars if i could. Larry says ayo is more like larry cares more about his dumb gorrilla haircut then customers.
Salesman Jerry was so rude, raised his voice and said he had customers then hung up on me! I just wanted answers to questions about a car I purchased.
