My purchase from Findlay was not typical as I am thousands of miles away but the experience was good. The internet manager and salesperson were responsive and the deal was the best in the region. I would recommend Findlay without hesitation.

I could not be more happy with and grateful for the service team at this dealership! I was driving from Los Angeles to Dallas and started having major car issues in the middle of the drive, at night. I walked in to the dealership without an appointment first thing in the morning and the gentleman at the front desk was kind, helpful and communicative. The team figured out what was wrong with my car and had me on my way in less than 3 hours. Since I had no idea what was wrong with my car, I had no idea how much it would cost and expected a huge bill, but was pleasantly surprised that it was much less than I anticipated. From my experience the team here is amazing - knowledgeable, respectful, welcoming, efficient and seem trustworthy.

Wes Parker in the service department was exceptionally helpful. We are driving from Georgia to the Grand Canyon and stopped in for an oil change and for them to look at our cruise control. He got us a loaner car and told us of a great place to go to lunch. They fixed us up in 1/2 the time the said! They even rinsed off our camper for us. We are road ready again!

I got my 10k oil change today. A few months ago a big piece of cardboard blew into my car on the highway, scratching the paint. The service guys were able to buff it out beautifully and add some more clear coat. Over and above the call of service and I really appreciate it.

Vehicle Service: Expensive but quality parts; more importantly AMAZING customer service!I went in for an oil change and to have some minor warranty work done. Jonathan was extremely polite and friendly! He offered me a shuttle ride home and when the process appeared to take longer than expected he offered a loaner car so that I could complete my errands! I have never had experienced such a great level of customer support and service anywhere else, especially at vehicle service garage!!! I am now a huge fan of VW for life!

Was will to deliver my new vehicle to my home 100 miles away and pick up my trade in so I didnt have to take the trip, although I didnt take them up on offer. Answered all my questions and for most part, did my entire negotiations and finalize everything except signed papers over phone and by email. What other dealer would do that. This is my second VW from Findlay. Highly, highly recommend them!

Called this dealership for an oil change. I’ll give them props for answering the phone right away and was never transferred. The person that answered the phone was able to answer all my questions. My problem with this dealership was a 2 hour wait for an oil change with an appointment. The longest I have ever waited with an appointment was 45 minutes. That is not a very efficient express lane.

We purchased two VW from Kyle right here at Findlay in 2019 and now a third Atlas has been added to the family. Needless to say, we are a fan. Since all three are 2019, the service we received so far is just exceptional. Starting with the service manager, Johnathan to chief mechanic Carsten, every question, detail and work is performed flawlessly to perfection. My brother in NC who also owns a VW says simply, you are blessed to be in such good hands. Indeed, well taken care of, blessed to have the team here at Findlay look after our three VW. We purchased a used car there, and drove from Phoenix to buy it. Mariah was fantastic to work with from start to finish. We couldve purchased a similar vehicle locally, but Mariah made the difference. The paperwork processing was smooth, quick, and painless. And we used an online USAA process, which they worked smoothly. Excellent experience.

We had an appointment for an oil change and were greeted as soon as we pulled up. They additionally rotated the tires and vacuumed and washed the car. Service department front desk employee was very professional and courteous.

My wife and I were on a 5,000 mile road trip in our Eurovan camper and got a check engine light in Flagstaff. Findlay VW got us in the same day, read the codes from the check engine light, explained the source and sent us on our way with no worries. Learned something about our van and found a great dealer. Would travel across the country to buy from them.

I used to think these guys were the best. Unfortunately, this is not the case anymore. Much of it has to do with the new service manager and policy changes.

We were forced to stop here while on a cross-country road trip. We were driving a 2016 diesel Jetta when the Add Blue light came on. We came in and they were very nice. That was the only positive of this experience.The owner looked at our car and said that the Check Engine light was on. This was a lie. I checked and he sheepishly said that it just turned off.Next, they overcharged for the Add Blue. We had no other option so we did it anyway.They offered to fill our tank for free - wow!The guy who filled it up spilled it all over the car and did a terrible job cleaning it up.A day and a half later, all the uncleaned Add Blue had crystalized all over the trunk, ruining some of our belongings.Avoid this place if you can help it,l. I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 because they were nice when hey werent lying to our faces.

While driving across country, my coolant light came on. This dealership was the closest. I stopped in service and was greeted by Jonathan. Told him the issue I had, he said he would gladly get everything taken care of so I could get back on the road. I had 4 kids and 2 very large dogs with me, he was very accommodating to our chaos. Turns out that Atlas’s are sensitive when fluid levels are low. They topped off my coolant, made sure everything was safe and had us out of there in about 15mins. Everything was great!! Unethical and unprofessional. Charged double the cost without calling to get approval. I was offered only poor excuses and lies in way of explanation.Alarm lights coming on before even leaving the lot. Third time this has happened. So, substandard workmanship.Car not even vacuumed although it had been there for days. Lacking customer service Will not only not recommend, will advise against.

Jon helped me with several issues my GTI has from factory. All of the repairs were completed under warranty and handled very promptly. Additionally, everyone at the service department were friendly and knowledgeable and I’d highly recommend visiting Findlay for “a big city deal with a small town feel”

This dealership service department is TERRIBLE. Charged for services performed and parts used that were not performed or used (tire rotation, filter)! Easily proved that these things happened but they—from service provider to service manager—lied repeatedly! This (tire rotation) happened to me on more than one occasion. How unethical! Because they’re the gorilla in the Flagstaff market they think they can do whatever they want. I will never return to another Findlay business, and you shouldn’t either.

Be careful when sending your NAU students for service. They tell you one thing over the phone then try to add fees when your students calls in to set appointment. Not happy with the bait and switch mentality. I will have car serviced when student is back down in Phoenix with no games being played.

So, back in April 2014, after trying to work with three car dealerships to purchase a vehicle, a good friend took me to this particular dealership to look at some used vehicles.Findlay Volkswagen Flagstaff worked with me and got me a 2012 Passat with bad credit for a down payment three times less than what other dealerships were asking for.I love the car and appreciate the excellent customer service when I come in. A can-do attitude gets the job done, and I know because I am a former customer service representative.I would have loved to have my car serviced there regularly but I am not from Flagstaff, and its hard to schedule appointments there, so Ive had to get my regular oil changes elsewhere, where they take walk-ins.But overall, whenever I find occasion to come into Findlay Volkswagen Flagstaff, the staff are friendly, especially the service person, Jeff. I truly appreciate his excellent customer service and attitude. =D**After several years and gaining more life experience, seeing that hindsight is 20/20, I changed my rating for this location. This sales team sold me up the river and I had no clue. My fault for my own ignorance, but these guys knowingly got me into a 22 percent car loan for a first-time buyer in 2014. Absolutely horrible. It absolutely ruined me, and took me six years to get out of debt. I surrendered the car they sold me earlier this year. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

I recently purchased a Red Beetle Convertible Turbo at Findlay in Flagstaff. Troy, my salesman was so professional, but still fun. He knows the VW inside and out. We arrived at the dealership late, and instead of everyone being grumpy because they wanted to leave on a Friday night, they all stayed and made the purchase of my lovely little Beetle so much fun. We bargained in a fun way. No pressure...The lights were on a timer and they went out......but, we kept on doing the paperwork and laughing. Never had so much fun buying a car. I stopped at the dealership a few days ago ( Troy met me at the door) and introduced me to the Service Mgr. He was attentive to my needs. No worries about going in for repairs. Always friendly and helpful. It caters to a mid scale to upscale customer. They have a nice waiting area: for shorter wait time, it is climate controlled, a variety of snacks and drinks and tv. Customer delivery to local places if you have a long wait. They are not use to servicing more rugged/independent customers expectations or needs. I have been well taken care of and pampered a bit from other dealership services.

Having ones indicator lamp begin to menacingly glow in the Mojave Desert while driving cross-country in the peak of triple-digit summer heat is at best, an unsettling feeling. Add to that recovering from a recent major surgery. Wondering how many cacti I would need to pass before reaching an Audi dealership, I gripped the wheel and bit down hard.Then I did the next best thing: I located the nearest Volkswagen dealership in Flagstaff and promptly aimed my rudder in their direction. There, I landed upon a most delightful surprise.Alex and Jon were tremendous professionals. I felt heard and I felt respected, without the least hint of being taken advantage of.They fit me into to their already full schedule and got me back on my 3000 mile journey. When I went in to figure out why my car had been making a horrible noise, not only were they able to identify it and fix it in under an hour but they also found something else malfunctioning in my car that I had not noticed. They ordered the part and got it taken care of in a very reasonable time. Plus (the number one reason for the five stars) they had a dog there (a very good boy) to hang out with while waiting for my car to be fixed. I couldnt ask for more.

While travelling in AZ from California, my vehicle came upon the mileage needed for a regular service. Needing the service, but not wanting to spend a half of a day getting it, I called Findlay VW Flagstaff and spoke with Jeff Ford. I was assured that I could get my vehicle in with an appointment, and that I would be in and out in a specific amount of time unless there were unexpected issues with my vehicle. I was able to plan my day around this and of course everything went as I had hoped. The personnel at the dealership were professional, nice, polite, and caring about me as a customer and the work done was everything I had hoped. I had my BMW serviced here for an a/c coolant problem last week. Scheduling the appointment was easy, they fixed the issue, and the charge was reasonable for the services provided. The staff was friendly too. It was a great experience.

I felt comfortable talking with the service manager. He told me how long it would take for the oil change service, and thats how long it took. He let me know some mechanical issues going on with the vehicle, let me know how much it would cost to fix the issues, and said just let me know when you want to get the vehicle in to fix those issues. Then, I got a call about a week later from the dealership asking if everything went well with the service, and if everyone I dealt with provided a good experience...what?! Checking in with your customers to make sure they were happy with the service provided them? Thats crazy, or, just incredibly smart!!

I bought a 2005 Kia Spectra here a few weeks ago and the service was exceptional. The deal was overall not a moneymaker for the dealership but Bryan and others on staff were extremely helpful nonetheless. My experience looking for a car at Findlay Volkswagon was all that I could hope for. The sales representative listened carefully to my needs and understood the importance of my decision. The entire experience was respectful and no pressure. The atmosphere was warm and friendly. It was the best car purchasing experience I have ever had.

The best dealership I have ever been to by far. Customer service is outstanding. The lobby is gorgeous and they provide bottled water and a variety of snacks as well as a driver to take you anywhere you want while you wait for them to complete your services.I have one complaint however. When waiting for my oil change to finish I received a call asking if I wanted additional services. I asked for the prices and was told $60, I assumed it was for both additional services but it was actually for each. I’ve done them myself before and have spent $30 total for the parts. I didn’t think it was right to get charged so much for labor.

We moved to Flagstaff a year ago from New Jersey, driving our Passant cross country. Had a problem with one of the instrument panel lights so had to find a dealer quickly. The service dept. at Findlay went over car thoroughly. Have been back for regular service and am impressed with both the service and the friendliness of the Staff.

Horrible. First off their lead sales person took weeks to respond to calls/texts when I was ready to purchase a vehicle. Second, when I got to the dealer the day of perchase they tried to charge me $500 more for the vehicle and added a $500 doc fee as well. Absolutely ridiculous. The guy who takes care of finances was super rude and said have a good day sir. when I explained to him that the price I agreed upon with the sales rep was not the price they are ridiculously jacking up at the time of purchase. I dont think these guys could sell hay to a horse if it was free. Horrible customer service, horrible sales team, and completely focused on taking advantage of a local. This is a small town. VW makes solid vehicles, it is a shame our local VW dealer here in Flagstaff doesnt uphold the corporate values. Highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Even down to Phoenix. Im all about supporting the local economy, but most definitely not when a business is lacking in ethics and values. Dont bother.

When we did get there Bryan Adair made the paper work so easy. He was very helpful. All and all I am so happy with my car. Its so perfect Thank you both for everything you have done.

I specifically drove up from the Prescott area with one car in mind when I visited Findlay Volkswagen Flagstaff. I did feel that they were very nice, and the best part for me was they were NOT pushy at all. I think that is the number one turn off at a dealership- Pushy sales people. Our guy we worked with Jon, he was VERY knowledgeable/technical as well and could answer all our specific questions. They pretty much just gave us a deal, we sat and talked using a pros and cons list and had way more pros than cons. The cars they sell speak for themselves as well- just an all around happy deal and I would definitely 100% go back and give them more business!

I had helped my girlfriend buy a new VW Tiguan from this dealership a few years ago. It was a very good BUY experience at the time, and the vehicle and subsequent service has been excellent. So, now it was my time to buy a new vehicle. Once again the BUY experience was very easy (no pressure; patient and helpful with my selection). Robert Apple was extremely helpful. I purchased my Jetta over the phone and had it delivered to California. Throughout the entire process Robert helped me with whatever I needed. Even though I didnt actually visit the dealership I got a feel for what it would be like because of his outstanding customer service!

The 20000 mile checkup on my Jetta was easily setup. When I arrived I was met by the very friendly clerk. The checkup and oil change were accomplished according to the schedule. They washed my car as well. What service!

On our way back from Flagstaff to California, we had an issue opening the gas tank opener. the advisor from Findlay dealership, Jess Hipple, was professional and patient on the phone. He asked us to come in to the service department. Jess made us feel comfortable. He quickly solved the problem and we were out of there within minutes. the staff were very friendly too.
