The secretary gave me excellent directions on how to get to their location, being new to the area, that was a big help. I appreciate her very much .I could tell the doctor was sincerely concerned about the problems I described and answered my questions with explanations I could understand. He took the time to explain to me in great detail the things that I had questions about and I left there feeling more educated about my situation.It was a very good experience for me compared to other places I have been to in the past. I would definitely recommend my family and friends to go to this Miracle Ear location if they had the need. I left knowing that I was heard and felt I was treated with great respect .I would definitely go back if/when my situation changes.

The service I received from Dr.Robert Baker at Miracle Ear was a 10 + . He was very knowledgeable and helpful and very witty and easy to get along with. The experience was very pleasant.I learned what I needed to know and he answered all my questions and I learned even more. The receptionist was helpful and pleasant. Flora West
