Ive worn hearing aids for years and have dealt with many dispensers. Most try to sell you whatever brand of hearing aid that makes them the most money. That is not the case with Tim Winstead. He worked with me for several months until we found the best solution for me. Since then, he has been responsive to my questions and supportive at every turn.

This office is very down to earth. They dont try to sell you something you dont need. Almost as soon as you arrive youre called to the back and taken care of right away. Weve been seeing Dr Winstead for a number of years and will continue to do so. We recommend them without hesitation.

Once I stepped through the door the ladies at the the desk were extremely sweet and friendly. So it started off GREAT. My wait was only a few minutes. Ears checked and out in minutes. I needed some additional documents signed for my employment and they emailed me back promptly.

Staff friendly and efficient. Audiologist was patient and thorough.

We had a hearing evaluation for our 1 year old daughter, the waiting area is kid friendly with manipulatives to keep our 4 year old occupied. We were brought back promptly, our daughter soiled herself so we had to stop the evaluation to change her. The provider was understanding and patient as we stepped out of the evaluation to care for her. I forgot to get a copy of her evaluation before leaving, and I was quickly emailed a copy. This was a pleasant experience for us.

Office visit was right on time. Everyone was courteous, friendly and helpful. Dr. Tim explained every detail of each procedure to both myself and my wife. When I picked up my hearing aids everything about them was explained in great detail. I have found a NEW LIFE! I have only had them for 55 hours and am amazed at how well they work. I even have Dolby stereo direct to the hearing aids from the T.V. I am looking forward to a much more satisfying life experience, moving forward. If you need, or think you need hearing aids, dont put it off! I tried the old school aids about 8 years ago and walked away from them. A friend told me about the experience he and his wife are having with his Oticon hearing aids. He was telling the truth and Hearing Doctors of Georgia can help you.

I put off hearing aids for 10+ years… I thought I was too young. That was a big mistake waiting until 48 years old. Dr. Winstead loaned me a pair to walk around the office and outside. I heard everything down to my squeaky shoes. And, I was worried about the hearing aids making me feel old. Everyone in the office cares about you and they are amazing. I can’t say enough about how grateful I am to them for restoring my hearing.

My daughter has a cochlear implant and I wear hearing aids. We have been seeing Dr. Basket for about 5 years. She is always very professional and caring.She takes the time to make sure we understand any changes and let’s us know about any new innovations that can help either of us. Ive been using Dr. Tim Winstead, Sandra and their staff since I started wearing hearing aids about six years ago. They have been incredible! From the first appointment when I heard the disappointing news that I needed hearing aids (which was not a surprise due to noticing a reduction in my hearing), I have been very confident in their assessment of my hearing. My husband and I went at the same time, and he was told he did not need hearing aids yet, even though he too was noticing some reduction in hearing. Each time I return, theyve been more than helpful, and have made adjustments along the way which continue to help improve my hearing. They are very professional and courteous and respectful and upbeat, all of which I appreciate greatly! Even though new technology has been developed, they did not pressure me in anyway to upgrade my hearing aids, and recommended I keep the ones I have until there is an obvious need to upgrade.
