The Grease Pig was quick and easy in and out! Had a leak in the tire and wouldnt hold air.. they plugged it up and I didnt even have to get out of the truck, except to pay.. I did go inside. Very convenient, helpful, and friendly!

HAPPY CUSTOMER REVIEW--TLDR; Use The Grease Pig on College Ave-- theyre awesome!Yesterday around 2:00, while my 9yo and I were running errands in Fayetteville (almost 3 hours from home), my truck started to massively overheat. I was *just* able to crawl us into the parking lot of The Grease Pig on College Ave. They brought it in to check it out for me (without an appointment), pronounced it undrivable and way too hot to touch, and informed me their mechanics were booked out ten days. We just moved from out of state and dont know anyone here, so I called my husband-- had him feed and water all the livestock, load up our other two boys, and head out to come get us-- and my kid and I settled in to wait for him. (During that time, they had a steady stream of customers in and out-- it was never slow.)Several employees were feeling pretty bad for us, so they spoke to the manager (Joe) about it and arranged to just look at my truck in the parking lot after it had cooled to see if it was something they could slap back together to get us back on the road. It wasnt, but they graciously offered to fit me in at the end of the night and have it ready by morning. They made sure we knew that theyd keep the lobby open for us until my husband was able to get there, and Joe even offered to take us halfway home at closing if he hadnt made it yet. They pulled my truck into the shop around 4:00, my husband arrived just before closing. We made arrangements to come back the next day, and started to head home.Before we could even get dinner for the kids, I got a call from Joe.. Yall. I could have cried. Even though they all had kids at home waiting on them, theyd stayed a little late and the mechanic (Carl) knew a trick. My truck was done and they didnt want us to have to drive 6 hours round trip again with all the kids in tow. Could we turn around? AND the bill was almost $200 LESS than what they quoted me because they were able to save on the labor.I wouldnt hesitate to recommend the entire shop to anyone who is looking for a mechanic or general car maintenance. They are all genuinely good, honest, knowledgeable people and they go well above and beyond. We sat in the waiting room for over two hours-- almost everyone was a repeat customer, and everyone left happy. We will absolutely be returning for all of our general maintenance needs, and mechanical issues if possible, despite the drive.

I will have no problem filling this card up and getting my free oil change. I love that I don’t have to make an appointment for an oil change. Just pull right up, give em your keys, and then go check in. Wait 20-30 mins and bam! oil change complete. Oh, and they wash the windshield and back glass and vacuum out your floor boards! Staff is friendly and professional. The guys in the shop do a thorough job of explaining what exactly they are going to do and anything else that needs to be done. Again, it’s great that I can just pull in when it is convenient for me and not have to take a whole afternoon or morning to get it done.

Weve used Grease Pig for years and have always been very pleased. They are incredibly professional. They go out of their way to explain any recommended repairs or replacements and knowledgably answer all questions. I feel bad that its taken me this long to give them a review, but I realized the other day that given they are local and amazing I should make sure to show some love.

My car was making sounds as if it was a diesel truck but it is definitely not. I was recommended The Grease Pig from an employee at ORileys. They were super friendly and professional. Got me in that day and gave me direction on what I needed to do next. Unfortunately they didnt have the part that was needed but pointed me in the direction of where I could go. Every time I go here I am pleasantly surprised with the speed of service even on a busy Friday afternoon. The employees don’t jerk you around and try to do extra things on your car just to bill you more. Before they do anything more than what you ask for, they ALWAYS check in with you first. Great people, Great business.I was traveling and just happened to have my own oil and filter. I asked if they could just change the oil first me. They got me in and out in no time. They went the extra mile and topped off my windshield wiper fluid and adjusted my air pressure in the tires.

Great service every time. They have helped my friend get back on the road with a payment plan or repairs, helped another friend get a transmission on a large van and I have had my oil changed there several times with speed and great service.

My son is a student at U of Ark. He recently had a problem with his car. We really thought it was the alternator by the symptoms. We decided to go top The Grease Pig because the reviews are good. I also read the owners personal statement on the website and he sounded sincere and thoughtful. We called to make an appointment, but they were booked through the end of the month (a little over a week). We thought about taking it to Midas, but I felt like The Grease Pig being family owned and with their honest reputation was worth waiting. So we later found out after they thoroughly checked it, that it was only the battery. This was a lot less costly than if had been the alternator. I would definitely recommend these folks. They are honest, competent, and provide a great service at a fair price.

They allowed me to stay in my car. They installed a windshield wiper I had bought previously and they were Awesome, explaining any thing they thought I should know about my car. I will be back!

As I cant quite say how their work is personally from experience yet, I can say this is the friendliest welcoming shop Ive been to. I went to midas originally, had problems there. But took it here, they got me in so quick after setting up an appointment, and they were thorough in investigating my car. I will update after I have my service done next week.On a side note though as I was waiting on my car, from the moment they opened till an hour later they already had done at least 6 cars for oil. Fastest place Ive ever seen plus seems like they clean your car too.

Have an 09 Honda Civic and needed to have a bunch of maintenance done to get it tuned up(CV axel replaced, transmission fluids flushed, alignment, full AC repair, starter replaced) Joe and the team were more than helpful. They were quick and accommodating. After AC was replaced the car started vibrating and brought it in the next day after talking with joe and they cleaned the throttle body to fix it at no extra cost. Will be taking my vehicle here for all future maintenance/ repairs. Can’t recommend them enough, wish I could give them more than 5 stars! Incredible experience in customer service.

We are from Dallas and had two sons attend UA and this is the best shop in town for auto repair. Super honest and work done right for less than others like Firestone. Highly recommended!

Great for oil changes but they charge a very good penny to look at anything else and the wait list for repairs is pretty long. Oil changes generally take around 30m because this location is very busy but worth the wait if you cant (or dont get paid enough XD) to change your vehicles oil yourself. I advise an early visit in the AM near opening if your needing a quick in and out oil change. They will also refill your fluids which is nice for no extra charge and change out your wiper blades (for the price of the wipers only). Recommended for sure. But only if youre doing your oil. Lol

Your treated high on the hog at Grease Pig. They are very thorough and open with issues, suggestions and recommendations. Zero pressure to spend more if they think you could benefit from something else. They find an issue with our coolant system, offered to repair, suggested we check with Buick about recall, but at no time did we feel any pressure to let them fix it for an extra fee. The glass cleaning and vacuuming are icing on the cake. This will be our new go-to maintenance shop.

Oil change, A/C, and brake check.

Went in for an oil change. It was fairly fast service. Wait time was very minimal considering the amount of people were in front of me. They air up the tires and top off coolant and wiper fluid included in the oil change. Woukd definitely recommend.

The people at the shop were very helpful. I went for an oil change on Monday (my first oil change in 10,000 miles) and the guy changing my oil fussed at me a bit for my lack of car maintenance. I don’t blame him though, I would have fussed at me, too! They adjusted my tire pressure, told me all of the things they saw that required maintenance, and for my conventional oil change, it was only $45, which is not bad at all! They gave me a punch card, so every 7 oil changes I get one free. They also re-aired my tires for free, which was quite nice.

We needed a top off of oil for our Thanksgiving trip and barely made it in. Thank you and huge shoutout to Chase and crew. Customer service and vehicle service is phenomenal! Love this place👏

2018 Rav4. First time. Last time. Charged $35 more than the dealer charges. Pushed the $25 cabin filter that costs $8 and takes 3 minutes to change yourself. Pushed some mysterious oil conditioners for who knows how much. Crankcase was overfilled as were the tires. Why go here vs. the dealer? Way overrated and overpriced.

Went to them this morning. Great hospitality and they fixed my tire in a matter of seconds. Very professional and have great attitudes would definitely recommend this place.

If this place tries to sell you an air filter, make sure you inspect it yourself and leave with the air old filter. This place has “replaced” my air filter twice now without actually replacing anything. They are nice people, but DAMN.

They say they work on everything - but would only perform my oil change and not the other services because I drive a Mercedes. Recommended me to another shop. Please don’t advertise that you work on everything if you do not. Was told - we don’t carry this oil. I specifically asked if they could not get it or didn’t want to - and he said again they do not carry it. Why wasn’t I told that when I left my car for service? Seems like a workload management manuever. They were busy and didn’t want to do the extra services period.

Thanks for being one of best, one stop shop places in Fayetteville. Had car towed to there shop. They had me back on the road next day; when other shops told me it would be 4 days before they could look at my vehicle.

This is one of the most amazing businesses I have ever witnessed. The technicians are courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, and very professional. The manager certainly knows how to relate to his customers. Today they totally went the extra mile. I was having difficulty installing a new battery at a nearby business. They came to me, pointed out another business had sold me the wrong battery, waited while I exchanged it, and installed it when I returned. Wow! If you need your car serviced or repaired, the Grease Pig on College Ave is the place to go!

This location and the dealership are the only places Ive taken my vehicle since moving to Fayetteville. Shanna (spell check, please) and Joe are both experienced. Did a great job installing a new thermostat recently, among other solid past work.

I cant say enough good things about Grease Pig -- I have never trusted a mechanic more, in my 30 years of driving. Yesterday we brought our car in for them to take a look at, and they figured out that it was an issue that was dealer mechanic-specific and advised us that it would be more cost efficient for us to work through the dealer. They also diagnosed another, more significant problem that I wasnt even aware that we had, and advised us to tell the dealer mechanic about it -- also told me that if the car was under warranty, it should be covered. Sure enough, the problem they diagnosed was there and costs $4500 to fix -- all covered by our warranty, but only for 10,000 more miles. If they hadnt notified us of it, we would have been out of luck and nearly $5000. They charged me nothing to diagnose these issues and send me to the dealer because it was better for me, despite the fact that they lost $$$ by sending the business somewhere else. Theyre busy, and you have to call ahead to set up an appointment, but trust me, theres a REASON theyre busy -- theyre absolutely fantastic.

Went to these guys yesterday to get my oil changed. They really know how to hustle and get you in and out. They do a check on all sorts of parts while they have your car, and if any of them look like they need replacing, they will show you the part, and why it needs to be replaced. Very friendly also. not to mention, prices are very competitive. I own a 2006 BMW, and the dealership quoted an oil change for $140. These guys did it with the same parts for $90, and that is with the premium stuff. I WILL be coming back for more routine maintenance, and I WILL recommend this place to anyone needing service done.

I took my jeep in they told me I had to replace the front axle upper and lower control arms and that the frame was bent they charged me 68 to tell me this it was going to host like three thousand dollars I went to see burg 139.00 and I ordered the bracket and they did a front end alignment will not go back would not recommend them for nothing scammers

Service was a bit faster than most places, not 30 mins in my first experience. Its ok but makes me wonder if they actually took the time to change the oil and check everything. Rushing is not always a good service. Price is about the same as Walmart Auto, around $39.99 for full service. However they charged another $10 for service pro synthetic oil which I thought would be included with the full service! Then theres oil disposal fee of $.99. Plus tax ofc. Garsh
