Bent the chrome hubcap on my truck and was indifferent about it.still charged full price and didnt offer to correct it. Wouldnt want to do business with them again. He knew he did this and would not talk about it.Wish there were negative stars I would give 5.

Increased the price AFTER job was done, when expressed my discomfort his only response was we can undo the job not even sorry for the inconvenience. And then said he DOES NOT LIKE WORKING WITH LATINOS. Price wasnt unreasonable but horrible service. Id never return or recommend it to anyone.

I always go here to have my tire pressure checked because Im really bad at putting the right amount of air in. Luckily when I went in today they saw that one of my tires was showing belts on the inside edge. I asked them to put 4 new ones on and they were done in 20 minutes. Excellent service and nice people all around.

Dont waist your money . The tiers are over priced for the quality, they dont change the valves when installing new tiers even tho it is standard at every other tier shop I called.These guys are scam artist

Ok. Tire repair #2. So after calling a couple of the “big shops” to see if they could remove a screw and plug a tire, i was told...man I’m booked or you can go somewhere else to get it done. But, I found Gustavo! Called them about my predicament. They said, “Sure! Come on over!” Pulled up—nice gentleman whipped out a jack, I put on my emergency brake, and in 5 minutes, I was on my way. Dang!!! You guys rock!!! Thanks for getting this done so quickly!!!

Im here to tell you right now, this man does incredible work. He has been a staple of our family for a while now even though he probably doesnt know it. Ive used him a few times now to get new tires, alignment workand hes even patched me up a few times In the past. Hes always been there on the spot getting the job done very quickly and very efficiently. These guys do wonderful work and I highly suggest coming to his shop for all your tire needs and others. Dont think twice, you need to head on to Gustavo. They take care of their customers and they do it for an affordable and fair price. I have gone to him for 3 years and very quick service but now tire prices keep going up and they are used also today I called before I went because I needed tires badly and over the phone he said he had my tire sizes I needed I went in he took off my tires and then he said he doesnt have any so with that he lost my business and I went down the road to tire trax and they had my tires for $10 cheaper and checked my car for free

Gustavo is NOT transparent on his pricing. STAY AWAY. go to walmart or something. He will find every single way to charge you and what seems to be a bargain will turn out to be an arm and a leg. Ive tried him twice (first time was a mistake, and second time is when I decided to give him one more chance because he is nearby where I live). Gustavo, not every body going to your shop is cheap, hence do not treat them like they are. If you stay honest, people will come! You ARE NOT HONEST. If you make money the dishonest way, that money will end up be spent somewhere else.

I had a brake lite bulb that apparently just burnt out. They were just down the street so I pulled in to see if they cod fix it like now. It was 4 30 so most auto service repair shops are finishing up so the customers who had appts could pick up there cars. I was surprised they gladly and with a smile said yes we can do that for ya. I honestly expected a no and if so I would understand. I felt that went over & beyond expectations.. thanks guys

I went in late on a Saturday to get my 2 front tires replaced. Got my vehicle home and noticed a leak in one of the tires. By the time I noticed they were closed. Went back in Monday and they made it right with no extra charge. Great service and really understanding people!

I love this place for used tires. So far Ive also brought them a door/window repair and they not only pulled it off for a very reasonable rate, but went out of their way to switch out the parts when I accidentally brought the wrong one.

WORST place Ive ever been to!!! If I could give it 0 stars I would. I called ahead and asked if they had the right size used tires, and they said yes. I told them what size I needed again when I got there. They still managed to put on the wrong size, and a woman and a CHILD put them on! I didnt realize they gave me the wrong size until I got home and they were closed. When I called back, the only option given was ordering new ones for double the price! When I called back and said that wouldnt work because I could new ones cheaper elsewhere, the owner REFUSED to match that price, and raised his voice, spoke over me, and tried to rush me off the phone! He also said I would have to pay a cancellation fee. DONT EVER GO THERE, HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, WHERE THEY DONT OWN UP TO THEIR MISTAKES, AND THEY HAVE CHILDREN WORKING FOR THEM!!!

Really Quick service and low prices

These guys can always help me out. They dont always have exactly the tire you need if you drive a truck, but theyll slap something together for you to get you roadworthy if you have a flat or similar emergency. $40 for a used tire is better than $120+ for a wrecker! Give them some heads up and they can really help you out. I dont go anywhere else for tires. Theyll also do some routine maintenance, but you have to bring any needed parts or fluids with you. They do take some cards, but you should bring cash because the machine is a bit unreliable. Always fast and friendly service at Gustavos!

Idk whats the deal with all the 1star reviews. I asked for a used tire because of a blow out. Within 10 minutes they had my old tire off, the replacement tire on the rim, I paid & I was already on my way. Great customer service and he spoke English perfectly if that matters to you.....

This is the worst place to get a tire anywhere in NWA. The idiot put 2 different sized tires on the front of my car, the one on the right side was a 195 and the one on the drivers side was a 250. I just hope my transmission isnt damaged by his ineptitude. Then when I tried to talk to him he kept saying no english! Well he sure liked my English money! Dont do business with them. Tire Tracks is right down the road and they do you right!

I went to buy 4 tires for my car with Gustavo and the workers there helped me they were kind, and respectful and at the end of the day they gave me a great price used tires almost new ones I recommend them to you all.

Dont take your care to these people the dont honor the work the do i had a tire brand new installed and the lady that installed was having a hard time with the tire while balancing it drove my car and it has a terrible vibration i took it back the guy says its a bad tire but yet wanted me to pay to balance it again i took my ca r to tire tracks and they balanced the tire and guess what no vibration this place is a rip off dont take your car there because if they do something wrong they make up stuff just so they wont have to do their bad work over

Well I can see how all these post are almost a year old because my service sucked at this place. Went to get a new tire put on because of a blow out I had and this guy being close and having decent reviews. DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE. I asked for a new tire and was told it would be about 15 mins and just to wait, ok no problem for me. But when I wait 45 mins while I watch you help countless others then you roll me a used tire when I asked for a new one and then you also dont put it on. Any place I have ever gone it was basically understood that youll be installing the tire unless I ask them not too. So to not even ask me until after Im done putting it on if I need assistance thanks but no thanks. BUT the kicker is finding out after driving over 2000 miles on the tire that he overfilled it by 20 psi and once I realized that was the issue and fixed it, my while front end is wobbling and pulling like it needs a new alignment or even more. Cursing ever going to this shady ass shop, they probably didnt even balance my tire.

Was very sketchy from start to finish, and my car left making a weird noise.

Went in to get tire plugged, which they did. But when i went to discount tire. to have them fix the same tire. I was told they couldnt service the tire. Because it was plugged with the same material use to plug a lawnmower.

Not a place to go unless you have cheap wheels and tires. I went over to give them a chance as doing my tires for cheap, though, I could tell they did not have the best training, nor could anyone speak English effectively enough to run the business.
