This is the second time I’ve bought a car from the Auto Park and it’s always a great experience. This time I called ahead of time to look at a Ford Bronco Sport. Steve (Montana) had the Bronco already gassed up and ready for it to be test driven when we arrived. He was so knowledgeable about the vehicle and the amazing accessories! I brought my two dogs with me for various reasons that couldn’t be avoided and he was so wonderful with them. He even offered for someone to watch our car as we had them in the car with it on for the AC while we test drove the Bronco. After that everything was a breeze. Communicating what I wanted to trade my current car in for and what I wanted as a monthly payment. Everyone including Steve was so polite and just went above and beyond to make us comfortable during this process. As long as I’m in this area I’ll be buying from them!
We decided a few weeks ago to trade our vehicle in for a new truck . My husband contacted Barry Coburn at Fayetteville Auto Park . Barry went above and beyond for us . He even went up at 7:30 PM on a rainy and cold night on his day off to take more pictures for me of the truck we were looking at . He answered all of our questions and made certain we were 100 percent comfortable and happy with our decision. There was absolutely no pressure to buy something we didn’t want and it was all straight forward . This is our second purchase over the years from Barry and I can’t say enough about how wonderful he is to work with . The entire staff was amazing . Brian in the finance department was a delight to meet and visit with as well. Anyone even thinking about a new or used vehicle should contact Barry !!!
We recently purchased a new truck from Kendall Allan at the Chevrolet lot. This was the BEST car buying experience we have ever had. With the microchip shortage Trucks are hard to come by and getting the options you want may be impossible. Kendall was so nice and helped us track down the perfect truck. She also sowed a real knowledge of the vehicle we were looking at. Salespeople at other dealerships will just make up info when they didn’t have an accurate answer. She was in constant contact and always looking to find us what we wanted. Once she found a truck that was perfect for us, we had all the details worked out quickly. The actual buying process only took about an hour and that was with the test drive. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and we will be back to see you for future purchases.
Where do I begin…. We have purchased 3 vehicles from Fayetteville Auto Park and Barry has been our salesman every time. He is a genuine guy who truly looks out for his customers and takes pride in making sure they get what they want. He gives exceptional customer service!!! He has made purchasing vehicles fun and easy. He can be relied upon to even help you setup your service appointments and more. He is our favorite salesman hence the reason we keep going back. Thank you Barry for always taking care of us even when we are picky lol. You’re awesome!!!
I feel a 4 star review can start with a not-so-great experience but end well. Here’s why….I originally purchased a black 2017 chevy Silverado from Joe at Fayetteville Auto Park. The knew the rear bumper was damaged and Joe assured me that it only needed a bumper to his knowledge. So we moved some numbers around and made a deal. After driving the truck home, 3 hours, I felt satisfied with my purchase. Then I went to 3 different body shops for a quote because the first one seemed ridiculous. Almost $5k worth of damage to the rear if this truck!!!! I contacted Joe who put me in contact with the sales manager Paul. I told Paul how much it would be to fix the truck and asked if there was anyway we could split the cost. Paul said he barely made any money on the deal so I could return the truck and find one in the same price range.I found a silver 2017 GMC Sierra SLT and fell in love. Paul put together a deal for me and I drove 3 hours to return the black Chevy and pickup the silver Sierra.Paul was incredible but the Sierra had a few little things wrong with it that I found after getting home and Paul said “I’ll send a check” and shotgun days the check was here. This dealership will be a recommendation as long as Paul is where he is. My salesperson for the Sierra was Lahsa and she couldn’t be sweeter as well. Very accommodating and moved everything along quickly for us.
We had the pleasure of working if Stephan Delaney while purchasing our new vehicle at Fayetteville auto park. He was great to work with and I highly recommend going to see him. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase!
Todd Haley is highly recommend for this lot. He is very professional and specially has patience (has patience with my husband being a non-English speaker) give him a call.
My husband and I bought a preowned truck. We have been shopping and searching for weeks. Our sales guy, Ricky J. was very professional and understood what we have been looking for. We appreciate the time he spent with us showing all the options that fit our wants and needs. We highly recommend Ricky. We also want Michael E. to be recognized. He took his time to explain the extra packages we wanted to add. We had a great time and a wonderful experience. Thank you guys!
Stephen “Montana” is an excellent sales agent. He carried the sale through from beginning to end. I love my new car!
I loved the service!! All my cars have came from Fayetteville Auto Park and I am always tended to quickly. I remember the salesman that I had, John Riggs I believe. He made me feel very confident in choosing my car and didnt even let me see cars that he wouldnt perchance himself or his family. He was super nice and funny! Which made the experience even more pleasant. I called the day before just to see the car and he got me sold the very next day. 10 out of 10 service (:
Our poor truck got hit...twice. Pat was the gentleman that helped us from start to finish. We endured shipping delays of parts, etc but NONE of that was the Collision Centers fault. They were patient with me & no matter when I went in they offered smiles, kind words, hot coffee or a soda.SHOUT OUT TO: Pat Woodard... Justin Hazen... & Casey Petit. These 3 people felt with me the most & helped me with insurance & rental car issues. They never gave up & worked hard to make sure everything was done correctly.THANK YOU!
Solo was great! Professional, friendly and helped us so much! Unfortunately We purchased a used Toyota Venza in the beginning of July and it’s already having problems, alternator and the crank shaft position sensor need fixed. Sucks that after two weeks needing to put money into already. They are offering to help pay a little because of Solo!
Steve Montana did a great job. Helped me purchase online, and finish up in the park! It was super easy and he was very efficient! Highly recommend talking to Steve!
Everything seemed great at first. We test drove everything looked great. They took it back while we did paperwork to detail it. I didnt understand why it needed detailed bc it was already extremely clean, fresh smelling, and everything inside and out was very shiny. The brakes didnt make any sound during the test drive, but when the purchase and extra detail was done and over and we were driving off the lot with it the brakes were squealing. Its my fault for not calling and saying anything sooner, but I feel like the extra detail wasnt a detail but instead they were swapping out the brakes. The Bluetooth to my car doesnt work properly, but thats not on fault of this company as my grandmother also has the same year model but a Forester model and hers does the same mine does so possibly a manufacturer defect. My salesman was extremely nice and did not have an aggressive sales tactic which honestly deters me from buying if I ever run into that. There was a slight mix up with my paperwork in the beginning but it was immediately corrected as soon as they noticed and they were polite and accommodating when I came back in to resign a few documents. The staff is welcoming and not pushy so 10/10 for the employees.
It was very simple and easy, they worked with me and helped me get exactly what I wanted/needed. And Stephen Delaney was super chill, a great salesman!
We have always had great experiences buying vehicles here! Stephen Montana helped us with our buying experience and continued to keep in touch with us afterwards. Great people at Fayetteville autopark!
The day we bought our Acura we had a very good experience but they were suppose to tint our front windows and brow. Went to pick it up the next day and only the windows were tinted. Supposedly a miscommunication between the salesman and tint dept. The salesman was suppose to come pick it up the next week for me and have it done and bring it back. He never showed up and it’s been almost 2 weeks since I’ve heard anything. I think you’re customer service could use some work. So disappointed!
This is our 2nd purchase with Barry at Fayetteville Auto Park this year. First my husband had a great experience in July so we went back. I had put off buying a new car for so long, the whole process of picking something out seemed overwhelming. Barry was super patient with me throughout the process of deciding (weeks!) and found the perfect car in my price range. Highly recommend!
We had a phenomenal experience buying a used car here. Our sales consultant, John Riggs, was professional, while also being enjoyable to talk to. He was honest with us and really helped us find the right vehicle. THE BEST experience buying a car Ive ever had. I would highly recommend going here for your next vehicle.
Recently bought a vehicle here and it was about as pleasant as such a purchase could be. Smooth, easy, and pressure free. Pretty quick process too!
Im very impressed with the people at the autopark, John Riggs is the one who helped us, and he did an awsome job of it. We bought my sons Hyundai there and I was pleased with the service because it was great but I was impressed by the integrity they had in dealing with us. Very honest people
Great experience with Aaron and Stephen on phone, text and in person. Definitely recommended.
We had an absolutely perfect experience with John Riggs. If you want a good honest take on what youre looking for just ask for John! We left feeling good about our purchase and boy was he just great to work with! Not only him but also the financing guys and staff in general. Everyone was just wonderful!
Add on to our story at the bottom.I never in my life thought I would this kind of rating to a car dealership. Start to Finish amazing experience. If I could give higher stars I would.Great experience. I called, and Steven Montana picked up. I explained what I saw online what I was looking for after a few calls back and forth confirming all the details. I told him I would drive up 9 hours to buy and would like to hit the road ASAP. He called me as soon as he got to the dealer the following day, confirmed all the details, and started the process. About two hours before I got there, he said all the paperwork was ready, and we should be out quickly. Typically quickly for a dealer is 3 hours, but not here; they made it happen. I appreciate all the work done behind the scene to get my family back on the road. He even let me take a picture with him for the memory. If you call tell Steve hello for us. Great guy!Cindy further helped us out with all the tag process, we are registered in Texas and like everything else it TX its a big mess to get anything done. Cindy was totally on point and ready to help us.To the management team, keep up the great work. Keep hiring people like these three people I worked with including the finance guy (sorry I forgot your name), yes it was that fast.THANK YOU ALL!
John Riggs was very helpful with getting my first car from a dealership. He helped me with every step and made me feel comfortable. I appreciate it because Im new to all of this. The car is great so far!
I have a recall on my GMC. Fayetteville Auto Park refused to honor the recall because my check engine light is not on. In the recall it clearly states the check engine light will not illuminate. I’ve done business with Fayetteville Auto Park since 2007. I’ve bought my last 2 vehicles here. It’ll be the last time!!!!
To whom it may concern:We were told (numerous times prior to the sale) that the 2019 VW Golf R had been through a 180 point inspection. This isnt the case as the following items, which are easily identifiable/repairable, were not performed before the purchase. We drove to Fayetteville from the Little Rock area to purchase the car.1. Gas cap MISSING and salesman (Daniel Lawson) ignored both a call and text asking about it. We were already 60 miles away before I discovered the problem after he didnt fill the tank (only to about 1/2 full) like he said he would. ($23 for a new cap)2. Engine overfilled with oil, which is just as bad as underfilling it. Replaced oil and filter immediately after arriving home. ($75 for oil and filter)3. I felt a bit of tire flat spot problem during the test drive and was assured the tires were OK, just a little flat-spotted from sitting in the heat, they were NOT. Two of the four tires were bubbled and the whole left side of the car out of alignment. Four new tires and a 4-wheel alignment had to be installed/performed after getting home to the tune of $1,300.00.4. Wiper blades totally trashed and just smearing rain around. Replaced immediately. ($57)5. No windshield washer fluid.6. Engine air filter and cabin filter extremely dirty, replaced the day after buying. ($60 for both filters)Whoever is doing the inspections and reconditioning is not performing their job or the dealership doesnt care. I had to put another $1,500 into it immediately so that I didnt have bubbled tires, no gas cap and an engine overfilled with oil.Do yourself a favor and have an independent shop check out any used car that youre considering buying from this dealership.Jim Sacrey
Alfonzo sold me a car and he told me it is well maintained and has no major issues with it. 3 months later the car’s transmission goes out. For how much I paid for it the transmission should not out in 3 months. I understand sales men need to make sales but selling broken down cars as slighty used it just crooked.
We had a great experience with Hunter Courtney from Toyota today! We went in thinking we would be buying a rav 4 but after comparing side by side and test driving we chose a Honda CRV. He was very knowledgeable about both vehicles and has such a great personality no pressure either way. All he wanted was for us to be happy with our purchase and we are. Thank you
I would have gave 0 stars but it wont let me. A 2019 GMC Acadia was posted online Sunday. I got in contact with Daniel L. I called them the moment they opened at 9am Monday. I got pre-approved and paid the $500 down for them to hold it for me since I had to drive almost 3hrs to get there. Halfway there Daniel L. calls me telling me that he hated to inform me of this but when the Acadia was being driven back from certification a little old lady who probably shouldnt have even been driving ran a red light and totaled the vehicle. He went on to tell me if I still wanted to make the trip he had two other Acadias I could look at and the least he could do is fill my tank up for me. I continued up there, test drove the other two vehicles to which neither one compared. While test driving, he continued the lie. I was concerned about the driver, he assured me they would be ok. I requested my refund for the $500 at 6:20pm. Daniel told me that the guy that handles that had already gone for the day that he would get my refund first thing in the morning and personally send me the confirmation himself. He did not fill up my tank. Later that night I was looking for other vehicles and seen that the 2019 white Acadia was still showing available, so I inquired about it using my dads information. First thing Tuesday morning I received an email from another salesman Brandon stating it was there and available. So I called immediately at 9:11 am on Tuesday and questioned about being told the day before it had been totaled out. He done some research for me and come to find out it wasnt totaled, it was sold out from underneath me, Daniel wasnt even working Tuesday to do anything about my refund, and the guy that handles refunds didnt leave until 7:30pm Monday night. Even at this point after calling Daniel out on he still continued to lie to me. It took talking to four different people from 9:11am until 12:10 pm to finally get a supposed copy of the refund confirmation emailed to me. I have yet to receive an official email confirmation of the refund from them and it is now Wednesday 11:29am, day 3. I have been in contact with Trayan the General Manager, you know the one that replies to reviews, since yesterday. I keep getting apologized to but nothing has been done to make it right. Offering to take $1500 off an older vehicle with more miles to which I had stated I dont love that vehicle and its not the one I want numerous times before the offer was made is not trying to make it right. You made that offer banking on me turning it down, knowing I dont like that vehicle. I have nothing pending on my bank account showing any refund has been made, no official refund confirmation email, and no $500 back. Immediately refunding my money would have made it right, ACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORDS!
Had such a great experience with Ryan Griffin earlier in the year that we went back today to purchase another vehicle from him. There are very few dealerships and fewer salesman that I would recommend, but this is Number One. For a great selection of vehicles check out Fayetteville Autopark and for a salesman that will Assist you and Not Pressure you, be sure and ask for Ryan Griffin. Im referring him to all of my friends and family!
Wont call you or message you back. Definitely dont recommend this lot.
Lots of vehicles to choose from. Great location, easy in and out. Everyone I encountered was very pleasant and helpful.
Great place to do business.
Montana is very helpful, patient and knowledgeable!
We had a great experience with Todd at first. He set us up with a car and emailed with me about the financing and was super helpful. We set up a meeting to buy the car on Tuesday, but since Todd was off Tuesday he handed us off to someone else. Well we’ve now sat here for an hour and half while the car I came here to buy was sold from under me. Very unimpressed. Still waiting on the keys for what was supposed to be my trade in
Poor product knowledge & absolutely no offer. Idk if they are hourly or just unmotivated but I strongly suggest go elsewhere for your vehicle. Plus the Honda dealer is like a mini car lot - Tulsa, OK City, Ft Smith, Springdale all have more options on inventory
I had a wonderful experience. My salesman Mike Ebsen was really helpful in making my car buying experience an easy non-stressful time. He was very informative, no pressure, answered all my questions and made sure I was 100% happy with the vehicle before I went in to do paperwork. I dont like making big purchases and he made it easy and I LOVE my new vehicle! I highly recommend Fayetteville Auto Park and I would suggest you ask for Mike!
We found a car on Autotrader.com on 4/14/2021. Requested more information and in a very short amount of time I was contacted by Stephen D. or Montana. We discussed the car a bit and I confirmed that I was interested in the vehicle but I asked if the pictures were really showing everything as it truly was. I said its not a long trip but I really dont want to come down there if your guys did not take honest pictures. I know the market for used cars is at the least dreary if not almost none but I dont want to waste anyones time. Stephen said he would go take a look at the car and call me back. Stephen not only went to look at the car but he took it for a test drive to just get a basic feel. This was nice because it wasnt necessary. So we decided to go take a look. Keep in mind we have been looking for WEEKS for a new car and we have driven many different cars and talked to every different type of car dealer. By now Im like do NOT BS me at all. When we got to the dealership we knew immediately which car it was and Stephen had pulled it to the front of the building and he was waiting for us. We took the car for the test drive and decided we wanted to work on a deal. I told him where I had to be and that I understood the market but that if he could not meet me where I needed to be that would be fine and we would just go on our way. I dont like the back and forth and dickering and schmoozing Ive had to deal with at times from a dealership. Its VERY disrespectful in my opinion. Stephen came back and we discussed some more and then came back the last time and we had reached an agreement. Very simple and all done within oh 25 min. The rest of the work took a little longer as does paper work but that went smooth and clean and no surprises snuck in. Everyone we dealt with either directly or indirectly treated us with respect even though we werent spending much money on a car at all. This means a lot to me. I have every intention of returning to that dealership when the time comes. Hopefully Montana will still be there because he is one of the BEST car salesman I have ever dealt with to date. I would recommend anyone going there, doesnt matter if your more economy based or looking for something snazzy. They have an awesome looking 2021 Civic in their showroom that made me want to go back soon and get that one as well! Thank you Fayetteville Autopark and thank you Montana! 5+ stars
Took over 30 days to get title paperwork. When asked for an extension on temporary tag, miraculously title work was filed. 34 days later still waiting on paperwork, cant drive car due to expired temp tag and cant tag car cuz I am atill waiting on title work. In top of that they wont send another temp tag due to titlework on its way. But hey they got their money. AND my first car payment is due AND cant drive car.
Once we got help from Alfonso he didnt even introduce himself and when we went to go outside he left the door to shut in our face.He couldnt locate the vehicle we came to look at from online, we had to show him where it was. We informed him on the price range we were looking for and instead of trying to find us a vehicle in that range he insisted on trying to show us a vehicle that was $4000 more than we said and didnt offer any other choices, didnt take any information from us in case they came across something else. We left very dissatisfied.
I purchased a car June 2021 and since then I have had to replace both 02 sensors, the alternator, battery terminals, map sensor, valve cover, serpentine belt and the car has left me stranded twice.
Buying a car can be a difficult and an exhausting experience. The salesman can make this experience easy and comfortable. Hunter Courtney at Toyota Fayetteville helped me and my family buy a car in a smooth and pleasant manner. Hunter was super helpful, knowledgeable and flexible with everything. One of the best things about him is that he did not pressure us at all. The whole trade in and buying experience was great. Consider Hunter for your next car shopping experience.
If you are looking for a vehicle Barry Coburn at Toyota of Fayetteville is awesome. Barry showed us multiple vehicles to make sure I knew my options, was helpful and got us everything we wanted. Barry was very informative and answered every single one of my questions. He made this the best experience for me to buy the vehicle I wanted. Barry even made sure my kids were taken good care of and asked their opinions on what they thought. I brought my vehicle back to get window tinting and when it was finished Barry personally brought me my vehicle so I wouldn’t have to leave work to pick it up. I have already recommended Barry to a couple of my friends at work. He won’t steer you wrong.
Nice lot. Lots of cars. Salesman were friendly. Not to pushy. I wish they had more used car options.
Hey Internet - this is my favorite dealership, at least in AR, I’ve bought several cars here but: I Hope one day I can afford a Supra. Thanks Barry Coburn and Chad for the best test ride of my life in a 2018 white TRD Tacoma (6 spd Manual gearbox)Cheers,Joel
I did not feel welcomed when I walked in to the building. The receptionist, Courtney Bartholomew at the front desk was anything but friendly. She glared at me the entire time, did not greet me and was very rude with her attitude. I have never experienced that kind of customer service before. I told my friend about this, who is also a customer there, she knew exactly who I was talking about as she complained of the same thing happened to her when she went to get her vehicle serviced. My dad recently got a new 2020 Tundra 1794 Edition there. We love the salesman but the front desk makes you want to go elsewhere.
I had been looking for a very specific model of truck that led me to the Fayetteville Autopark. After finding a vehicle of theirs for sale on AutoTrader, I reached out to learn more about this specific unit. The photos on the ad were all all very non-descript, taken on rainy day (this should have been a sign). Details were shared with me, along with with some cellphone pictures, but Clarke Rathe assured me he was “not a mechanic and doesn’t really know these things”, but had driven the truck 30 miles just to help ease my mind, with no issues.I asked again to verify there was no check engine light on, or any major issues. I was assured there was not. We discussed how important this was to me, since I would be traveling over 1900miles one way.I offered a price, which Clarke replied it was unacceptably low, but could offer the previous price and removal of some decals installed by the previous owner and have the truck detailed, cleaned up, and ready to go. I agreed. We exchanged the necessary info, and agreed upon picking the truck up on January 29th. I arrived on the 29th, and was told me to sit tight while they brought the truck around. 20 minutes later, he came back without the truck. It was in their body shop being painted because they had “found some things” when removing the stickers. This was discouraging, since we had started this deal nearly three weeks prior. It would take hours to finish.Clarke took me the truck while waiting for the parts to be painted. This is where things drastically took a turn. The truck was far from clea . The vinyl stickers had been removed quickly, leaving behind residue and debris on the paint.Looking it over, it was clear there was a plethora of modifications that were never mentioned. Dozens of mods that were never shown in a single picture only leads me to believe this was intentional.Unlisted modifications I recall were: The truck had a suspension leveling kit, larger aftermarket wheels with oversized tires, questionable ebay-esque brake rotors, aftermarket side steps, a gooseneck hitch, overload rear suspension air bags, a “hotshot” style fuel tank and toolbox, fully deleted exhaust, egr removed, and some modifications to the engine crankcase ventilation system. It seems very odd none of these were mentioned or shown (except for the wheels) in any of the pictures.Thankfully, while talking to the salesman, I plugged in an OBDii code reader and discovered the truck had one EGR code and two fuel injector faults. Conveniently, the engine’s ecu stores info on these, even when deleted. Digging a bit deeper, I noticed these had been deleted within the previous 2 miles of operation. This concerned me a great deal since Clarke assured me he had personally driven the truck over 30 miles. This means either the test drive never happened, and was willing to sell me a truck to drive cross country with no idea if it was good to go, OR, worse, the fault codes alerted, and were deleted to hide the issues.Clarke seemed very concerned I had pulled codes. Searching around the cab of the truck, behind the rear seat I discovered a piggyback style Programmer to alter the engine ecu’s parameters, and engine performance. Odd it was hidden in the truck and raises huge red flags about the trucks history.Opening the hood, it was instantly apparent someone has deleted the EGR portion of the emissions system.Checking fluids, there was not even enough transmission fluid to get a reading on the dip stick. Moving under the truck, someone had removed the DPF/catalytic converter from the exhaust. Finally, the most obvious issue was the entire headliner had a massive stain from an ongoing waterleak. It stretched the entire width of the cab, to which Clarke mentioned he “never noticed before”.Needless to say, I drove just under 3800miles round trip without coming home with a truck. I buy an out-of-state vehicle every other year, and I’ve never had someone mislead so blatantly, let alone a Dealer.
Most definitely a waste of time & energy with the sales department. Rude to say the least.
First time to ever use this dealership and will be my LAST. Horrible experience!! Bought a 2016 Yukon Denali- 3 months later....and after one snow, it is stuck in 4WD and wont come out. The 2 front struts need replaced too!! So I will be almost $2k in the hole on top of having a $30k+ used vehicle that I can even drive right now!!
Stephen from Montana was awesome!!!
Personnel answering phone was professional. Directed us to the pre owned building. Was told to wait for an older women to assist. IMO waited too long. Went to drive off then manager came out to stop us, said she was walking from the parking lot. Auto park only had 2 vehicles that I was interested in. Been researching for about 6 months, saving for longer. I know what different packages and options come with each model. I ask about the packages and prices. She proceeds to look online, which I could have done myself. Answers a personal call while assisting me. I ask about an option and get laughed at and told that none of these models of vehicles come with that option. I know they do. She gets an attitude and tells me she has worked there for 6 yrs and they NEVER come with that option. I have been drooling over these cars for months. Being very picky but ready to buy. I know my stuff. she argued and dismissed my knowledge. I left. Been to several lots that day. By FAR the worst sales of the day. Congrats. :)
Tara at Toyota is awesome to work with! She found me what I was looking for and didnt play games. She was down to Earth and honest. I will definitely be back to see her again! Excellent experience!!! A++++++
From start to finish buying a new car was effortless. Tara Davis took care of everything. Nothing was a big deal. The whole process was smooth and effortless. Everything was up front and transparent. I will definitely be a return customer. *Update*. I had such a great experience I went back 6 months later and traded up for a 2.0 sport. Once again Tara Davis and Darin Keen took care of everything. No pressure asked me what I wanted then delivered.
Nice people and patient...especially during this coronavirus. Most vehicle prices range from Good to Great...with a few Fair price points. Its nice to look around!
If only they dont push you till the end, its a good place.
Wouldn’t use Honda, very unprofessional don’t even want to go back up there after my new vehicle purchase. Manager literally yelled at me In front of other customers over my first free oil change. Would return my car if I could definitely Won’t ever buy a Honda again, I shouldn’t have to fear going up to the service area for service.
This is where I got my third vehicle, my newest one. The lady that helped me get it gave me the deal of a lifetime. And I had no credit. Much thanks to the team she worked with and her. Ive always been treated fairly and been dealt with in a timely manner. Service is great, and Im 100% satisfied when I leave.
These guys are the best. Service with a smile. I have every confidence in what they tell me because theyve consistently kept our cars in great shape for over ten years. And they take care of little things at no charge (tire air pressure, no labor for changing bulbs in headlights, check fluids, etc.)
Go see Barry! He was incredibly helpful and informative as I looked for a new vehicle. I started looking last Saturday and he found me exactly what I wanted in less than a week. It was important to me that he thought of me immediately when this trade in came in. He will take care of you and fight to get you a great deal! Highly recommend.
Mike Ebsen is the man to put you in a new car! My wife and I purchased our first vehicle. Mike went above and beyond to inform us with no pressure. Justin in financing at Toyota also met every expectation. Very knowledgeable and all around good guy. Really easy process. If you need a vehicle make sure you check Mike out. You will not be disappointed.
I had Chuck Bolinger as a sales person. He did a great job. Got me in the car I wanted and for a great price! Everyone there was very friendly and helpful!
An amazing personable experience! Flexible and timely with schedule. Made it feel like a family operation, no stress involved easy breezy. Highly recommend this team will use for all future purchases. Special thanks to Teddy Holt, Paul Baldwin, and Ryan Griffin.
I have bought my last two cars from Fayetteville auto park and sent two friends their way too! I always experience the best customer service especially with Teddy! They all go above and beyond to make sure the customer has the best experience and make car buying a pleasant experience highly recommend!
They lie like all the rest... Unfortunately, I got lied to 3 times on my last maintenance visit. I wont be returning, and Ive been going there for a decade. Not to mention their covid 19 protocols were laughable.
If youre seriously looking for a car here, especially Honda wise, I would go to James Pierce or Eric Barales. They will both straight up help you out and go beyond your expectations to make sure you are getting what you asked for.No BS, no need to waste time. I have purchased 4 vehicles from Fayetteville Auto Park and will continue to go back for whenever I want to trade in and get a new vehicle through them. Theyre that good.Hopefully you folks reading this believe me and not think Im messing around. Cheers!
James Pierce is the salesman to go to. We have purchased 5 cars from James over the years and he has always been professional, knowledgeable, and ALWAYS goes above and beyond to make our experience the best. James is at the Honda dealership- but weve always purchased our Toyota vehicles with him as our salesman. Hands down the best salesman and Fayetteville Auto Park is the best place to look for a new/used vehicle. Keep up the great work team and thanks for always making sure your customers are satisfied!
With an indecisive mind like mine Ryan Griffin, Paul Baldwin and Teddy Holt helped me find what I wanted/needed for a great deal. They were patient and answered all my questions thoroughly. Honest and easy to work with.
I love my new Chevy and Jake and Kyle.
No help whatsoever didn’t seem interested in helping us on the day we went to see a vehicle and we filled out application online like the salesperson told us to do we were already there but he said it be easier he got with us the following day but it seemed like he was just making excuses of why it would not be approved it seemed to me like they didn’t even run our application they didn’t even try to see if there was a way to do anything they won’t give you a straight answer they won’t help unless you want to spend too much money. No sirben no te allundan solamente que quieran pagar mucho mas de lo que piensas gastar. The post from the manager just so they can look good like they’ll do something about the problem but they don’t this place is just a mayor let down management never got in contact with me it just shows how much they care about customer service.
If I could give zero stars, I would. We reluctantly purchased a van from the used car dealership there in September 2019. It is now May 2020 and we do not have a valid title for our vehicle. We are due to renew our tags this month... But cant now that our title is in suspense status. All because the dealership has failed at every level to take care of their customer. We only bought the van from them because it was the only one of its kind around the area. We had tried to buy a truck from them but were met with issues surrounding false advertisement of the truck. We posted a comment and received a response indicating they were concerned and wanted to help. And then nothing from that person. So it was sent to save face and they could care less! TERRIBLE dealership. Considering hiring an attorney at this point!
Honda Honda Honda I just love coming here. Hard core fan and collector so nothing negative to say. Its always clean the staff is friendly and I love the little play area for the kids. Ive been a loyal customer since 05. Love this location the best!
Recently bought a car for my daughter. Barry Coburn at Toyota had worked hard to find us just the right one. Best experience ever in buying a vehicle!
Literally the worst! Saturday I went and waited 4 and half hours just for them to tell me they needed to wait til Monday to find a bank to finance the car. On Monday I came and the wait time was better but I was told $950 down payment then it switched to $1200.... for a $6000 car. The salesman was trying to play with me and I wasn’t going so I went to Rogers and to get a WAAAYYY better deal on a better car :)))
These folks are ready to make deals if you are a serious buyer! We saved a lot of money by traveling from Springfield down to Fayetteville. They have lots of inventory while other dealers were low on stock. The folks are very professional.
Superior Chevrolet of Siloam Springs LOST OUT!! Didnt want to work with us on what I wanted which was a 2010 Chevy Equinox. Nope but they wanted to see about getting us in a car or different SUV instead of what we wanted. So they lost. Justin of Fayetteville Auto Park called me! He wanted to make me happy. He showed me the one I showed interest in but told us let me show you 1 more Equinox. He showed us the same white Chevy Equinox but a 2016, & took us for a drive, & then I drove & he kept asking us what we wanted & if he could help us into that one. They were backed up at the store with many in front of us but he Kept his word & worked until he got us in that car with a great deal! You want a GREAT car with EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SOMEONE WHO LISTENS??? YOU GO SEE Justin Hodge & he will listen to you and get you what you want!!! Thank you Justin & thank you Jesus for closing one door to open a better one. Go See Justin Hodge and Fayetteville Auto Park! 💖💖💖😊😊 100%
Stereotypical rude car salesmen in the pre owned section. There are a few few good salesmen’s but hard to find. Prepare to be manipulated and made to feel dumb. They were pushing us to buy a broken car and refused to tell us what exactly was wrong with it. I recommend going to Fletcher. We have never been pushed there and they have good quality used cars.
Felt rushed driving and though the paperwork. Plus Mr. Salesman, older man likes to take total lead and to lead. Ug! What a day. Update: I checked my credit. This company ran my credit 3x on the same company AND thats with each company that they ran. Hard inquires of 30 points down plus its on my record for 2 years now. Ridiculous. Bought car but my gosh! Everything just a tiring day now this. Doubts about what I got.
I give Kim and service dept.5 stars. I give sales and finance 2 at Acura of Fayetteville
Fare dealership with good price, but dont expect something out of your trad in.Make sure also the car is certified. And lastly, pick the salesman that you feel he is welling to work and respecting customers. Don not compromise yourself or let someone push you to buy what you dont want.Goodluck!
Today my daughter and I went to Fayetteville auto Plex to look for a used vehicle for her. We were quickly met on the lot by Nemo. he was so helpful from the get-go! We walked all around the lot looking at the different SUVs. He helped us understand The important information about each SUV that we looked at. He was extremely knowledgeable! We settled on a rev four. While we were working on that, hi, the mother, decided to drive a Ridgeline. Nemo ended up with two deals that day! He handled both of them with excellence! Kudos to Chris Everitt, GM for the personal attention given as well! What an amazing experience today. We are both so excited and happy with what we drove home with!
Paul Peterson was the fellow we had the pleasure of doing business with. He really worked within the terms of my budget and it is very obvious that he cares a lot about his clients. I love my new car so much and I will never go to another car dealership or salesman again. I didnt feel any pressure at all to buy the car we were looking at, but he did give me some good advice and recommended we seriously consider it. A car in that condition for the age is hard to come by. Paul is the man to see!The selection of used cars is very wide. I found my dream car within 10 minutes and took it home later that day. I had a very good experience.Jessy Gomez was who helped us with the financial aspects and I couldnt have been happier. Jessy and Paul were very personable, down to earth, and likable. While we were waiting, we sat in the Acura waiting room which had snacks, drinks, comfy chairs, and a TV.Buying your first car is a milestone and this dealership and salesman made it a wonderful experience!Ask for Paul!
Best experience we’ve had buying a vehicle. The Chevy team was wonderful. Good energy, knowledgeable, and efficient.
Our experience here has been great! Cole Reed has been very helpful, and found us a great vehicle at a great price for our family.
Took 5 minutes to get a salesman on a Saturday. The vehicle we wanted was being sold to someone else, and other vehicles were scattered around the entire complex with no sticker prices. Not well organized.
Just bought another new Toyota from the team at the Fayetteville Auto Park. Their sales manager ( Chad Campbell ) and sales consultant (Austin Brown ) did a great job in listening to what we were looking for and working with us on our trade....No need to go anywhere else.
Justin Hodge gave me the best experience around! He got me into a great car at an affordable price! Best salesman on the lot hands down!
I got my awesome car thru the Honda dealer and they were so amazing and helpful. Anytime I have any questions day or night, someone will answer and reassure me. A few years ago I went to the used car section of the auto park and I don’t recommend them they are not helpful. BUT the Honda center is amazing and you can’t go wrong getting a car from them. I specifically want to give a shoutout to Darin & Yohan for being great employees, as well as all around good humans.
I purchased an Odyssey in April 2020. The salesman, Derin Keen, was great. He gave me more for my trade in and beat offers made in Tulsa and Little Rock. The process went smooth, and I purchased the extended warranty. I decided in under 30 days that the warranty was not right for me. This is where the cheese began. I went into the store to sign the paperwork. I called to check on the status of the refund multiple times over the next several weeks. After speaking with the finance manager Kyle and sales Derin, I was told each time that it can take several weeks. At 10 weeks I emailed the general manager, Chris Everitt, who said he would look into the situation for me. To date, I have not heard back from him. I had to physically go into Honda and speak with Kyle to sign a, “follow up,” form which was literally the initial form I signed back in May. After showing a copy of the form to Kyle, he states he never saw the initial form and basically the warranty cancelation was never processed. He had me sign again and backdated it to the original sign date. I left without a copy of it for my records and emailed the GM Chris and asked for a copy of the paper once it has been submitted. Still no response and it’s mid July. Please know that the customer service ends once you give them your money and purchase a vehicle. I only want them to be accountable for their mistake and make it right.Follow up: I emailed Chris Kleber, the accounting department, and in less than 12 hours, he had a rapid response with extremely satisfactory results. Very impressed. He really helped his team by doing the right thing. Thank you so much Chris Kleber!!
I really enjoyed the visit here my sister was purchasing a car.She was only interested in the used cars, of which they have plenty to choose from. This place is massive. If youre in the market for a car I highly recommend you check this place out.My next vehicle I am going to come straight here.I read somewhere that the average car buying experience usually takes about 6 hours at a dealership......And we were here a lot longer than that.....I admit we did get a little bit impatient there were a couple small things that could have been handled better...All in all we could not have asked for a better salesman and everyone was very friendly...I think if someone has sat there for around 8 or 10 hours and hasnt even left once they should offer to throw me a burger or something....A freaking package of hotdogs on a grill would go a long way.:-)My only real complaint is it took so long I got hungry. When youre spending this kind of money I think they should offer you more than just coffee and hot chocolate.
Mike Ebsen in the Used Car department did a great job working with my wife and me. He worked with us for almost two months while we figured out the vehicle we wanted. Once we found it, he ensured it was functional and had all the customized features we requested. He was easy to work with and consistent in following up. Ask for Mike Ebsen if youre looking for used car.
I inquired about a vehicle I found on the intranet for my daughter, and Mike Maynard from Toyota called me and sent over extra pictures within 15 minutes. Although the car had sold before I got there, he worked hard to find more options for me. We shopped other dealerships, but because Mike kept working so hard to earn our business, we went back to Toyota. Not only did I purchase a 2020 Corolla for my daughter, I ended up trading in my Jeep for a new Camry! Our experience was fantastic! Justin, Daniel, and Mike Thank you for staying late and helping us make the right decision!
Nice and no pushy sales men. They called me back with a option of equivalent value but with dif options. Knew what i was looking for..
Would give zero stars if I could. Came in to look at a vehicle I found online, and no one including the manager knew where it was. Not only did they not know where that vehicle was, but I was drug around the whole facility looking for another one I had found online while waiting to see where the previous one was. Talked to someone a few days later after seeing the price of the original vehicle I looked at go down in price and was told there’s nothing they can do to help. We have incredible credit and are very aggressive about buying a vehicle, yet they obviously don’t care about the customer enough to sell one. Was warned not to go here, but went anyway. Will avoid this place at all cost next time. DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!!! There are plenty of places to buy from in this area/state and surrounding areas. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place!
