I love love the car we got from this place but the people there, no. That’s like the only word i have for it, no. It took them a week of changing their minds 15 times on who could sign. The day we go to get the car, after then telling us it was fine to drive off the lot, there’s a big problem with the bank we financed through and now we have to change co signers. Good and done, we got it figured out and 1 week after, We have to put a completely new battery in it “that’s not covered under the warranty” and then the first car payment comes and we message them to see how to pay it and we get “that’s a question for the bank you financed through” and that’s it. So in all honesty dealing with the people that work here almost isn’t even worth the cars they sale. Maybe if the car salesman weren’t in so much competition and maybe if they stopped having such big heads, they could sale cars the right way.

If I could give zero stars I would so my one star will be for my sales person Xochi. First I just want to say recently purchased a car here my sales person was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to help me and my family so this is in no way about him. I would give just him 5 stars if possible. When it comes to the people in charge though I am not satisfied at all. I feel lied to and taken advantage of just to get us to buy a car from them for their profit. They told us they would pay atleast half of our sales tax, so we thought that’s amazing. However, they never once ever told us that they were not really paying the sales tax they were just adding it into our total loan amount for us to pay back. All the times we asked to make sure they were going to pay like they said we always got yes replies never once telling us the truth therefor getting us to purchase the car. It was not until we got our version of the paperwork back that it showed the truth and that they added it to the loan. I feel taken advantage of just so they could make a quick sale of us for their profits and numbers. That is no way a dealership or management should be. If I could go back I would never have purchased the car from them and I for sure will never ever refer someone to them to get a car of their own being as they may be treated that way and lied to as well. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with my purchase from them and the situation. I will also add they forced us to get a service plan that was $3,000 that we did not want and repeatedly told them we did not want yet they added it to our loan amount anyway. And refused us GAP insurance when we asked to get that instead of a service plan. Worst purchase ever and a completely shady business worst that I’ve ever dealt with.

We purchased a new Kia Rio from Crain. It was a whirlwind purchase at around closing time so we really knocked it out and we’re appreciative that our Kia salespeople stayed late after work to make the sale happen. After bringing the car back for a detail we had some scratches on a window and they determined that the small side window would need to be replaced. Our point man Chris wasn’t even our salesperson but he worked extremely hard to make things right and take care of us. A big shoutout to Chris for handling us for all the odds and ends. Needless to say, we ended up with a lot of small issues that had to be ironed out including: the wrong window being ordered, the wrong VIN on the paperwork and some poor communication at times. We had a loaner for a month and ultimately they took care of us and even tinted our windows as a gesture for all the trouble. I wouldn’t let the small issues keep me from buying a car from them again because they did ultimately take good care of us.

Bought my car in February, all cash, they still have yet to give me my title or even a bill of sale to prove I own my vehicle. My tags have been expired for 2 months, and no one has gotten back to me after dozens of ignored calls and voice mails.They failed to inform me that the car needed a new transmission, spark plugs, break pads, and automatic braking system.They refused to let me return the car as well saying there was nothing they could do.This place is a scam, don’t waste your money.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Do NOT ever purchase your vehicle from Crain Kia of Fayetteville. As a matter of fact, I will never purchase another Kia again! This dealership is the most corrupt, manipulative and shady business I have ever dealt with. To make an extremely long story short…We purchased a new Kia Sedona on 3/22/21 and then received a text message on 3/24/21 to return to re-sign paperwork. I spoke with the sales manager, who told me they found an extra rebate and our payment would go down by $5 a month; not much, but every bit counts. So we go in and re-sign everything. Both on 3/22 and 3/24 we were rushed to sign. Shame on us for not reading everything, but shame on them for deceiving us the way they did. The new paperwork did show the new payment…. But that paperwork has since disappeared. Not a single person at that dealership can seem to find these illusive documents. Conveniently though, they can put together a packet of papers dated 3/22, 3/24, and 3/26. Now mind you, we never signed a single document on 3/26… so who signed that? NOT US, and it’s not our signatures either. They conveniently, for them, added an extended warranty and a car care service contract for a total of $3400. We had explicitly told them multiple times that we didn’t want it, so they handed us a massive stack of papers, said we were getting a better rebate and lower monthly payment. While signing the warranty documents, we were told that paperwork was nothing more than our 3 years of FREE oil changes and we had to sign so they could send us our coupons. It wasn’t free, it cost us $3400. This amount just so happens to correspond with the exact same amount as our rebates plus our down payment, for... you guessed it $3400.We ended up paying penalties when we registered the van and we had to pay sales tax on the warranty we told them we didn’t want.To tentatively conclude this ridiculous mess, we have contacted the dealership daily since 4/19 to get a copy of the correct paperwork. It still hasn’t been done. It is nearly impossible to get anyone to return a call, text or email. It has been nearly 3 weeks of daily contact to get our paperwork, and they just keep sending random documents or a packet that doesn’t include the papers we signed on 3/24.I have never experienced anything like this in my life and if I could go back in time, I definitely would not go to Crain Kia of Fayetteville.

Everything is fine until you buy the car. They have the worst service center. You never get anyone on the phone nor do they ever call you back. Finally got tired of the phone issues and went up there. The service center was so SUPER slow to help me, but the sales guy had no problem finding me and tried to get me to buy a new car. Probably will not buy a new car here again because of this service center.They also want to charge to diagnose the car with a HUGE fee. But the same problems keep coming back. Why should I have to pay to keep diagnosing if you cant fix it?

I bought a new car here two weeks ago. To begin with, they charged me $2,000 more than the ad that THEY had posted online. In an attempt to “make it right” (because they couldn’t honor the price they were advertising) I was offered free tinting on my front windows. I have called to schedule it with no calls back. After a week of driving my new car it started having issues, I called to set a service appointment and again, never got a call back. I am very frustrated and would not recommend buying a car here!

Their general manager went out of his way to belittle us for asking about the price of the car and then increased the price from our last visit. This dealership may very well have good employees but the experience we received makes me want to never speak to them again. I cannot in good conscience recommend anyone buying a car or doing any business with this dealer. This was an abhorrent experience I would not wish on another soul.

The only reason I didnt give a 5 star rating is because in the photos the vehicle had floor mats and when I got it there werent any and Im still waiting on my paperwork to be able to tag my car!! I was told that theyd watch for me some floor mats, try to get the second key and really would like to tag my vehicle.I havent recieved the proper paperwork for that and its been 2 weeks.

Someone would pick up the phone and then put me on hold with no acknowledgment. One of the worst experiences Ive ever had buying anything in my entire life. Ironically, I absolutely my actual vehicle, so its really remarkable that I am making this complaint. I have absolutely nothing good to say about this dealer.When I first bought my vehicle, a tire was low. In the course of airing it up at the time of purchase, my self-proclaimed customer service focused salesman lost the stem cover, then tried to lie to my face and say he gave it to me, then tried to stick me with a replacement that didnt fit, then finally tried to act like he did me a big favor by spending $4 on a whole new mismatched set. After two months of regularly having to air up this tire that was supposedly just low because of the weather change I finally come in for my first prepaid maintenance at the dealership and am informed theres been a nail in the tire the whole time and Im being charged $37 to fix it.They also lost my floor mats when my car was getting detailed at the time of purchase, which I didnt notice until the next day, and refused to replace them. That was another $110 out of my pocket for something I already paid for. Five days after I bought the car, the batteries in both of my fobs were dead and I had to deal with that hassle right away.I didnt get my title in the mail until the day my temp tag expired, and there was a whole other hassle around that. Everything is a hassle with Crain Kia and the employees are awful to deal with. If you want to experience virtually every negative stereotype about a used car salesman, shop here.Also, who doesnt send a buyer off the lot with a full tank of gas? Their entire operation is just plain shoddy. Again, I love my car, but I despise this dealership and every experience Ive had with them. I beg you to take your business anywhere else. I promise that you cant do any worse than Crain Kia of Fayetteville. Its the bottom of the barrel.

My favorite 2007 car with 250,000 miles finally bit the dust and I needed a new car ASAP!To be honest I was not looking forward to the hassle and pressure that usually comes with purchasing a vehicle from a dealership, but Crain Kia proved me wrong. Our sales associate Adrian made the experience a very pleasant one. He showed us only what we were looking for, gave us the best possible deal with minimal negotiating, and we were not pressured into extra bells, whistles, warrantees etc... We were in and out in less than an hour! They also made a special exception and had the car ready for us in a few hours because we lived several hours out of town and would have had to return the next day. My salesperson started out but marking up the car 4,000 over the sticker price. He would only lower it after we pointed out that it had been used as a demo and had over 2,300 miles on it. They said they would have everything ready when we got there but still took almost two hours. I had asked to get the black wheels, like I had seen on the other Soul. Instead of switching the wheels and letting me drive away with them they made me come back and drop off my car. He told me it would be for one day and I would get a loaner, but it was 3 days no loaner. The car came back to me and someone had been eating candy in it (they dropped some in the seat). I can only assume this inconvenience was retaliation for not letting him rip me off an extra 4 thousand dollars. I will drive to another city next time I get a Kia just to avoid the Crain name. Fort Smith is no better they refused to fix a part that was going to be recalled just days later,and only went through with repairs after we called Kia directly.

Although this dealership worked with us well to get my 2015 Dodge Challenger, I will not be purchasing another vehicle from them. My car was dropped off for an oil change, and while in their custody, obtained physical damage. After being told by their service department and manager that this would be taken care of, me getting all the estimates they requested, I was just told that more than likely they will not be fixing my car because its not their fault because it wasnt in their shop when it was damaged.

I have bought my last two cares from Crain Kia Fayetteville, so to rate them low is sad for me. I called inquiring about trading and getting suv; I know ahead of time, my credit isnt that great. The past four years, Tina and Chad both were super friendly and helpful, did everything to get me into my cars. This go round, not so much. I gave Darren all my information who was suppose to get back to me, never did. ED sent me an email which I responded yes to continue with information and nothing. I recieved an email from Lexi asking if this was good email to send information to and I replied yes and gave my phone number again. Still nothing, so I sent a chat and inquired again. Still nothing, so I called. Receptionist put me on hold to see if Darren was busy, when she came back to phone she said Darren said you need a cosigner if you want to make a deal. REALLY DUDE! You couldnt have just gotten back to me and said that? So disappointed in you guys and my car business just went elsewhere. Sad after 4 good years of associates and now those whod rather ignore you than just say hey, with your credit, you need a cosigner.

I had the best dealership experience ever at Crain in Fayetteville. I actually bought a Dodge Charger there because I couldnt find one in Tulsa. They were easy to negotiate with and were completely honest throughout. I almost bought somewhere else but the deal fell through because they werent honest about rebates and what the agreed out the door price was going to be so I walked away. But Crain kept it straight forward. I bought the car before making the trip and when I arrived to sign papers, it was exactly as described with the price I agreed to pay.Thanks for your help, Dustin!

My friend Raquel bought a “nearly new” 2019 Honda Civic with 1000 miles. She had the car less than 2 weeks, when on a road trip over 100 miles from her home, she was locked out with some type of electrical problem. She had to have it towed to the nearest Honda dealership due to the warranty she bought with Honda. She has tried for almost a week to get Kia to work with her. In the process she discovered that 2 previous owners returned the car with the same problem. After many calls, voice messages and emails she finally spoke to a manager who blamed her for the issues. If this dealership has a shred of integrity left, they should take the car back, fix the issues or cut their losses and stop trying to pawn it off on an unsuspecting buyer.After her horrible experience and reading similar reviews from others, I would never do business with this company. Buyer beware!

I had a terrible experience with Crain Kia. We found one of their cars that interested us on their website. It had all the extras we wanted. Called the dealership and talked to Manny who verified the extras and the car was still available. We made an after hours appt and drove 2 1/2 hours to see the car. He texted us just before the appt time to say he could not meet us but go ahead and look at the car. We had the VIN number and found it on the lot. It had none of the extras we wanted. It was not the same car from the website! When I called the dealership they said sorry the website was wrong. Must have been a mistake by the person doing the website. We wasted over 5 hours driving to see a car that did not exist! And the sales mgr. was not apologetic or concerned. He just called it a mistake. We call it false advertising. We will NEVER do business with Crain dealerships. Buyer Beware!!!

I would definitely stay away from these people for mechanic work. I took my van into them because the water pump was leaking and van was overheating. They looked at it and quoted me $2,200 for various necessary fixes, but not the water pump. They said it would take a day to fix so I made an appointment and took it in on a Monday. There was some issue and they didnt order the correct parts. Said they would have it done by Thursday then on Thursday it was well maybe Friday but probably not, but definitely next Monday. Monday when we call, well looks like it will be Tuesday at 10. On Tuesday they told me they got it all back together but low and behold the water pump does leak. It is going to be another $600 to fix that, they might be able to fix it by Thursday. We knew it was leaking, that is why we took it too them in the first place. If they had quoted me $2,800 to begin with I probably would have just gotten another van. Utterly disgusted.

I recently 5 months to be exact purchased a 34,000 car from Kia dealership, Thinking because the price and the Wonderful customer service that I was getting a good a reliable car. For the most part it was. I had a fender bender which my insurance company had paid for. I used Autopark Collison and Repair( AMAZING PEOPLE BTW) and as they start to repair my car they see were my car was literally welded and put back together like a 5 year old had done it. Thats when autopark Showed me that my car had PRIOR wreck damage and literally was covered by just a bumper. It s going to cost me Close to 20,000 out my pocket to fix a car that I just purchased for 34,000. Anyway I go and try to explain this to kia and The supervisor tells me this has nothing to do with them. They bought my car from an AUCTION and did not inspect it. I then told him well I bought the car from yall and pay 525 a month and your still expecting payments for a car that was sold to me under fraud! REMIND YALL THE CAR FAX HAS NO ACCIDENTS ON THE REPORT!! The supervisor then tells me to leave, stands up and acts as if he is going to physically put me out, I have a broken right foot and he is yelling telling me to get out before any of the other customers could hear the situation and constantly saying that this has nothing to do with KIA and to wait to hear from my insurance company. tHEN HE TELLS ME IT WAS ILLEGAL FOR MY GODFATHER TO BUY ME A CAR FROM THEM... SO IT DOESNT EVEN MATTER.( I have no clue why he would say that or why it had anything to do with them selling me a wrecked car!) IF YOU FOLLOW MY COMMENT I WILL KEEP YOU UPDATED.

I had a wonderful experience thanks to Kristi, Chris, Ed they all helped me between Kristi getting my recall on my Sedona fixed so it would be drivable and gave me a loaner until it was fixed and Chris and Ed helped me get into a new 2020 Kia Soul even though I wanted other cars I actually like this car and Im glad they helped me get a great deal my payments where I need them everything my overall experience was beyond wonderful thanks to Kristi and Chris and Ed for making my experience great and getting me into a smaller car like I wanted and my payment where I need them

I have been promised a good deal over the phone for a trade in. Asked couple times before driving 1 hour to Fayetteville if they were sure they can give the price they quoted on the phone. I was assured by Dustin that was the deal. As soon as I arrived, sales person Dustin suddenly says he just found out he made a mistake offering a deal. Basically, they will promise you anything to lure you! Beware!!! I was furious that unprofessional people dont value customers time.

This is a review for Fayetteville Crain Kia SERVICE Center! Great job and friendly staff. We were 10 hours from home and the Sorento started acting up. The staff was super helpful! This was by far the WORST deal I have gone through. We purchased a ford edge from them in February, 2019 (weeks before my wife was due to have our first child.) A few weeks after owning the car, we took it back to them due to it pulling to the left. Service called me back saying we had a bent sub-frame. At first they tried blaming it on running over some train tracks. After I pointed out how ridiculous that sounded, only owning the car 2 weeks, Doug agreed to have it fixed under their expense. Fortunately, they did give us a loaner car for the 2 months they had our car. They replaced the sub-frame and lower control arm, in the meantime triggering an airbag. The car had to go to ford to have the clock spring replaced and disable the airbag. We got the car back in April to still find it pulling to the left. We took it back, they mounted and balanced the tires and insisted the alignment machine was in the green. When we finally got the car back, it is now making a popping sound when turning and is also creaking when coming to a stop or accelerating from a stop. These sounds were not present before. I called and spoke to the new General Manager Tom to hear I am not covering that. You have put miles on the car after we repaired it. It will be your expense now. We will NEVER be doing business with them again

While traveling, my engine failed on Interstate 49 in Arkansas with a short warning (spontaneous knocking). At 96,000 miles my 2014 Optima SX Turbo gave up the ghost while working over a thousand miles away from home. After calling roadside assistance through my insurance company it was towed to Crain Kia of Fayetteville. Within 24hrs, I was issued a rental car while the engine was on order. Three weeks later I returned the rental and was back in my car. After driving it a few days the check engine light illuminated and the acceleration started to lag. I informed Thomas the service manager and he explained that I had to leave it overnight for a cold start inspection. Once again I was given a loaner from the dealer while they figure out the problem. Two days later he called me to say service was complete and that the problem was the turbo waste gate needing adjustments. My car is now running like new. All of this at no charge! Thank you Thomas, Cody, Chris, and the service technicians involved for your skill and dedication! This type of service ensures Kia retains their customers. God bless!

They overpromised and under delivered. I was very disappointed in their customer service and how they misled me into believing I could have a purchase (despite stating to them I could purchase it all in cash or some cash and some financed). Beware of this dealership, better to go elsewhere. They also make more inquiries into your credit than is necessary which will reduce your credit score.

Not happy today. Ive had my car there for service before and have had no problems. Today I had problems. The recall I took my car in for was not addressed during the 5 days they had my car. They did my oil change and an engine recall, but not the recall I specifically dropped the car off for. Shelley and Sam were very helpful in addressing my problem when I picked up the car, but I should have already been aware that there is a back order for the recall parts, but the gentleman (Cody) who took my car in did not pay enough attention to what I was telling him when I dropped it off. Hopefully they will correct the issue when the parts come in. Ask for Shelley or Sam when dropping your car off.

This was my first time buying a vehicle..the salesman knew this beforehand and i believe it may have had influence on the way i feel he scammed me. To start. I showed up to look at a truck and was rushed into the purchase, didnt get to look the vehicle over before being pushed to a test drive and then hurried inside to sign paperwork....i realized afterwards.the vehicle has paint fade. Paint chips, and scratches and dings everywhere, including some rust inside the fenders. Not only was their asking price higher than I liked (and 3k above blue book) but after purchasing the vehicle (regrettably) i got it home and noticed all the flaws i feel the salesman purposefully kept me from seeing as he was being so hasty with me.. Unsatisfied with how the purchase went I talked to the salesman about their 100 hour return policy which i was told i was able to use if needed with this truck while i was doing the financing (and honestly the only reason i signed paperwork) WELL they apparently forgot to mention that if a bank finances the vehicle, that 100 hour policy doesnt apply whatsoever if the bank sends payment within that 100 hours. So i had told the salesman within the 100 hours already that i wanted to return the truck just to get blown off like its not their problem at all. And NOW after day 6 of owning the vehicle i paid $20,000+ for, the battery just goes out completely and im left having to jump the truck just to get home fron work. I Tried to start the truck after i got home and battery is definitely done. And they also claim to have inspected this 85k mile vehicle...

They must have kindergartners working in their finance department. They screwed up paperwork on two different cars that we bought within two weeks of each other.When we call about it we never get a return call. They changed finance companies on one of the cars a couple of times after we left the dealership, when we thought everything was finalized. We will never buy another vehicle from ANY Crain dealership again. We will go to Tulsa or Fort Smith if we have to.
