Waited 8 weeks to have a repair done to my car. They had the parts, but couldnt find anyone to install them. Its been an 8 week stress-filled mess. The complete lack of communication from ANYONE at this dealership is astounding. Ive owned 4 Kias in my life. After this, and horrible problems with regional customer service, I will NEVER own another Kia. Great cars but the WORST customer service on the planet

The workers were very unprofessional and had a complete disregard for the mask mandate that the state of Arkansas has set in place. Many customers and employees were not wearing masks and did not care to put one on when approaching customers, even the elderly customers.
