I truly believe the folks at Wolfpack Hearing Clinic understand what quality care and customer service is about. From the initial contact of setting the appointment all the way to the exam I could tell that they really care about what is best for the patient. They didnt want to only sell us a hearing aid and send us on our way, we received an explanation of the problem that we could understand and the options available like a friend would. Dr. Richards wax removal skills are second to none. My past experiences with other clinics has always made me hesitant to have my ears cleaned until it was way past needed. What outstanding care. Both Marla and Dustin did an outstanding job of making me felt like I was the most important patient they had. I have never had my earing checked before, and they made sure I felt comfortable, took their time with me and made sure I understood what was going on with my hearing. There are not enough words to describe the experience at Wolfpack Hearing. Dustin and Marla are the friendliest and most knowledgeable audiologists ever. They have worked in my husbands hearing issues trying to get him to hear for months now and will not give up. He needs certain hearing aids. We would give them 20 stars if we could. If you want someone who will work with you until you are totally satisfied we highly suggest going to Wolfpack Hearing.

Absolutely amazing! I drove an hour and a half and they were so considerate of our drive, we were greeted with happy faces and amazing advice. The cleaning was quick, easy, and painless. I was referred by my family physician to have a hearing test due to possible short term memory loss. The staff made me very comfortable from the first time I made the appointment to the actual testing procedure. The audiologist even did a test that could correlate with my issue of short memory loss. My husband seen Dustin after 17 years of hearing loss, he had Hearing aids in the past and couldn’t wear them. We drove 450 miles to see him and let me tell you it was definitely worth the trip. Dustin took the time to go over his hearing loss, explaining the blue tooth capabilities and getting him fit to the appropriate aid. He adjusted to fit him perfectly. Went in for a basic ear wax removal, it was such a quick and pleasant experience. Everyone was super nice and the Doctor was great! Even gave me product to take home to help keep my ears clean. Could not recommend more!

I went to Wolfpack to get ear impressions for in-ear monitors. The staff was incredibly friendly and hospitable. You can tell they genuinely take interest in their patients. The ear impression process was quick and simple - I was in and out in 15 minutes!Would highly recommend this clinic!

Ive worn hearing aids for the last 15 years, but have never been totally satisfied. Recently I was looking for new aids to see if they could reduce background noise. I tried a set that were about $6000, but decided they did not improve noise reduction $6000 worth, so I went back to my previous audiologist, Dustin Richards at Wolfpack Hearing Center, and he said my present aids were fine and they just needed to be updated and reprogrammed. He was able to take care of that the same day and now I have a set of hearing aids as good if not better than the $6000 set and for much less cost. I highly recommend Wolfpack Hearing Center.

I took my father in laws hearing aids into Wolfpack to have them checked because he was having a problem with them. He is a 93 year old WWII veteran. Sarah was so nice and friendly, she took them into the back and came out about 10 minutes later and told me she gave them a good cleaning and that if it didnt help to bring him in and she would get the adjusted. She explained a lot about them and there operation. When I got home and put them in my father in laws ears it was like he could hear for the very first time. Rarely do you meet a team of professionals that cares for their patients/clients at the same level, if not more, than for their business!This review is long overdue. Almost a year ago, my father began complaining of ear/hearing issues. Upon seeing the stellar reviews, I decided to contact Wolfpack Hearing Clinic. As soon as I spoke to Marla (Dr. Richard’s wife), I immediately felt the same sentiment that other reviewers have expressed. Marla and Dr. Richards are by far two of the kindest and most pleasant people you will ever meet. We met with them on a few occasions due to the development of my father’s issues. They were patient and accommodating at every step. Dr. Richards provided options based on our concerns and at no point made my father feel pressured. I strongly recommend this team for your audiological needs!

Took my Mom in because her aids were acting up. They were so nice here!!! With no appointment they went ahead and fixed the problem and cleaned the units on the spot, while we waited. 15 minutes later Mom coukd hear again. Definitely go here!

My 92 year old mother was having problems with her hearing aids and no place locally services her brand. I googled the brand and found Wolfpack Hearing Center in Fayetteville, AR. I called and spoke with Marla. She was so kind and listened to the situation. She felt sure she could help, so we drove to Fayetteville. Sarah, another staff member, greeted us. We introduced ourselves and explained why we were there. She asked to see the hearing aids and took them to the back. In no time she was back telling us she knew what the problem was and could fix it. While we were waiting, a lady came in. Sarah greeted her by name and assisted her quickly but with concern and helpfulness. Sarah was very kind as she spoke and worked with Mom. We were so pleased with the care and attention we received. We plan to return next week to meet with Dr. Richards for a check up to see if adjustments are needed. After only one visit, we could tell that these two ladies are very compassionate and caring individuaIs which is what we want when people are working with our parent.

Having hearing issues since I was 4, I have had a lot of experience with effects of hearing loss, as well as with previous audiologists. Many times, I felt that they were only interested in getting me in and out as quickly as possible, and I didnt feel like they had any real interest in hearing my feedback about how life was with hearing aids. Dr. Richards not only took the time to hear me out, but genuinely empathized with me. Its hard for people to truly understand what life is like when you need hearing aids to fit in to society, but I can say with confidence that he does. I cant recommend him or his staff highly enough after the experiences that I have had.

Little longer than expected wait time, but we got 2 hearing aids at a discounted pricing which has significantly made my gramps hearing better at the age of 93. No more having Sams hearing aids that whistle like no tomorrow, or having to shout for him to understand what we are saying.
