The entire staff is amazing, i love them all. The furniture is great and the prices surprisingly are too. They Dont slack with the quality like most the furniture stores that are THIS economical. Your able to get more at one time. Once I made one visit this became the only place I come if I need furniture. I have gotten a fashionable couch & dressers for myself. I even came back to get my mother a Bed set which she loves. You know a place must be a gem if you tell your best friend about it too she goes and DOESNT leave empty handed either. She got a very nice leather sectional, dressers & bunk bed. If your looking for furniture stop and just go here you really will not regret. Thank you everybody at Wayside. The prices are low, but the quality is hit-or-miss (depending on what you get).. I recently bought a kitchen table set and one of the chairs had a major defect and could not be used. It took them 2 weeks to rectify the situation.. and they only did it at that point because I got tired of waiting and threaten to do a return!! .. I couldnt believe it; they actually had extra chairs in the store that they could have easily given me to replace my manufactured one, But instead they were trying to have me wait another week for replacement parts to come in. (that would of been 3 weeks in total!!!) And when I spoke to Mike about my issue regarding the time and how I needed that chair and could not continue to wait, he smartly responded with its only been a week and a 1/2.. As if that made a BIG difference! First of all, its been longer than that.. and second, you should not make a PAYING CUSTOMER wait 3 weeks, let alone a day, for items she already paid for! Especially not if the situation can be resolved quick and easliy. I gave wayside 2 stars; one, because I actually like the table set that I got and 2 because the customer service WAS good (in the beginning!!) You just better hope theirs no defects with anything you buy, because once they get your money, all that customer service goes right out the window!!

They start out nice to get u to buy! They charge a dollar a day late fee! They show up at your house unannounced early in the morning over a dollar late fee. If your job pay day falls after your furniture payment date by a few days they will stalk the hell out of you. They tried to repo my furniture for being two days late on a payment. I was so disgusted with them I paid for a lawyer and won! So yes I kept my furniture and they lost all together because now the furniture is mine with no payments. They are horrible they try to take tour money and then take the furniture back the first opening they think they have! Most people wont get a lawyer and they expect that! Dont do business with them!
