My daughter paid CASH for a vehicle on 8/8/2019. Vehicle was NEVER inspected before it left the lot!!! Vehicle had to be taken straight to the shop for our friend to knock dents out the the front tire, align tires, replace O2 sensors and put in a new transmission. Took the car to be inspected, and waited for a call from to Evalution go get the title. It is now 5/5/20 and no title. They will not respond to us via phone or text. I have plenty is texts from August and September. We have fixed the car. We just want the title so my daughter can finally drive it.

I have to say they have the best customer service in the area. All of their vehicles are of very amazing quality. Every staff member in the office was very polite and helpful. Went to evolution motors about a month ago and bought a Kia Sorrento 2013. The owners and most of the staff were fantastic to work with. That establishment was cleaner than any auto sales that I have been to. When it comes down to buying another car as long as the owners still on the place when it is time I would definitely go back

I had purchase a car through evolution auto group on the ending of August today in the 8 of October and Im still waiting on my title. I am waiting out of patience and if I dont receive my title by Friday I will be going through the proper authority because it makes no sense having the car in my drive way without the documentation. It has been over a month now. I purchased my car cash.. Im giving until Friday October 11 2019. To receive or hear something about my title.. Thank you... To whom it may concern
