I bought my car here and they were fair and honest. I have not had many repairs, but when I did the price was fair.

I asked the guy at the front desk if they could fix my car and he responded very rudely and loud that he could but they weren’t gonna do it today or tomorrow. Wow!! I will take my services some where else.

I love their work and their great customer services. I take my navigator and my charger there for any services needed I have been dealing with this company for years. Have brought my car in for services and instead of me calling an Uber to go get my charger for Inspection. They took me home and drop me off. Was able to keep that money in my pocket

I had a wonderful experience. Everyone was so kind and nice, and eager to assist me with my car. I needed 4 new tires to pass inspection and Mr. Peters jumped on the phone immediately and found me the best deal possible. It was over $200 less than the dealership was trying to charge me. The work was done quickly and professionally. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone, a family like atmosphere and a wonderful group of people. Thanks for all your help!!!

Just the nicest grumpy old men run this shop. they always take care of our cars routine maintenance and they always pull through for me when I have car trouble. Very reasonably priced and honest. Skip jiffy lube and give this local business a chance to win you over too.

The place is outdated and the owner seems like a crook. The mechanics seem to know what to do and are knowledgeable. However, because of the owner the place is overpriced and has a very close minded attitude.

Called asking about installing stock mufflers, and before I finished my questions the guy that answered the phone said, I wouldnt even put them on if they are yours. I wouldnt put them on today anyway and then he hung up. Wow!!!!and they expect customers to come there for that. I own a performance parts business and I was calling to see if I was able to get service that is good enough for me to recommend to my customers...

Ive been taking my vehicles to Mr. Peters for years. Work has always been excellent and I have no complaints about his prices. Ive always found him and the others who work there to be a very friendly and competent group. In fact, Mr. Peters didnt charge my son when his technician did a pre-purchase evaluation of a car he ended buying from another dealer! Ive been through a number of auto shops during my many years in Cumberland County and dont believe Ive found any that compare to Owen Drive Service Center.

I dont know why other people has a bad experience with this place, the way I look at it if you respect someone they respect you. Some people like ass kissers and this is not the place for you. Respect them and they will respect you. I have always had a good experience with everyone here, good Mechanics and good people.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE... I had to literally stare the owner in the eye for over 10 minutes before he even acknowledged my presence... the other guys were friendly and actually seemed like cool people, but the owner or the guy over the money, is a complete jerk towards people...

Whoever answered the phone had a very rude attitude and hung up in my face when I asked about a Muffler Delete!!

Great place to get your muffler worked on people are really nice and kind there as long as youre not a dummy and dont act like one.

I like the service just a little slow. Had to pay extra to get my car done that day.

If you do make the mistake of going here, just know the owner of this shop Mr. Peters Is Tri Polar. He is very rude to people, he thinks he can take his money with him obviously and will not let you hold a civil conversation for nothing. Will talk all over you. I would’t Trust this place as far as I could throw it! Make sure your parts are replaced and not jerry rigged too!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would have. I called on the phone about getting 30 minutes worth of exhaust work done. The guy on the phone said they could get me right in, even quoted me a price of $75. Not bad. Then I show up and the rude old man behind the counter barks at me that it will be over an hour before he might be able to get me in. I asked for clarification based on what I was told over the phone and he just said have a nice day and told me to leave. Probably one of the rudest people Ive come across in Fayetteville. Go anywhere but this shop!!!

He hung up in my face because he didn’t want me to take the muffler off my car. And the price to high!!!!!!!!

I had the worst experience with this company. I am assuming the older man who helped me was the owner. He was rude and I felt was racist. My next step is to report him to BBB. Yesterday I called to get a quote on service and the gentleman on the phone was polite and courtesy. He advised me to bring it in to ensure that was exactly what I need prior to replacement because due to my year and explanation it did not appear to be the problem. This morning I went in and the experience I had was so awful I left without completing the service. Woukd NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SHOP.

I Had a horrible experience with this place. The Owner is Rude and Disrespectful as others have said. They tried to charge me for work I never asked them to do. They Refused to release my car without paying a bill for services I did not ask for. I had to get law enforcement involved. BEWARE unless You enjoy being Ripped off.

Been here a few times in 4 years. Went to get muffler work one day and the older gentleman behind the counter said there wasnt enough time I was told by another shop it was a thirty minute job. My mistake was relaying this info to the older gentleman as he asked me to leave that I offended him and if I knew so much why not do it my self......upon leaving I called to clarify things and he said he didnt even know why it offended him but he thought I was taking a cheap shot at him.....will not recommend or return.

Better customer service would help

Horrible service, I had my ignition coils changed, they told me it was due to water damage. Then a few months later the issue accured again, I take it to another mechanic find out all my coils are bad and to change them all it would cost the price of one at the this mechanic.

Rude! Rude! Rude!The owner mr. peters which is a old man that sits behind the counter has No customer service skills what so ever!!! Does not thank customer loyalty. Has no personality!! He chased me off his business because I asked for a $20 discount for being a loyal customer. He is nothing but a rotten old man who is aching to yell at you. I also pick up that he is racist. He thinks hes the only auto service in town.. lolPlease do not give your hard earned money to rude biz owners !!!

All I can say is terrible customer service, neither do they log any information about them having done work on your vehicle. If you dont believe you can try them for your self, but recommendation is that you dont.
