Phone screen needed replacing according to AT&T. Went to local uBreakiFix, did not have part. Drove half hour to Fayetteville store. Super nice young man. Told me 2:45. Dead on. Works great. Great service. What more could yiu ask?

Love love love this place. I paid my deductible online, dropped my phone off at 9 and had my phone back at 9:50! I ran other errands while they repaired my phone. This is now my go to when repairing my phone I’m no longer going to the Apple Store. The employees were pleasant

The technicians here are so professional & kind. I witnessed them going out of their way to help someone that was very confused about a phone issue that wasn’t even something they could fix. Great customer service is few and far between these days and it’s refreshing to go somewhere and be treated so well!

They fixed my broken laptop like new! I will admit it was a bit pricey, but the quality was awesome. Now I can get back to my gaming and I’ll be sure not to punch it this time, lol.

We are fortunate to have UBreakiFix in Fayetteville. I have taken my computer to this location several times, and the responsiveness and professionalism is always excellent. The staff was very professional & my repair(Samsung Note 20 Ultra Screen replacement) went great! They finished early & contacted me as promised. I would definitely recommend this location for any type of repairs.

My first experience here was really good. The lady took care of my phone in no time and it was a simple fix. Now they kind of turn their noses up if you dont have an iPhone or a Samsung product. They refused to replace my cracked screen even though I had the replacement with me. I took it to another business and had it back by the end of the day. Last week I had an issue with the camera and the technician wouldnt even look at it. Give them a shot. Your experience could be different. Some people may have technical knowledge but zero customer service skills.

I brought my phone here to have the screen fixed, they broke an antenna then needed to get a new one, and I needed to leave my phone there for them to do it, which left me without for over a day. When they went to replace the antenna they said they couldnt because there was water damage, even though it was their fault it was broken. Inevitably they fix it after I threaten to involve the AG on consumer protection issues, all that and I get my phone back without a working speaker, I now must take every phone call on speaker phone. Do not bring your phone here.

Pleasant and fast service, along with more than satisfactory results. The screen on my Samsung Note 20 Ultra 5G went black. Brought it in to these guys, and they had me back up and running in about 2 hours or so. They work with Samsung, and my phone was still under warranty, so I paid ZERO dollars for this service. I had water damage done on my phone and I visited the store and they said they needed to order the part to fix it, it then took multiple phone calls of being told it wasnt ordered, then to wait and see if it comes in, all through a duration of a month, just to be told that they were not able to help due to the model of my phone.... the only reason why I give two stars is because the last person I talked to actually knew what they were talking about and directed me to the right place and was lucky I got my phone fixed.

I came here today 1-30-2021 around noon to bring my phone to be repaired. My glass on the back of my phone was cracked. Let me say I received the best service ever. I called and spoke to Jordan inquiring about a price to repair my phone and once given that I came in to drop off the phone. Jordan was very professional and handle my phone with care as he tested and looked over my phone. Once they finished my repairs they sent me a text to my other phone when it was ready. Jordan assisted with the completion and transaction also helped me choose a phone case. So overall smooth and professional staff. I recommend this place to anyone. Cell phones, maybe. Video game consoles, this facility cant fix. Called 1st asked if this facility was able to repair hdmi port on a ps4. The told me 106.99. I said ok and dropped it off. I was informed that it took 2 to 3 days, no problem. I called after 3rd day and inquired and was told that they were busy with cell phones and didnt get to my ps4. I said ok. Called next day and inquired, the employee told me that they tried to repair but unsuccessful but they were going to try something else. Cool no problem. Next day called again one employee told me tech just finished up and its ready. So happy I sent a relative to pick up my device and was shocked to hear that it wasnt repaired. I was told by someone else that there were too many broken components inside. So every employee has a different story. What dissatisfaction to me is that the same way I dropped it off with its the same way I picked it up. Never been touched. What amazes me is that ubreakifix says that my console is not repairable but Jacks gaming console repair on Glenwood flee market repaired my ps4 in 30 mins. People dont take your consoles to this facility, I promise you will be disappointed.

It was a pleasurable experience with the entire staff to include Jaylin, Jay, and Jordan. Such a pleasurable staff of young people displaying positive energy.Having had to make another visit to this store I encounter Delroy. He is an extremely pleasant and professional young man. My interactions with this location just keep getting better and better. Not that I want to go in for repairs, but the level of professionalism and polite mannerism help alleviates the frustration. I became a customer in January when having to repair my teenager cracked screen of her IPhone because the Apple Care expired. The gentleman was very professional and knowledgeable of the IPhone so I felt comfortable leaving it. He also informed of the battery health of the phone and when it needed to be changed. Retuning yesterday for the same repair but to my IPhone. I received great customer service by a student employee which I thought was great because they are our future. He even replaced my daughter cracked screen protector as a courtesy that was purchased at her repair in January. My phone works great and I got the battery replaced as well at a discount. The employees provided great repeat customer service while providing knowledge of my phone and helped me save money. I will be a returning customer if needed.

I got a brand new sreec replacement paid about 200 just to see a starch or crack on my phone a week layter and went to location to see how they would address it but said nothing we can do regardless of the 90 day warranty and the manager couldnt even come out his self to address the situation very untrue information and work do not go there they will only help taking your mont not when you have a problem youll get blown off

Two options once you file your claim:Visit store or wait for the home tech at your residence,.. Go to the store, my home tech never showed up or called.

Because they give a diagnostic the same day and let know whats wrong and see if want them to fix it along letting you know how it cost to fix. It also costs alot of money to fix and you get your product back quickly

Fantastic store. The repair and price were great. The employees were friendly and responsive. Only problem was the phone call confirmed they could repair my phone amd when I got there the next day they didnt have the part. It would be a 2 day wait. Not too bad but its a Galaxy S10 so a very common phone to not have enough parts available to repair it that day as informed.Hope you get the McDonough store opened soon!

I cant say how pleased I am with the work they did. I was able to drop my S20 Ultra off and it was done in 2 hours! The price was very reasonable. I paid just over $300 to get my screen replaced with authentic Samsung parts. The repair package they used also replaced my battery for a brand new one. Other stores had quoted me $500+ while using aftermarket parts and were telling me it be a week or more to complete the repair. Hopefully I dont have any other accidents, but this will be the only place I take my device to be fixed.

DELROY is MY BOY!!! I just bought a new phone 3/4 days ago, had some issues with my default messaging app, one of which was that the Emoji Kitchen feature on my Gboard was malfunctioning. I called 2 different Verizon Techs, Geek Squad, uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted, even ANOTHER factory reset. Nothing worked, noone could figure out what was wrong, and I was UPSET! I called uBreakiFix and Delroy listened to me complain, made me feel better about the situation, and then SOLVED IT in less than 5 minutes with a simple solution!!!!!!! He is the best! I am beyond happy and relieved that Delroy not only tried but actually helped fix the problem! A+ for attitude and efficiency! I will definitely refer to and recommend their services from now on!

Know what they are doing. Not sure why prices is so different than what their website shows, had a wonderful conversation with corporate office, message never seemed to make it to the store. Would never have gone but they are the only goggle authorized repair facility in the area. Lost an arm and a leg while there.

I love this place I just took my galaxy s8 there to be fixed because the glass on both sides of the phone was shattered and they fixed my phone looking like its brand new out of the box. They are super friendly people. I definitely recommend you taking your devices here to get fixed.

I received excellent customer service from Jerry today. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He didnt rush and took his time to explain their process to me. My phone was dropped and the screen turned white with steady flashing. The job was complete and to my satisfaction within 1hr 1/2. I got my phone screen fixed and my home button fixed which was lovely. Although after I picked up my phone, my cellular service stopped working. I had service until I took it to them and it was only afterwards that it had stopped working. They told me to call my service provider and when I did they told me that I had service and it should be working. They did a great job with my phone but I wish they’d fix their mistake. It’s majorly disappointing.

Their price was the cheapest I found. They fixed my Samsung note 8 in a little over 2 hours. Gave me a new screen fixed the LCD and threw in a new battery too. I also bought the liquid glass screen protector. I recommend them 100%.

This is the place to go, I recently cracked my screen on my Note 9 and it cost only $256 after tax without mobile insurance compared to other places that were charging $400. My phone looks good as new and I will definitely go back!!! :)

Excellent Establishment from customer service to repair. After visiting 4 other establishments and being told either they could not repair my daughters iPhone or it would cost more to repair than to replace, we dropped into this repair store. Not only did they repair the phone, but they did not charge me. Now that is not heard of any more, so they will continue to receive my business.

They did great! I set up an appt for a cracked screen and when I arrived it was easy to complete. Right away they got started on the repair. I was told 2 hours but my phone was repaired in less time.

This was a first for me. I had never broken my phone before and clumsy me left it on the roof of my car. This staff here was outstanding! Very kind, professional, understanding, and incredibly courteous! I would definitely 100% refer anyone here. I hope I never have to visit them again 🤷🏽‍♀️🤓 but know if anything ever happened to my phone they are the first place I would go!

I was so distraught because my screen shattered to the point where I couldnt get into my phone. They were quick and affordable and my phone works wonderfully! Plus I have warranty for a year with them! ITS AWESOME!
