First curb side experience was at the Ramsey Street location. Upon pulling up, i was under the impression this would be an in store transaction but due to the pandemic, a worker is stationed at the door. The worker came to the car before we exited. Our names were taken, the order was prepared. We were asked to move to a special park that has surveillance for security purposes. Transaction was completed fairly quickly. Setup of new devices will be done in the comfort of your home. The customer service line is available to assist as needed.
Went to store and was told that I would have to wait until they had waited on other customers in the store and that only one was in front of me. Told to wait in my car. Watched four customers exit and no one ever came to me. Waited a half hour plus to be told they no longer accept money to pay off my phone. Told they I would leave them a good review. This is it! Verizon’s customer service has deteriorated to being a joke whether online or in person. Tried this store due to a bad experience at the Skibo location. Got hung up on the phone by an unprofessional call center rep which was uncalled for. Definitely am not happy with Verizon since it has become its own disease. Have dealt with Verizon for over 20 years and now they think they are too big to go down but remember the fate of Sears! I have had nothing but excellent customer service at this location. I am always made to feel like my situation matters. The first time I went in to order a new phone and Paul was very accommodating and knowledgeable. This last time I was having a problem with my new phone and the gentleman that helped me knew exactly what to do. I wish I would have paid attention to his name. 😀

I would like to thank the associate Justice that help my wife and I when we came in. We made the switch from T-mobile after receiving horrible customer service time and time again. Justice made the process very simple and upfront. He truly embodies the values of OUTSTANDING customer service and was very professional. He answered all of our questions and was extremely knowledgeable on the apple products we were purchasing.
Time and time again I called customer service to have my shipping packaging for a trade in sent to me. 2 months and still nothing. I walked I to the Ramsey St store and in 15 minutes, walked out with a shipping label. Not the most ideal conclusion to my problem, but 100 times better than what I had before.

Worst customer support. Requested assistance to set up additional services and inquire about purchasing a Hotspot. Sales representative was rude and abrasive. Seems they can care less with trying to assist their customers. I was trying to confirm an on-line appointment, the sales representative refuse to confirm and hung up. I have decided to look into other wireless service providers.

When I first got to this Verizon, the “security guard” was rude, unprofessional, & degrading with his words. He almost caused me to never do business with this Verizon again. It wasn’t until one of the employees of Verizon noticed his body language did not match that of my friend & I. She came over & deescalated the issue & let us know that the security guard was not a Verizon employee & that was contracted to complete service there, which is a shame because he is literally turning away customers & causing turmoil before we even entered the store. (Which we all know can still be a frustrating experience when we are struggling working our expensive devices.) I wish I remembered her name ! They will continue to receive our business because of her. (If I remember correctly, her name began with an A, & she had burgandyish/brown hair)

Made the switch from Sprint to Verizon and the team at this store went above and beyond to help me when my phone wasnt activating successfully. They stayed after closing and made me feel like I wasnt intruding (even though I totally was). Kevin made the process super easy! I got to keep my phone, and my number, just with better service! To the female manager who stayed on hold with Technical Support for over an hour (Im so sorry I dont remember your name) THANK YOU! You made sure I wasnt going to leave that store without a working phone. I couldnt ask for a better experience, and will definitely send my friends here!
I went to Verizon today and met with Indy Blackman in reference to a problem with my bill. He was very rude and aggressive. Mr. Blackman was not the professional employee I met in the past at this location. I did report the incident to his supervisor and the corporate office. The corporate did take my complaint and resolve the issue with my bill in a professional manner. I will be contacting the district office to file another complaint because Mr Blackman should not be engaging with the public with his agressive attitude and disregard for the customer.
I have been twice in the last few weeks while shopping for a phone and had relatively difficult questions for them both times. Both times they consulted with the other associates in the store and came back to me with a satisfying answer. A few months ago I would have said 3 stars, but they have turned a corner.
I went in and the were workers helping other people which is understandable. Be took my name and I waited for at least 20 min. again understandable but, the people who came in after me was helped before I was. I finally left.
The sale person was very informative and did everything he could to save us money. He also tried to help us upgrade our phones but it did not work out for us at this time
Meeting us at the door is great, however, the associate we met seemed as though he was in a hurry to move us back out the door. We asked him for an item, and he immediately said that stores do not carry it anymore. After encouraging him to ask someone else, he found the item in the back and we were indeed on our way. I would suggest listening to the customer and find ways to meet their needs, and not tell them you cant help them.

I love this store because the staff is so friendly and helpful. Edris is the absolute best. I came in with multiple issues and walked out with everyone of them solved. The variety here seems so much better at this location.
What a nightmare dealing with this store. Incompetent staff that needs training. Went there twice this past week to upgrade lines on my large Business account and Personal lines. Almost all transaction incorrectly done, one of the numbers got cancelled that shouldnt have been cancelled and the BOGO deal on the iPhone 11 was applied incorrectly leading to a 2 hour support call on New Years Day with Verizon support to find out that the store did not apply the discount. Basically, I got screwed out of the BOGO deal. You are better off ordering online and working with a support person at Verizon than dealing with this store.
The Sign had that it will open today hours 11 am until 4 pm and 10 other people including myself had been waiting for about 45 mins 15 mins before 11 until 11:30 and it still didnt open thats very poor customer service because like I said the sign on the door had the hours it supposed to had open which it didnt all of us was very upset
Arrived at 6:50pm today to try and add my wifes phone onto my plan. Greeted at the door by a bearded gentleman who said they were at max capacity with one customer on the store. He continued to be extremely rude with what shouldve been a 20-30 minute trip. Lazy and rude, highly recommend any other Verizon store but this one.
Helpful staff. Good service and one of the best Verizon stores around. They will work with you whether you need service or want to purchase a new device. Highly recommended.

The sales rep took the time out and set up my daughters phone for her birthday and he sung her happy birthday along with his co- workers to make her 13th birthday amazing! They went above and beyond to make a kids day super special! Thanks Verizon friends!!

Horrible customer service every time I go there! No one greets you. The ones without a customer just sit there playing on their phone until you approach them. This happens every time I come in to pay my bill. When I got a new phone, I tried coming in a couple times asking questions about different options. Every one of them seemed not to know too much. When I finally came to a conclusion without any help from them, they didnt offer to help me set up my new one or transfer my contacts/media. Just told me to download an app when I got home. In order to get any answers I had to ask the right questions. Because I had so much media it took a week going back and forth with the 800 number trying not to lose my stuff.I was so excited when I heard a store was opening on Ramsey street but Id rather go to skibo now.
TERRIBLE. Sat there for two ours and no service. They waited till the last minute to tell us that if you werent being served at 7:45 you wouldnt be getting served. After waiting two ours.

They seem more interested in making you buy every acessory and attachment possible then getting you out in a quick hurry and getting on with the next customer waiting forever. I will make this sweet and short. Make sure when you by a smart watch please pay cash only not visa. Because if you return you will wait for ever to get your refund back onto your card and when you call your bank the next day they see nothing pending coming back just what they took out. Also make sure they close out the new phone number for the smart watch .. They did this twice to me. It took 9 weeks to get my refund.and now maybe 7 days . this is the 2nd time with them . I have been a customer with them for about 22 years and I cant wait until my contract is over.
I used the express lane for my Note 7 Exchange and was told that there were only four people in front of me. After a 1 hour wait, I was told that there were now two people in front of me and that they were bringing in more people to assist, Meanwhile, two managers who were running the floor appeared to just be having a conversation among themselves while not serving customers. No bueno on your customer service Verizon.
I have been with Verizon since I got my first cell phone, I could be in the mountains where there isnt any cell towers.but I always get reception from any where. Great customer service. Join them you will ask yourself why in the helldid I stay with that other company for so long.

All of my contacts had deleted off my phone. I went into the store to get help with retrieving them from my backup assistance. The woman I dealt with, Madeline, told me that my phone had a virus from an app I had downloaded in August of last year. She told me that the only way to retrieve my contacts I had to do a hard factory reset on my phone. I allowed her to do so based off the information she gave me. I then logged into my gmail account and my phone still did not have my contacts. I went back to the store and she told me that after I had left that she had gone into my backup assistance and there was only 4 in there(the preset contacts). So instead of checking that before she reset my phone I no longer have any of my 300+ contacts and no way of retrieving them. If she would have done this before I would have been able to at least save maybe 20 numbers with in my messages that are now gone. If you visit this location DO NOT let Madeline touch your phone.
Been a customer for 8 years. This location has terrible customer service. Slow. Avoid at all cost. If I could save myself time and frustration and went to the nicer location on Skibo.All I needed was a phone. I knew exactly what I wanted. I knew that it would cost me a small fortune. Is that how you treat customers? Make me wait while you sell accessories and let folks pay their bills? You could have started my transaction and helped those other people in the mean time. It took less than 5 minutes for the associate to get the IMEI number and change my service to a new phone.But no, I had to wait well into 40 minutes mark just to get service.

This store is garbage. I walked in today after work at around 5:20 pm. I get signed in and then I was told that there were 2 people ahead of me. My phone is broken so being that I dont have a phone to fiddle with, the wait was unbearable. I see employees just chatting and chilling out while I have been still waiting for more than half an hour. And then I believe that I got skipped as well. I just walked out just before 6 p.m. I was already pissed off even before coming in. I have never written a review ever, this store get no love from me.
The associate that assisted me was very professional and informative. The wait time was minimum. The store I visited was on Raeford Road.

Worst experience ever, sent my mother into this location to get a replacement phone and they refused to help her because 1. it was pre pay and 2. it was purchased at another store. When I spoke to customer service and explained that they refused to help they called the store and told them to start a warranty through the manufacture. After customer service spoke to them and told them to help they still refused to help stating, and I quote. since you wanted to call customer service have them fix it

I ordered my Iphone on Dec. 11th. I called the store from 5pm until 20 minutes before closing since I had no update from when I ordered it earlier that afternoon. No answer, which will automatically direct the calls to Customer Service. Well customer service as well tried numerous times to get through to the store with no prevail until 8:40 in which one of the employees told them the phone has been ready. NO ONE sent any notification that my order was ready for pickup. Next day, I went in to pick up phone and to let the gentleman (Brian) that helped me know what happened. His reply yeah, sorry, we get busy this time of year. I agreed to an Apple watch after learning the 3 series allows you to call and iMessage even when leaving your phone out of range. Well, unbeknownst to me the Watch was never properly activated. So for almost a whole month I thought maybe its me that the watch ONLY worked when I had my phone with me. Starting 1/12 - 1/19 I was on the phone with Verizon and Apple to try to get the watch to work properly which is when I learned it was never activated properly in the first place. At this point, I am tired of the 1-3 hr phone calls and just want the watch returned completely. I spoke with the female manager on 1/19 and after giving her a brief update on what I was going through HER reply was I will NOT take the watch back, we can exchange because it is past the Holiday return date which for me ended on 1/15. So, you mean to tell me you can see that it has not been working, and I KNOW the manager has up to 45 days to take devices back to their discretion; but because it was ONLY 4 DAYS past the exchange time, youre not going to take the watch back even with it only being PROPERLY activated on 1/18. Bad business, the watch in no way was damaged. I like Verizon, but this is HORRIBLE BUSINESS AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Will never spend a DIME at this location again.

This store doesnt have phones at all. I have tried to called them more than ten times over the past two days and did not get a single customer service rep. I only got the automated message that all of the reps are busy. They never answer the phones at this store.

So angry, this place has terrible customer service and manager (assume she was) fat and stupid girl, caught an attitude. 6/3/16. Here is something you all may not know. Batteries for phones are not covered by any warranty. I had called verizon tech support, they said go to corporate store they would replace it. Store said they dont have any, nor do they replace batteries. So I called back to tech support. They said they give my phone to rep at verizon so they can discuss it. She really attitude now. So answer still no. So I will put my battery in my phone and let it catch on fire. Replace my phone every week, as they cant replace the battery, seems a waste of money to keep replacing a phone once a week because bad battery burning up my phone. Now you lady at verizon with attitude problem, you know who you are. Left early to go see kids awards. If you hate your job, look for another job, customer service is not for you. I wasnt angry. But after you. I am. Fix this.
Angele Capel-mciver has the worse customer service I have expirenced at this location! She is rude, snide and likes to laugh behind your back. At no point did she try to help solve our problem with my 13 year olds phone. I ended up figuring it out myself at home after a couple hours playing with the phone. No thanks to the people who get paid to help with this service. I guess people just take their jobs for granted these days and feel they can treat people however they feel. According to verizon, apple decided to do 3 updates at once and his phone wouldnt except it so it locked up. Mind you this phone isnt even a year old. When we receive our replacement, refurbished phone nothing transferred over. No contacts, no pictures, nothing. At least his contacts should have been saved in his sims card but according to her nothing was backed up. Which by the way verizon set up at the time we set this phone up! When talking to my daughter about apple freezing the phone with updates, Angele jumped in defending verizon saying we have nothing to do with that, that is apple. Thats what i said to begin with. I said her customer service was horrible, even in as much as i was talking to my daughter and not her and she jumped in. She just continued to argue with me. I have been a verizon customer for at least 12 years if not longer. This is not acceptable behaviour for such a big company. I was walking out the store happen to look over my shoulder and she was laughing. Her excuse was because she was giving me facts. She is rude! I would suggest more training for those who find laughing at customers an acceptable behavior!!

Ive previously had great service at this store with Carolyn; however, the bad far outweighs the good. My first impression of the store as I walked in was the store greeter complaining to a co-worker that it was busy. I was cut off mid-sentence multiple times as I tried to explain the reason for my store visit. I waited for 45 minutes before I was ever seen. After I explained that I wanted to exchange my phone, the store clerk apparently had problems with the exchange, which took another hour and a half to fix. I over heard the manager complaining loudly about the fact that the exchange even had to happen. Total time in the store waiting around was almost three hours. The attitude of the employees was the icing on the cake. Dont go to this store!
