Fast to call you about payments but took 6 months to fix my kitchen chairs. That was after I had to call the corporate office. Stay away from them.

Such friendly staff.. There insurance is awesome.. Help you out in many ways!! The prices are awesome.. You get an extra thirty days to pay off furniture for the cash out price.. Instead of ninety days you get 120.. I brought a mattress set here and i sleep in heaven.. Great quality double stuffed queen set.. I cant tell all the secrets but they are definitely worthy of your visit and purchase.. Tell them there customer Marquita sent you for a credit toward your account!!

I was looking for a Queen size mattress and went everywhere with no avail. I went to them and they really worked with me and helped me. The staff there was very friendly and very energetic. Customer service isnt the best. Theyre on the phone more than they help you.3 weeks ago they told me theyd call me at the end of the day to let me know when a bedroom set would be able to be shipped so I could buy, you think I ever received that call? Never.I Bought from Ashleys Furniture and am very happy.

Ive never had a need to go inside but right outside is these 2 Men and 2 Grills grilling up some of the best ribs, chicken, fish, turkey, etc. That sauce brings it home for me. Theyre out there just about every Saturday.

Ordered bed room set and living room set. Took a week to deliver part of the bedroom set and they broke a drawer bringing it into my house. They never brought the foot board and 3 weeks later still dont have the living room set. I called to see what was going on. Was told they hadnt even ordered the living room set and they wanted me to bring them more money. Was lied to on multiple occasions by several different employees. Customer service is a joke to them. I would stay FAR FAR away from these scam artist.

Awesome customer service! Im so glad that I came here (I was in the area to go to Cookout). I was able to get same day delivery, a great price and great customer service! I placed an order and said I couldnt be home for at least an hour or so because I had to pick up my daughter from school. They were understanding with that and met me on time at 3 (maybe 5 min earlier, which is on time lol ) to deliver my bed! Thank you to Joerail and his team for leaving me smiling and happy with my new bed!

The managerJoerail always happy go lucky he always has a big smile and is very helpful he goes beyond to meet my needs and I greatly appreciate that!! His crew is awesome also same thing they now me by name and willing to help me Vanessa tells me come let me show you this and that, she knows what I like and looking for she will send me pictures if she knows its something I will love. The guys that delivers and pick up are very nice and polite they will set up items and move it around if I need them too Ive never felt rushed by them great crew..So again Shout Out to Moden Home Furnishings...

Spoke to the regional manager with proof that my wife and I both got charged $1k each from a SINGLE payment of $1k and he still proceeds to be unfair and unprofessional about the situation. Can’t wait to return everything we’ve gotten from Modern Homes and we are not ever going to consider purchasing from Modern Homes again.

This is the worst place ever keith from fayetteville nc on reilly rd store is calling my reference telling them that he was gonna have me locked up telling them all my personal business I dont think that modern furniture have a right to do that I will be filing a complaint against this man he is very very disrespectful and will harass you please be careful if your gonna be late with payment this is not the place to get furniture from...
