Travis was very friendly and helpful! He took my car in and performed a 60k service in a professional reasonable manner. Price was affordable and even significantly less than the quote I got from the subaru dealer. I’ll definitley be back!

As I sit here early in the morning, waiting on my friend to drop her car off; Im able to be extra observant. These people have cameras everywhere on the property. Unlike most rual mechanic shops, this one is clean. Like clean clean. Everything looks very nice. The outside is well maintained. There is not a bunch of junk cars just all over and in the way. Ill update about the service later.

Shawn fixed a coolant leak and discovered the last place I took it to put the oil filter on incorrectly. They ordered the part I needed and changed my oil. He gives you legitimate advice, wont do any unnecessary repairs, and his prices are very fair. I wont take my car anywhere else for repairs and would highly recommended him. I had such a great experience with Shawn at Bear Mountain!!! He took the time to talk with me and explain exactly what was happening with my car. If I had gone anywhere else I would have gotten taken advantage of for sure and charged probably 2-3 times as much. Shawn is incredibly patient, honest and fair. A regular David Puddy if you will. I cannot recommend this shop highly enough!!
