Our move was contracted out by the military to PAWC. We incurred tens of thousands of dollars of damage and missing possibly stolen items. The loading crew specifically (Jose) was very unprofessional and on his phone (Bluetooth headset) the entire time. He lied regarding conditions of our goods, had my spouse sign on his tablet, which showed no preexisting damage to our items. But, once paperwork was emailed they changed the damage to nearly each item to show every code imaginable, burned, water damage, worn, etc;. I do not recommend this corporation. I would stay far away from any company associated with Mayflower. It’s a shame the amount of money the government pays shady corporations to move their employees, just for there to be such disregard for their items.

The crew that picked up my belongings was great. They worked diligently and didnt mess up my furniture and house in the process. They actually used items to protect the hardwood floors and door frame. Their boss showed up to check on the job which says a lot about the company. I would recommend to my family and friends.

This place was a great experience. They are courteous toward your belongings and they work very fast. I even packed my car keys by accident and they opened up a shipping container for me and let me get my keys back no questions asked. 5 stars. This place has amazing customer service.

I recently relocated within Fayetteville using Patterson. They have been around Fayetteville my entire life and I have always ridden by their big buildings on Robeson St without paying much attention. The entire move from the initial quote meeting to the final delivery date went great. The crew was awesome and nothing was damaged or even scratched. They wrapped everything in cloth blankets to protect items before they took the items out of my house. They even covered my front door and hardwood floors to prevent damage. This is the type of company you should hire to do your move. I wish I used them last time but will definitely be using them again if I ever have to move. Thank you!!!!

Went to pick up boxes. They were on a 18 wheeler and the access of getting on the 18 wheeler was not safe.

Kevin and isaac were both extremely polite as well as punctual when it came to bagging and tagging me goods they made my whole process smooth and fun I enjoyed both of them.

My son & Law and Daughter just had a washer-dryer and refrigerator moved 02/262013. The driver of the truck (David), was very helpful and professional. However his helper Rodney was on his cell phone continuously the whole time. He was of limited help. He made some questionable comments to whom ever he was talking to. He said something like who are you trying to get sexy with? There were children in the area and heard those comments. Unbelievable. I asked him if he was here to help us or on the phone? He said both. They even dropped the refrigerator on the ground while loading it.

If I could give them below a 0 rating I would. They ruined and broke my items. Movers complained that they weren’t even scheduled to work. Then packers just left after a two hours and only 2 returned the next day. Overheard movers threaten supervisor to go to the “owner” because they had to work that day. There was paint all over my items and items were unwrapped and unpacked after they left our house. After 7 moves, I have sustained MORE damage in this 1 move than all 6 previous. When I called and asked about the claim process, individual treated me as an inconvenience. Angry beyond measure, they deserve to go out of business.
