Cameron and Nazira were excellent - very helpful. Zoe, however, was a totally different story. I she wasnβt wearing a name tag so I had to ask her what her name was (ALWAYS get the name of the person who is supposed to help you)I also had to ask her to speak louder because it was difficult to hear her - everyone was wearing a mask. Thank you for that. Her affect was blasΓ© as if she really didnβt want to be there. When she escorted me to the door she said, and I quote, βMaybe you should get some hearing aidsβ. Disrespectful? Rude? Take your pick.

Madeline was such a pleasure to work with! She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. There was no wait, so we were able to get assistance immediately. The only downfall was that some of the products we wanted were not in stock so they had to be ordered, but it shipped the same day and delivered the next day. We will be back again!
The Ramsey Street location gives excellent service. No wait time, professional greeting upon entering the store. I appreciated the prompt service received from Akeylah and other associates. My questions about products and billing were quickly answered and resolved. Satisfied customer.

Store was nice. And Im sure there are good employees here, but beware of Katie. Youll probably be bothering her if you ask her to do her job. She didnt communicate with me hardly at all during my visit. She tapped away on her iPad, and when I asked her a couple questions, the responses were Yeah, Im getting to that and Ill get to that in a minute. Didnt inform me about any of the plans, just asked if I needed hotspot and put me on the lowest plan. I had to change it myself later. Didnt inform me about the discount offered when using autopay. Told me she needed to reset my network settings. When I asked if anything would be deleted, she said no. Afterthey were reset, she informed me all of my bluetooth devices and wifi passwords were deleted. After we were finished, I asked for a comment card. She said they didnt have them. I asked of I would receive a survey email. She said no, which was false. I asked who i could speak to and she told me she was the manager. The actual manager called me about 15 minutes after I left. While i was trying to get my phone working, on my own, Katie helped another set of customers. They were also frustrated with her lack of assistance. Not sure Ill go back to this store, ever. Ive been with AT&T for over 15 years, and this was the worst experience in an AT&T store Ive ever had. Good luck if you go.

Walked in to purchase some apple watches and our sales consultant was Akeylah and she was very friendly. She was able to get us our products in a timely manner and was very professional. Akeylah was very personable and made us feel as if we were the most important customer. She was just overall amazing! I am willing to drive the hour drive just to have her do my sales. Everyone has mask, very clean, and the representatives are knowledgeable. You might wait for a bit but its worth it, than calling their CS. Mady and Angel are both excellent at their work. Very happy with the service we have been given.Update: not happy with how ATT treats prepaid customers for almost 2 years. We switched to a postpaid account, we have not missed a single payment as we are on autopay. But we still need to wait 6 months to get a phone to PROVE we are responsible customers, as we are carrying over our old numbers. but if apply as a new customer, there is no wait time. Not sure what the logic on that.
My experience at At&t was an amazing one. Timothy Burnette-Rayfield showed great customer service. Not only was his service impeccable he went into my account and got the best plan that was definitely in my budget. He was jolly and kind. Ive been coming here for a year and he made me switch plans and upgrade phones when I didnt want to. If he wasnt here I would not shop here. I spent $1000s of dollars on 4 phones for me and my children. He gave me the best deal ever. Timothy rocks!!!! I absolutely love him. Thank you Timothy for making my experience an amazing one. The manager and her employees have no idea what their jobs are or how to help customers with their phones I highly advise going to the skibo location due to the negligence my mother an me had to fix things ourselves through technical support after they disconnected my phone and could not resolve the issue themselves using their resources I highly suspect these people are not trained for their jobs and are extremely incompetent beware going here for help
I had a very good experience here on May 27 at the AT&T store on Ramsey Street Angel & Ms. Otis, Asst. Store Manager were very professional and timely in game purchasing a new iPhone. The service was Excellent and I was in and out in a timely manner excellent and I was in and out in a timely manner. I have always received excellent customer service at the Ramsey Street store. I send excellent kudos to both of these employees and have already recommended several friends to come set up appointments with them.

Worst customer service, I have been visiting this store for the past 5 years without any problems until yesterday, the lady that greeted us tell us basically if I donβt buy anything in the store they canβt help me, I have to call customer support, Is not the first time that I do an upgrade to my lines and always go to the store for the set up, yesterday I was denied the service because I donβt purchase the Watch with them in the store. I wasnt sure if I would be able to get a new phone charger without my receipt. The piece that goes into my phone came off the charger and was stuck in my phone. They were able to look up when I bought it and give me a new one. Also, they had a sale on the item so I actually got money back that day! So nice. He didnt even have to tell me. Very satisfied. I live on the other side of town and will continue to drive here.

There were three people already in the store waiting and I was fourth in line and someone behind me. One sales associate waiting on customers and then she went in the back and asked other associates to come out and help. They came out about six to seven minutes later. The same young lady waited on me and she was amazing. She didnt rush the process and she was very positive and professional.

I went to that store on 24 Oct 2006. AfterA lady took my name and she said he puttee in a queue, she told me to wait on my car and someone will try to get my as son as possible. She said there were four in from of me. I waited patiently in my car, the weather was hot, I waited for two and a haft hour, i think i arrived there at 11;30. until the manager saw me that i was having trouble or maybe he felt sorry I was getting dehydrated after waiting in the car for two and a haft hours, he told me come inside and that i would be the next one, I sat patiently until i saw that they again forgot about me, i went to talk to the manager and this young, latin lady told me you cant go there and you must get out and wait in the car. they didnt have any reason of what i was doing, then the manager came and told me to stay they and i was going to be the next one for sure. Well It wasnt until 2;00 that my sugar come down and I felt like I was having a stroke, i told the manager to call 911. but he brought me some water and i felt a little better. then the manager has to be the one attending me, but at that time i was so sick and tired that I left the store. I am a handicapped person, they saw my car parked on the handicapped space. i was going to buy an iPhone cash. This store is the worst. if you have any business wi9th att and i have been a customer since 1980. If you have any business go to other att store, maybe the none on skibo, I wounding recommend this store to my worst enemy. but all employees are not bad, there was a skinny young black lady, she was so nice, but she was not in command, there was a guy, he was nice, but they were two ladies latin/white/ they were rude and didnt do their job right. aft4er 40 years with att i changing to verizon. Terrible place to go to help with any of your phone needs. They are liars, they will try and force you to buy things that you do not want to buy, and they donβt care about customer service. The sales lady tried to force my wife to buy a product she clearly did not want, the Assistant store manager will act like he cares about the issues but he is a phony, and the store manager herself will not call you back and will not hold up what she has agreed to do because of the lies and tactics by her sales people. Go somewhere else!

Ms. Madeline is a great associate. Always going the extra mile to ensure the customers happiness and satisfaction. She is a multi-tasker and very knowledgeable. She is how all employees should be. At&t call center tech support need a refresher course. The women that i had the privilege to talk to at the call center did nothing to help me only aggravate lee with repetitive questions. Equipment i purchased twice was faulty. Need better equipment.

This AT&T store is great! Our family switched to AT&T about four months ago, but had initially ordered our phones and service online.First, a warning, DO NOT order phones and mobile service through AT&T online β GO INTO THIS STORE (or a store) INSTEAD. This storeβs service has been outstanding, but the online ordering and online customer service was the worst Iβve ever experienced.After being bounced around between 12 different people at five different phone numbers in online customer service (not exaggerating) who helped absolutely none, I finally reached a level of frustration which brought me into this store on Ramsey Street, straight into an AWESOME customer service experience with Monty and Frank. They went to bat for me regarding the issue I was having, and fixed it quickly.We returned to this store last week for a couple new phones and once again received outstanding service, this time from Christine. We had to wait a little while, but I didnβt mind the wait. Waiting just means that the staff gives each person the attention they need, for as long as they need it. Which means when itβs my turn, I get that same great customer service focus. I like that.I would recommend making an appointment, as it may help with wait times. Also, Iβd recommend going during their slower times, like during weekday work hours. They can get really busy on weekends and in the evenings, but you can shorten the wait if you go during the week.

This store is terrible. On 2 separate occasions the wife and I have had bad experiences here. Today the wife and I decided to get upgrades for our phones. Due to covid, they only offered curbside pickup, which is understandable. When we arrived, the associate grabbed our phones and asked if we wanted him to activate them. I opted to get my phone activate and the wife declined. The associate then proceeded to disable my wifeβs current phone while leaving mine active. We told him he activated the wrong phone. He chuckled and then said he would be right back to grab us a bag for our stuff. He came back and wrote a web address down on where I can active my phone. We had to ask him again, to active my phone like we originally wanted him to. After both phones were activated, we sat in the parking lot because we needed WiFi to transfer data from my old phone to my new phone. Luckily we did because once my stuff was finished transferring, we noticed that he gave me my wifeβs phone as mine and vice versa. When my wife went and told him what he did, him and another associate said, βThatβs what happens when people get the same phoneβ, then proceeded to laugh. The wife then responded that these were the only options available at this store. I didnβt know it was so had for a sales associate at a phone retailer to look at the serial number or the IMEI number listed in the box, but I guess itβs pretty difficult. The associate pretty much messed up everything he could have and acted like he didnβt care. We will not be returning to this store and I suggest other AT&T customers to visit the other locations. Every time we go here the sales associates act like they donβt care about their customers or their jobs.
The employees in this store have the nastiest attitudes C Iβve ever seen in customer service. If hadnβt just purchased a new phone, I wouldβve switched companies yesterday!! And why is there a three hour wait for phone service??
If I could leave a 1 star I would. Upgraded my phone here in September, and told me I was paying a down payment, the phone upgrade fee, and taxes. I am now being billed AGAIN for the phone upgrade fee, and the upgraded our plan WITHOUT my consent or knowledge. So I am now paying an extra $60 a month I had no idea about.
Terrible. In store 15 to 20 minutes, three employees in store front, two go in back and I get no service! Awful customer service, thinking of switching to Sprint.
They really need a check in kiosk. We waited for well over an hour to be seen and all because they were too busy to check us in when we first arrived. When they finally got around to checking people in the store was full and others who arrived after us were checked in first. With all of this technology you would think a self check in would be a no brainier. This is not well thought out, efficient or smart.

On 20 February we visited our AT&T store on Ramsey Street, Fayetteville, NC. It was a great experience! Our sales associate, Ms. Katie Echols, and her manager, Mr. Jorge Calderon, are authentic professionals. Ms. Echols listened to us carefully, discerned our needs, and then fulfilled them efficiently ... over FOUR HOURS! She displayed remarkable patience and interpersonal skills, in addition to absolute mastery of the technical side. We ended up replacing our old iPhones (a 6 and a 7) with two XRs and an Apple watch, and adding only about $20 a month to our bill. Mr. Calderon monitored our interactions without hovering or otherwise interfering, only stepping in when I asked a rookie-esque question that might have puzzled any associate ... GREAT technique, especially with a relatively new associate (4 months)! We had walked in all set to upgrade one old iPhone 6 ... and walked out with three new gems. We could not have been happier. Also, congratulations to AT&T for crafting specials that offset Apples high prices.
Went to have my phone looked at because the GPS was not working properly. Also was need a wireless charger. Wait about 10 minutes for employees to get off their phones to offer any help at all. Asked me if I knew how to turn on phone on. Second question was is the app on for the GPS? Third question was well you can upgraded or do insurance. Which one you do you want to do. Did not look at the phone or even touch it.Wireless charger: I was needing one that charged with my otterbox on phone. Took him 15MINS to get one that he had a cable that was not fried and worked. Then took my phone face down and slammed it on the charger. It did not work so he pushed it down hard and it did work. He turned to me and said there it works now. Its 50 bucks ......Do you want it. I just walked out.5 employees in the store at the time.Very rude and had not idea how to help customers.
Akeylah made my experience amazing! I initially came in frustrated due to a situation I encountered calling the 611 number. Akeylah was compassionate, understanding, and so willing to help me resolve my issue. I went from frustrated to relieved she was able to help and make the experience great for me. Akeylah went above and beyond for me and I appreciate her! 5 stars.

Every time we go to this store, the customer service is awful. Once they see you, they are nice, but even on off hours with no one in the store I have waited 30-45 min before even being properly greeted. I have submitted paperwork in the store that never made it to the corporate office. My wife was not allowed to drop paperwork off on my behalf while I was deployed, we have just had many issues with this location.

I came in here a few months back looking to buy an Iphone 7. Simple right? WRONG. The workers in here didnt answer any of my questions with honestly. For instance: I asked about contracts since they were doing away with them and they couldnt give me a straight answer. I asked about specialty plans with data and the lady that was helping me out straight up told me once you get past a certain usage on your plan we throttle your connection. I was looking for an unlimited plan too, what a joke. I promptly went to T-Mobile.
I went to this store on Valentines Day 2019. The people there didnt even acknowledge me, and I walked around trying to find someone to help me and I didnt see anybody. Shortly after that another woman walked in, one of the guys that was there sitting at a table with three other employees jumped up to help her. I told him that I was there before her and no one took my name. He asked me what my name was and he said he would write it down but he didnt. The people were very rude and I was very disappointed.

My mother and I went to the Ramsey location AT&T store to purchase a Samsung Galaxy watch and clear up some billing issues. There were 3 representatives and 2 of the staff members were assisting other patrons. A third staff member (the manager) walked over after about 10 minutes of being ignored to ask what we needed. We asked about the watch, which he promptly told us was sold out. Then we asked about ordering itin store, and he told us to just order it online. I also questioned him about my bill to which he informed me I needed to download an app and basically walked away. He was extremely abrupt and unhelpful. We were basically rushed out of the store. This is some of the worst customer service I have ever had.

Let me start by saying when you finally get a face to face with a service representative and not the worthless and rather lackluster door-greeter, AT&T gets the job done. I went to this AT&T store with the intent of purchasing a new iPhone. When I walked in, I was not greeted (no big deal, I get it -- yall are busy with other customers). Anyway, I roamed around the store for a bit looking for their line of iPhones so I can test them out to decide on which model I want to purchase. The only iPhone on display that worked was the iPhone 8. The iPhone X, XR, XS, etc. were all inoperable. I also noticed the prices for their Apple Watch 3 were still $419.00. The Apple Store and even Walmart have them for well under $300.After waiting for about half an hour (having no idea who was the next customer in the queue) I decided to leave.
Worse at&t store sorry people I bought a 200 dollar phone and bought two things and the add said you could pick any accessorie for free but they only gave me limited choices i wouldnt go back to that store for anything the customer service is pure sorry

This store was no where near as busy as Skibo Rd and the staff were so VERY nice. I had an issue where my account had two iPads activated when I purchased at skibo rd and I only bought 1. Came here to purchase a iPhone 8, and had a appointment for 6:30. Literally sat there and watched the Staff do nothing for 30 min and walked out with nobody concerned. Would not recommend to anyone unless you like sitting down and watching a TV screen saver.
