I went in with my mother to get my phone repaired today. I just needed a simple battery fix. Now he gave it back the phone it isn’t charging and now there is a huge crack at the bottom of my screen which was NOT there before. There is also a yellow line going from corner to corner around my whole phone! So mad! Will not come here again.

My wife took my phone in 2 weeks ago because the back was separating from phone. She was told the battery was swelling and needed replacement. Battery was ordered and still has not arrived and reordered twice. Called shop and kid was rude and unprofessional telling me to source my own battery after putting a down payment for battery and service. Kid then hung up on me. Dismal service and customer care. Complained on their website and no response. If you want to get robbed and mistreated, go to this shop

Very irritated with this place The man inside this shop didnt even look at my screen, he just looked at the brand, a Google Pixel 2XL, and said $210 plus tax. You would figure that since its a busted screen he would check that out as well but apparently not. I only came here instead of paying the $149 to insurance because they were highly recommend but I didnt receive the same service as others have.

The moment we walked in we got greeted so good, the service and quality we got from brad were so respectful and positive! Beyond happy with the service we received!

I went in a couple of weeks ago to get my screen replaced on my phone. A few days ago the screen started bleeding so I brought it back in and they replaced it again for free. They were completely friendly and professional. Im definitely going to recommend this place to my buddies. Not overly expensive and very friendly service.

Josh was very kind and fixed my phone in no time at all. He is patient and works hard to figure out the problem. I am so thankful for him and highly recommend if you have any phone trouble!! He is the best!!

I recently came here because my volume buttons were broken. I came in expecting no luck and to pay an arm and a leg for my repair and I was pleasantly surprised! Brice was very friendly and helpful in fixing my phones buttons, and ended up doing it for no charge!!! Very happy with the outcome and experience!

They have solved every phone issue that I have had so far. Their prices are competitive, and often times the, cheapest that I have found. I will return to them if I need service again.

If i can actually go lower than start will do so, horrible job, took my kid tablet to be fixt and it came back even worse, thats not even counting the time we have to wait for it over a week and i still had to pay for it unbelievable, I ended up buying everything myself which it was cheaper and my husband doing it. Not recommended

Fixed my daughters phone very fast. Only took about 25 minutes. Now its as good as new. They are friendly and very reasonable. Ask for Adam.

My daughters phone screen was damaged so she took it here to get it fixed. Lance helped us and he was awesome. We had to go to another location and he gave us a lil discount for having to travel. We got it fixed within an hour. I have had to come here before and was helped when Verizon wouldnt. I will definitely keep coming if we run into anymore problems. Thank you guys so much!!!

Where do I begin? Reader beware!!!! If I were you I would go to the Apple store and get a real Apple lcd screen or go through your cell phone carrier insurance plan and pay to get a new phone. The lcd screens they use here or cheap and have blueish or yellowish tint, which in return make your phone screen display look very odd. Overall I am totally unhappy and Im so pissed I was recommended here. PLEASE GO TO ANOTHER PHONE REPAIR STORE.

Took my month old cracked iPhone 6 Plus. Simple fix right?? Wrong. They stripped my screw on the bottom and instead of pulling the screw and replacing it. They pried the entire bracket out. Doing this broke my Touch ID, destroyed the bottom of my phone, and now it doesnt register Touch. But hey the screens not cracked right. Horrible experience.

Recently I had bought 2 screens for Galaxy Tab I had checked with the the shop to see how much it will cost to get them put in they had told me on two different occasions that the labor was $50 and it would not take more than an hour to get it done and they would get it done in a hour I got the screens in and I called and checked that morning with employee and double-check to make sure it was going to be $50 for both the screens and he assured me that I would have no problem but when I brought the screens in the afternoon shift would not comply with what was told to me on numerous occasions i spoke to the manager he said that he could not honor my request and didnt care what was told to me in the beginning that he could not do it and would not do it when I told him i was going to post this complaint online he said to me that I was not the type of customer that he wanted anyway the manager and the employees were rude disrespectful and I will not return Please be aware of what youre told at this store
