After dropping my phone off to be fixed at a different place for over a week and then being told they couldnt fix it I brought it here and they had it fixed in less than 2 hours!! I then had some other issues that they could have easily passed off but they still took care of it without charging anything extra. 10/10.

I went to PhoneDoctors today because I couldnt hear the person talking when I got a phone call unless I put the phone on speaker. Also, my phone quit making a sound whenever I got a message or text. The young man working in there could not have been more knowledgeable or helpful. He cleaned out my phone of clogged up make-up (ugh) and cleaned up the speakers and showed me how to update it where I had not. Brought iPhone in with problems of charging. They were professional and willing to help with phone. After examining my phone, they saw that the port was just dirty which they complementarily cleaned for me and now phone works fine. This is second time I have needed them (another time replacing a cracked screen) and they offered great service.

I had a couple of unlucky weeks and had to make multiple visits for various issues with my and my sons iPhones. Originally I had gone somewhere else only to be told sorry, you have to buy a new phone. Not the case here. They fixed me up on the spot and rates were very reasonable. They cleaned out my charging port for free as well. Highly recommend the level of service and obvious knowledge of the staff.

OMG!!! What service! Last year they replaced all my family members iPhone batteries at a great price, which are still going strong. Yesterday, they dug a broken adapter tip out of the lightning port of my phone..... for no charge!!!! They are always laid back, very informative and have refurbished devices for sale too.

Had an issue with something being jammed where you would plug in a charger on my I-phone 10 and could not get it out or figure out what the issue was. I called many different places in Fayetteville to get an estimate after explaining what was going on. This was the ONLY place that said bring in the phone we may be able to fix it immediately at no charge or the most you will have to pay is $30-$75 (which was SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper than any other quote in town). I took it in and they were able to fix it immediately and charged me nothing. I highly HIGHLY recommend going for quick, fair, and efficient service! I will be back if I ever have any other issues with my phone.

Replaced my battery on an Android/Samsung phone quickly and for an excellent price. So I took my wifes broken iWatch in. They tried fixing it with new battery - but with a good battery were able to identify the (more expensive) actual issue. Not worth sinking money into. They didnt charge me a dime because they didnt fix it.Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great folks!

They specialize in iPhones but were able to fix my Android in a matter of minutes. Jacob was knowledgeable and polite and the price was tight! I hope you dont need phone repair, but if you do, check these guys out.

I have been coming to this location for about three years. Customer service is exceptional. They are friendly, helpful, and patient. Lauren was the representative that helped me yesterday and she made it so effortless helping me with the multiple phone issues I had. Also go a screen protector there, life time warranty, if it cracks then they will replace for free as many times as needed. (Ive definitely taken advantage of this with my previous cell phones and my current one) Will always come back.

I came in because my phone charger no longer fit in my phone port. I had cleaned out the phone port like had been recommended, the charging port was spotless. At one quick glance, the serviceman could see that part of the charger had broken off (probably when I dropped my phone 🤦🏼‍♀️) he got the piece our in a matter of seconds and ready to go! He did it all at no cost because it was such an easy fix! The guys here are amazing and really do just want to help you with whatever they can!!

12-31-2020 UPDATE *** Thank you to ownership who was extremely responsive to my initial post and frustrating experience - Thank you Chad!He talked to his team and made things 100% right w/ me.I appreciate the professional response and remedy.Best,JMNice people but not a great experience - in fact, it was almost unreal:Took phone in on a Saturday to fix cracked screen. They offered to change battery too because it was borderline.When I picked up the phone I was told it just needed to charge.After 3 hours, the phone was clearly not charging - when I called they said to bring it back in.Waited for another 90 minutes with no resolution. Was told to leave and they would call me with an update.An hour later the update was that pins were damaged during the removal of the battery and they had to send out phone for repair and it would take 2 weeks.On Wednesday (4 days later) I called to check on status was told that it was ready for pick up. I had them confirm that it was ready and full repaired since this was dramatically different than the 2 week timeline orginally promised.I stopped in store 1 hour later and was asked for my SIM card so they could put it back in the phone. I told them that they never gave me my SIM card.They then confirmed that the repair shop in Tulsa, Oklahoma forgot to put it back in after they finished the repair. They offered that it would take 1 more day to be returned to them or I could go to Verizon.When I asked them when the phone was returned back to the Fayetteville store they noted that it came in on Tuesday (the day prior) - ... why did no one call me to notify me that the phone came in and was ready for pickup??There was also no offer to rebate any of the $165 charge to compensate me for the inconvenience etc.I opted for Verizon to get a new SIM card which resulted in a 90 minute wait on the phone to ultimately activate the new card.Overall, they seem like very nice people, and I understand that accidents happen - even in the repair world, but the level of customer service and communication was lacking to say the least.Just a very disappointing experience and I will opt to take my business elsewhere next time I run into an issue.Hope this is helpful.

Took my phone in for a new battery expecting to pay $50. The lady checked the battery to verify the need for replacement. Then she checked the serial number and told me the battery was still under warranty. She replaced it in 30 minutes and charged me nothing! Great service! Great integrity! Great experience!

I spent two hours at this location trying to get my phone data transferred over to a new device, and it could not have been a more pleasant experience. Aria and (I believe) the manager could not have been more friendly or knowledgeable - they went above and beyond to help me. As I was hanging out in the store, maybe 6 or 7 people came through, and they received the same excellent, personable help that I did. After dealing with the folks at the box store where I bought my phone, the Phone Doctors restored my faith in humanity.

I have use these guys with several broken iPhone and iPad screens and bad batteries In the past, very professional and reasonably priced. Today Jacob worked to revive an old iPad that would not come back on. They tried several things to get it going but it did not respond. They did not charge this time. I will be back if i need their service again.

Be careful and dont let them scam you out of your money!! I decided to take my phone here to get my screen replaced after they previously did a great job replacing my battery. I brought my screen in completely shattered and explained that I just wanted a screen repair and was told I had two options to replace it. The first option would be $150 and include a phone case, a year warranty, and a glass screen protector as well as getting my screen fixed. The second option would be $180 and included even more than this. Confused by this, I asked if the first option was the CHEAPEST option to get my screen replaced and was told that it was, so with no option to simply replace my screen I said okay.When I went to pick up my phone, I asked the gentleman at the counter to explain to me why it was going to be so expensive. He stated that I had ASKED for the Alpha Omega package, which never happened. He said that in the notes from my earlier interaction it said that this was what I wanted and had chosen, but no one ever said those words to me before this conversation. When I asked if I could just pay for the screen replacement he said yes, which obviously is the CHEAPEST option but was not given to me as a choice during my initial conversation, and instead something was selected for me that I had never heard of and was over double the price. This man became frustrated with me because this was clearly what the notes said I wanted which was never the case. I never appreciate being forced into something and not being given all of my options upfront. When I ask for a screen replacement, a simple screen replacement should be the first suggestion. I have no problem with trying to sell customers on a warranty package as well, but you have to give the customer the option to choose what they want and not force decisions on them. I would not suggest this location for any services if you want respectful, upfront customer service.

Michael was the sweetest angel on the phone and gave me the confidence to come in to get my phone fixed. I brought my IPhone in because the screen stopped working. After taking it to the store I purchased it from, they told me I had to get a part replaced and it would cost quite a bit. I walked into this store and the employee said “let me try something first”. She did a hard reset and it worked! She saved me a lot of money. So grateful! The staff was very nice and helpful. Ive went to Phone Doctors a few times. The last time was a few years back. My phone broke and I wanted my daughters 0-3 month pics. I thought I was backing up to my Google account but I guess I wasnt her first few months. They kept my phone for a few weeks and finally called and said they couldnt do anything. I even got a call from the owner saying the guys were trying to be nice but there wasnt a fix. Fast forward a few years and my fiance fixed my sisters phone that they couldnt fix. I had kept my phone in hopes that I could get the pictures one day. Today my fiance was able to recovery all my pictures in about an hour. Im so thankful that I kept the phone. Everyone here was great but I dont think they have the expertise I once thought.

Reasonable prices for nearly new phones. Ive been a customer for years because they really stand by their products. While all their phones come with a 6 month warranty, I had bought my phone from them almost a year earlier. I was a having a problem getting 4G (my phone was stuck on 3G) and they were just going to replace my phone if they couldnt fix it, even though it was well outside of the warranty period. Such nice people. They managed to fix it for free, making me a very happy customer.

I just went to Phone Doctors needing urgent help. The iPhone 6 had screen issues and I needed to move its contents to a new phone. The personnel I spoke with were very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The store was immaculate and stocked with inventory. Prices are reasonable and I was impressed with how quickly they helped me get the problem fixed. I will recommend this store to everyone I know. Great place!!

My phone was very bad off when I brought it in to the phone doctor. They had it for well over a week and replaced all the parts. So the phone functions which I will say is impressive for what I gave them. With that said I wouldnt say the $120 was worth it. My phones screen isnt set in properly and has a visible gap in it. This also makes it easy to crack the screen even with a light press. Like say in your pocket. So the screen I payed to fix is cracked again. The phones buttons randomly activate and make using the phone sometimes incredably frustrating. And sometimes it doesnt register my press or swipe at all. I am upset I even went to fix the phone. I should have bought a new one. Since they got the phone working I gave 2 stars. But I wouldnt say its actually fixed.

My experience with Phone Doctors has been great. The first time I went was after leaving a Verizon store where they told me my phone was a done deal and then spent the rest of the time trying to receive a commission on a phone sale (although, I will say Verizon - on the phone- customer service is good). After 10 minutes in P.D. I spent under $30 on a new battery and left in relief with my phone working great. Had another phone issue today, they fit my phone in and had it back to me in 2 hours. Great customer service from them again!

I have had my screen on my iPhone fixed twice. The first time was because my screen was raised and I was sitting on the couch and dropped it on my wood floor and it cracked. I just got it fixed at a “discounted” price which instead of it being 99 dollars plus tax it was 70 something plus tax which came out to be about 80 plus dollars for a raised screen. I can see the lifting in between the screen and the phone itself. They obviously prefer money over loyal customers. I would highly recommend not using this place to fix your phone. Not to mention that if they fix your phone and if it malfunctions you don’t get your money back. If you like this kind of customer service then by all means pay them a visit. #GREEDY

The repair was quick and timely which was great. Staff seemed nice, which was great. But communication on the prices WAS NOT CLEAR. I thought I was going to be paying 1/2 of what I actually paid in the end, which is frustrating because at that point you cant go back on the repair. Make sure to get everything crystal clear before you do anything.

This is the only place I will go for my phone questions and repairs. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I dropped my iPhone 6 in water and took it in after two days in rice. It was cleaned and the price was fair. The gps failed to work and the antenna was replaced. GPS still failed but parts and labor were refunded. I bought a used iPhone 6S. At each step repairs, parts and labor promised were completed early. Lauren especially went above and beyond in making sure my needs were met and I was very satisfied.
