I just bought a 2003 Volvo it had no warranty and the alternated went out due to it sitting a very long time I paid 185.00 for the alternator and Fitzgerald took off 200 on my car payment for it and then my tow fee was 135 and he took 175 off and to make it way better even took a thousand off the original price I have Absolutely no complaints and they are not a bunch of drug dealers they are very down to earth people and definitely work with you when no one else can and I wouldnt had went anywhere else if I had to do it all over again, great people and cowboy is a very sweet man and I have no idea why anyone would say anything bad about him its just when people do it pay their payments they get repossessed and want to get mad after they have waited to months or more for their payments and want to say hurtful and wrong things about these people and all they ask is a call and even works with you then but I have nothing bad to say about any of them, they are exceptional if you ask me where else could you go and they sell a vehicle as is with no warranty and still take off on youre future payments? To me they arent about the money they are about customers coming back and respect and making the customer happy even if it means taking off payments or out of their pockets.

I recommend this car company to anybody thats looking for a car they are awesome and will work with you... I just want to thank you again ..

Lemon alert!!Please do your research on this company before spending your hard earned money here.Use Google reviews, yellow pages or ask around.Personally, This has been the absolute worst car buying experience of my entire life!!!I ignored the numerous negative reviews on Google and yellow pages, purchased a vehicle from them approximately 2 months ago. The vehicles already misfiring all over the place, and currently non-driveable.I have to travel from site to site for work, I stressed how important it was for my vehicle to be in sound condition. I was assured everything was good and even if there were be any issues, theyd be glad to help take care of it.I did give them an opportunity to fix the problem. A tune-up was supposedly was all I needed. I hesitantly paid them an extra $239.00 for the tune-up hoping it would get me back on the road and back to work (yes I was charged for a tuneup on a vehicle I purchased from them 2 months ago). They claim all theyre responsible for is the inspection, the vehicles arent tuned-up before sale and thats on the buyer. Maybe so BUT.......the tune-up fixed nothing. Now Im out of even more money. Please note Ive been unable to work for 2 + weeks because of this vehicle and its issues. In the past month, Ive spent several hundreds trying to repair this vehicles various issues. (Cylinder Misfires, power steering pressure line, evap Purge solenoid..)**The car was sold with an intentionally disconnected Purge valve** I found this on my first visual inspection of the engine when problems started.Im not quite sure what my legal options but I intend to pursue them to every possible degree.Again, take your hard earned money to a more reputable car dealership.Their one or two positive reviews are from employees or acquaintances.I wouldnt wish this on anyone, especially at this time of the year.Please beware.

I got a car from them on a saturday right before they closed,...it didnt even make it home...edit/ They said they were going to take the car and fix it, the car was so messed up it was unfixable so they decided to give me another car that was way older I didnt like it. I was told prior on the phone many times that I would be able to get my money back if I didnt like the next car and I didnt like it and now they wont give me my money back they only gave me an option to get yet another vehicle but all of their cars are lemons. I WILL be pursuing legal action

I purchased a 2004 lincoln ls from there a little over 30 days ago....they assured me that the air in the vehicle works it just needed some freon...my husband put I dont know how many cans in it...bought recharging parts and still no air...we took it to a mechanic and he said he has no idea what is wrong with the air, now I have to pay money to take it to the dealer..I also signed paperwork to have my tags sent to me in the mail and still no tags and my 30 day tags expired 6 days ago so I have been unable to drive the car...that is so unprofessional. ...hate I ever dealt with them.

It’s been the most horrible decision I have made In my life I brought my car and drove it for 2 days and the radiator had a leak and bad hose had to have it replaced then 2 days later the transmission went out and I haven’t had my car for 2 weeks because apparently it’s getting replaced... they are terrible

I have purchased three vehicles from here since 2009. I have never had any major problems with any of them. When you buy a used vehicle from anywhere you have to understand that it will have some issues with age. I have purchased a 1996 Lexus ls400, a 2000 mercedes clk430, and more recently I helped my mom buy a 2002 dodge dakota truck from them. Sharisia is kind and helpful to the customer and makes the deal work. I recommend this dealership to any one who has less than perfect credit who wants a decent used car. I will purchase from them again.

My experience with Fitzgerald s has been terrible. Once they get your money they become rude. Their after sales service is horrible they try to brush you off like your purchase meant nothing and they lie to you. They had a car listed online and when I got there they said they sold it the day before, if you advertise online, remove your listing if you sold it.
