Must say was an below average experience.Situation:I brought my vehicle in for oil and tire rotations for a long 10 hour travel that had to happen on Monday. I got there at 1:30pm on Saturday and dropped off my vehicle just fine. I had a coupon from them in the mail for both services for $55... Which is an amazing deal.What happened:About an hour after I left I received about 2 phone calls about 30 minutes apart from Honda to try to sale me into a new vehicle when I did not consent to sales calls. This is not what I came in for! I see what the coupon was really for.Thats not it....At about 3:30pm I get a call from the service department saying that they did the oil change but could not do tire rotations because the bolts were too tight and will need more time to get off. They close at 4:00pm and had over 2 hours with my vehicle to keep in mind. They were more worried about closing up and going home even after the fact I explained I had travel on Monday. On top of all of this the oil change by itself was $70 for a Camry.... and they would not honor the coupon since it was only an oil change. Never again Bryan Honda....

Made an appointment for 7am and got no update about the status of my vehicle. I called at 1:30p and was supposed to be transferred to my service advisor named Darrius who never picked up. After calling back a second time and getting the run around I decided to just go see about my vehicle in person. I show up and the service advisor who assisted me this morning did not even acknowledge when I came in. Then He tells me in 10 mins they should have a diagnosis after my car was left there SINCE 7AM! Then he tells me up to another 2hours to do the actual job which apparently was a transmission fluid flush! Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time or money. Go somewhere more professional and trustworthy. They seem to be somewhat attentive to a more older crowd anyways.

Bought ~$1,000 in accessories with a new vehicle at their behest. Called repeatedly months later to confirm parts receipt and schedule an install time. Tech booked me an appointment on the phone and failed to enter it into the system. Drove 70 miles to find out I didn’t have an appointment so the vehicle sat for a day before I could get anyone to look at it. THEN in turns out every SINGLE part they ordered didn’t fit my vehicle. So I picked up my vehicle 48 hours later with absolutely zero work, and now I get to work through adjustments to my loan principal because of their mistake. Hours wasted without even an apology. Awesome.

Keri in the service department is awesome! She had great customer service, was easy to talk to, and didnt make me feel pressured to buy everything and anything. This honda service department has been awesome every time Ive gone! Now, if the sales department wouldnt harass me because I took my car in to be serviced, that would be really great. Ive had the same issue with the sales department previously. I understand its how they make a living, but to have back to back calls from multiple people about just NEEDING to buy my car is irritating. Good thing your service department has great customer service or those calls would have me seeking other service departments in the area.

Made me feel stupid for not wanting them to check my engine light, its a 2006 with 200k. They wanted 120 to do it....Parts store was free...it was a gas cap not tight...lol. the oil change was fine as far as I can tell

I am not sure why there are some mixed reviews because I found their service exemplary. Kristin kept me informed every step along the way. The staff was all helpful and friendly. The repair was professional and invisible. I am fully satisfied.

Ive utilized body shops in more countries than most folks have been to and Skis are by far the best group of folks I have ever encountered! My car went to an out of state dealership for repairs and the work was substandard at best. I took it to Skis and they spotted and corrected the deficiencies very quickly.

I came I to Honda Service to get my tires put on that I ordered. Jamaal was my advisor and Orlando my technician that did the installation. Even if you dont own a Honda I strongly recommend these guys

They seem friendly and care about you. Once sell you a lemon car. They not concerned about you anymore. Terrible!! I will never ever buy a car from them again. Glad I got rid of the pos vehicle they sold me. I will not recommend anyone to buy from there either. Toyota or Chevy

Given the location, attached to a Mercedes and Porsche dealership, you would expect high quality work. This is absolutely not the case.I was appalled at the way the owner treats women working there. I can only assume these women have to deal with constant harassment and being treated as second class citizens. He broke from our conversation while passing one of the women (struggling with paperwork) to look at her and comment that anything with (lady parts) performs poorly in a mans business then smiled smugly at me as if I knew it to be true.Im very specific when it comes to work done to my vehicles. Understand that they will tell you that full paint jobs start at $4000. This is understandable when getting a complete, professional, front to rear makeover of your pride and joy. When I picked up my car none of the rubber trim had been replaced, and some of the old trim re installed incorrectly, the entire car had a orange peel texture to it, worse than any dealership paint Ive seen. The part of the front bumper that faces the ground had not even been painted, just coated with primer and the rear hatch had broken pieces rattling around inside the plastic.This car has a built in security system with gps. It showed that the car had been driven around the city for nearly an hour violating numerous speed limits. The owner denied that the car had been moved from his lot. I filed a report against this business and a week later had the owner call to confront me.Im writing this review three months later, now that my cheaply done paint job is already beginning to flake off.STAY AWAY. You will get similar results from Maco at a fraction of the cost.

They repaired my 14 bmw 5 series after a front end collision. Everything for the front was replaced, bumper, accents, headlights, fenders, radiator, support brackets, etc. You cant even tell what was replaced, the paint is flawless and the Headlights aimed perfectly. They did a great job working with the geico adjuster as well. Everything was flawless except for the fact that the radiator was not completely filled with fluid and was critically low. Luckily the car warned me about this issue early on. The car however was in BMWs hands at one point for programming and other things(bmw overengineering their cars) not sure if this was a failure on skis or bmw. Overall, god forbid Im ever in another accident, I would choose skis shop again.

I know from experience with servicing Skis Auto World with OEM factory parts. This is one of the cleanest body shops that I have ever been in over my twenty-seven years experience with Infiniti / Nissan. I cant say enough about the extremely flawless body work that they provide! Also the upmost friendly service from the time you walk in and the time you pick up your vehicle.
