Wish I had known about this place when I had sudden hearing loss and went permanently deaf in my left ear back in 2013. My mother just experienced this in both ears - and Dr. Magee was very good at explaining things and answering questions, and I learned so much from her. My 5+ stars to this business. Shes the best! Oh yeah - my mom has regained a lot of her hearing back.

Excellent knowledgeable service. I bought my new hearing aids from them after a complete hearing checkup. She had me come in for a consultation after wearing them for 3 weeks. At this time she fine tuned my hearing aides so I could better understand certain sounds. I didn’t even know that was possible!! Also I was fitted with the most comfortable domes I have ever had. Knowledgeable professional service from kind caring people. I will stay with them!

Jennifer has really made this the best experience. She is genuine and cares about her patients ear health and their over-all well being . I feel like family every time I call or go into the office. I highly recommend this awesome hearing clinic. I bought bilateral hearing aids in March. I found Dr.Gretchen to be very professional and most of all did her very best to help me hear! She recommended a pair of digital hearing aids that fit my budget. There was no pressure to buy just genuine concern for my needs. Seven months later I can say my quality of life has improved. I am blessed for purchasing from Better Hearing (and Balance Connection). I didn’t think I needed one, but since I have one I see I really need(ed) one. I can hear better and TV better. I had loss (a) part to my hearing aid, I called and asked would they mail them out and (in) two day(s) I had them. When you have an appointment you don’t have to wait and they always greet you at the door with a smile and chocolate for you!

Over the past 6 years I’ve been extremely pleased with the quality of knowledge, support, and help provided by Dr. McGee and her staff. I drive from Tulsa to NW Arkansas because of the confidence I have that I will get the best advice on helping me hear as well as possible. I’ve never been disappointed.As another example, I recently took my 88 year old mom to Dr. McGee to get new hearing aids. My mom has been using other audiologists in NW Arkansas over the past 20 years, but had always had difficulties with her hearing. Since she couldn’t hear well with her current 3-year old aids, we thought maybe new hearing aids would help. Dr. McGee tested her hearing and discovered mom’s $6,000 hearing aids had never been properly programmed to fit her hearing loss by the audiologist that sold them to her! Worse, mom went in every 3 months to have her hearing aids cleaned and complained about not being able to hear well. FOR 3 YEARS!! After having her old hearing aids properly programmed by McGee, my mom hears better than she has in many years, and didn’t have to buy new aids! That kind of service is rare!

My introduction to Dr. Magee was when another provider had let me down. I was under a time frame restriction, leaving town in a few days, and needed repairs. She provided the necessary repairs, has since provided me with new hearing aids, which give me the best quality hearing I have had in years, and continues to provide maintenance and service as needed.
