The most unprofessional store I’ve ever purchased from. Please save your money and buy the appliances outright before renting from these people. I’d go to Aaron’s or Big Lot’s before I came here again. The store will call you 50 times before and on the day of payments haggling you on when your going to pay for their sub par average appliances. The people inside the store will text you on personal phone numbers, call you with terrible attitudes and remarks and wonder why people struggle to work with them. They expect customers to enjoy business with them after the way they treat the people who have actually made the mistake of renting something from their crab shack of a store? I will be returning the lousy merchandise I have been renting from the horrendous employees of this store. Never rent from BustedCenter!!! I do not appreciate the tone and how rude the lady over the phone is! Absolutely unacceptable behavior to someone who made an effort to purchase from your store!

Signed for it Friday..supposed to get it Saturday but they were backed up.delivered today and couldnt get it in my kitchen .we hooked it up ourselves and wont turn on..4 days later and its a dud! Called the store and they said they would call us back.very disappointing.we have used rentacenter for years.currently rent a PS4 and smart TV.very happy with those but still have a product thats inoperable and no response ..

Rip off for long term renting. Great for short term/temporary renting only. Take the time and improve your credit so you wont be a victim of these rent to own scams. Staff is professional and friendly though unless youre late on a payment.

When we called to ask if they had any washer and dryers available. The lady on the phone proceeded to hang up the phone without answering the question.

I need someone to call me I bought a dryer from you. Its not working now there was Bare wires in the back of the dryer and when I went to move it to get behind my washing machine its spark. I was giving a 30 day warranty when I paid cash for it. Please get in contact with me. I sent the dm my writing warranty and the serial number on her phone and she never got back to me. Please respond if she didnt get the pics over her phone.

I has a sales man to follow me around and he asked me if I needed some help and ask me what Im looking for. I told the salesman I was just looking then he got real smart and said well if youre looking tell me what you looking for. I will never go back to this Rent-A-Center

No idea who just called me but I would like to inform you that you are extremely rude. Please do not speak to me with that tone because I missed a payment. We have always paid on time and people tend to get side tracked. I cant wait to pay my dues with you so I no longer have to deal with this rude women. Thank you.
